I moved to Texas in 2016 which was also 4 years since breaking my ankle. Thankfully I didn't require surgery but dealt with chronic pain do to scar tissue among alignment issues. I went to Dr. Allam and he set up a plan of recovery for me and after 3 months of treatment ranging from once a week to twice a month to once a month my ankle now 7 years later gives me rarely any trouble. First two visits were great. Today I walked in early (because I believe you should always be early) and was told I had to text to check in. I had to go back out to my car and text "here" then I went back in... I went to sit down in one of the 15 seats in the waiting room with 3 other people in the seats... and was told I needed to wait outside or in my car until told to come in. Needless to say this has never been the case in the first two visits. What if I didn't have a cell phone? What if I don't want to text? What if I don't want to wait outside? Well I canceled my appointment and walked out and will take my business elsewhere. There is a chiropractor on every block. Waited 40 minutes before finally having to go to a reservation. Even got a text to come inside just to sit and wait 30 more mins.

Front desk staff, namely one individual, greeted my husband with a degrading question of "did you not see the sign stating to text" later confronted this staff member claimed she did not talk like that but instead told him not to enter and text the number on the sign. All this could have been avoided if they forwarded a letter of procedure for covid 19 policies before my husband attempted to visit. There were a handful of people in the waiting room listening into this exchange as well. When confronting this individual claims that others in the office thought she was nice. We will not be going back. He already is in pain he doesn't need insult as well. read more
