Much of it felt like they had no clue what they were doing, and left lots of major muscles untouched. I left feeling mostly the same as when I went in. I've had much better massages for much less money. I left the person a generous tip, because that's who I am, especially around the holidays, but I immediately regretted it. I only gave it three stars because of the lovely receptionist and ambiance.
