Wade has actually performed three major projects for me and he is the ONLY person I would have work on my home. I trust him totally, don't have to be "around" while he's working his magic; and his communication skills are terrific. He turned an old family room into a beautiful office space from ceiling to floor; he and his crew re-roofed and painted the exterior of my home (and the garden shed to match) and his suggestions for trim and eye for color has made it the most classy looking house on the street. When I come home and pull up into the driveway, I think "what a beautiful house!" When I needed someone to update my father's 1952 house to bring it up to Code and get it fixed up for selling, the first person I went to was Wade. This project involved interior and exterior updating and ensuring the house was "safe" as well as "ready to sell". All work was done efficiently and timely and Wade and his crew always cleaned up for the day when they were finished. I relied greatly on Wade for his guidance, opinions and ways to save money but get the same end result. At the conclusion of the project I had watched my childhood home transcend from what, over the decades, had become a run-down, unsafe, sad looking house to a totally renovated showpiece. The end result proved itself as the house not only sold quickly due to Wade's suggested updates, but also sold significantly over the listing price! Mr. Rolles was very professional and timely with all matters concerning my bathroom addition and remodeling of the laundry room along with extensive tile work in the entry way.
