I have done business with Nations Pure for over 15 years. My recent experience was bad. Technician left a valve open flooding my kitchen and living room. They sent a remediation team who ripped up my floors and left the trash on my porch and dryers on for 8 days. We have been customers for probably 10 years and have had good service until today. We had a service call for a WS1 seal stack in which when we called to get it set up to install the representative quoted new part and install of $199. A week later when they arrive and install the representative states we owe $199 for the part and $199 for the service call. Are you kidding me? I told him take it out and never mind. My husband called the office and they pretty much called him a liar and no one would have quoted that amount. Bye Nations Pure. We won't be using your services anymore. They had the audacity to request the $199 service call. Hell no! Be very careful if you choose to do business with them. read more

Spent almost $10,000 on water filtration system because it was supposed to be the best. Sediment builds up every year and system needs to be flushed out. Call for service to be told "Earliest available is two and a half weeks from now." I guess I'm supposed to chew the sediment until then. This is my drinking water! read more

We've been Nation's Pure customers for 8 years now and have been very pleased. They come every 6 months to replace filters and check that the water treatment system still works properly. The 18 year old water treatment system, that the previous owners of our home had installed also by Nation's Pure, has worked wonders for us but unfortunately it just went out and we had Nation's Pure put in the new replacement. I bought my land with a nations pure system already installed in my well building. Huge dual tank water softener and filtration system with 300 gallon holding tank for my well. I have a lot of iron in the water so without the filtration its worthless. The freeze broke my softener tank and the cost to replace the tank alone was going to be 2000. Just the tank and not the controler on top. I dont have a problem their service or their equipment but that cost was just insane. I have spent some time researching how everything works because if I was going to spend that much, I was going to know how to work on the system in the future. I decided not to go with the 2000 cost for the tank alone and me do all the other plumbing work. I decided to go with a AFWFilter iron pro 2 as the tank is the same material. half the cost. Thats for the entire softener and tank and Im sure that will serve my needs fine. I could have two tanks and control valves for much less than than just the tank from Nations Pure. I understand having to make a living but wow! I was charged 165 to come look at my system after the freeze but they did leave 3 bags of salt. read more

This water filtration system is too expensive for what you get. The only problem it solved for us was the sulfur odor. We still have extremely hard water. In fact, I think the calcium build-up is worse. The water pressure is come & go. Sometimes good, sometimes not. The upstairs bathroom spits & sputters severely and I'm afraid to let guests use the shower up there. And what are we getting for the 6th month checkup of $160 each? Nothing. The tech. changed the filters under my sink, for $160!!! They don't even bring salt, like the salesman (owner) said they would. I was told by the office staff that they can't deliver salt because that's all they would be doing. Even though that was one of the sales pitches to get us to buy. There is in-fighting amongst employees. The secretaries & office staff blame the technicians and the technicians complain about them. I don't care....I just want my problems fixed!!! Don't buy. This company is just like all other companies...once they get your money, everything they promised is ignored. read more
