Got the interior service on a resently purchased 2016 Fusion. Problem areas came out great and entire interior is like new (or as new as you can get for a used car). I haven't done the detailing services yet, but I tried out the car wash bay. I got the vivid wash for $8 dollars. The wash was just okay, I ended up having some smeared dirt spots at the bottom of my car that I had to get out my car afterwards and try to wipe off. (It didn't help, it only smeared it worse.) I was kind of surprised because the wash lasted a good while it just didn't cycle through the more premium services much. If I come back here I'll try the brilliance wash or higher. I really want to give it another chance because I really want to be blown away. read more

I had my 2002 Nissan Xterra in for the Vivid treatment on April 19th. My first issue is that I had called the Thursday before to get an appointment and had the car there at 7:45 am, but it still wasn't ready until nearly 6:00 pm. Apparently there was someone who wanted their car earlier in the day? I noticed when I picked it up that there was a dealership car in the parking lot, suspect they get priority? Now that I'm looking at the car, I see a number of issues: 1. There is still a stain on the back seat which was not cleaned up. 2. Apparently something was applied to the front of the roof rack, but was never cleaned off. Can still see the swirls from whatever was applied. 3. There are numerous spots where the sealant got on black trim pieces, but not cleaned off. Additionally, whatever was put on the car does not seem to do a good job of 'beading up' water. If I didn't know any better, I would think that the sealant wasn't actually applied. Of course, I have no way to know. I guess it was since there was extra on the black trim pieces. I suspect that the staff was rushed to get the car done, since when I called at 4:27 pm it was still not ready. The manager was supposed to call back to let me know when it would be ready, didn't call until nearly 6:00 pm, wanting to now if I was going to pick the car up. She seemed to think that I should have already known it was ready and should have already been there. Really don't see how I could ever recommend H20. To top it all off, I submitted comments on their website but have no idea if they went through. Didn't get any confirmation that the submission was accepted. read more

I've got to give a lower rating based on the lady you deal with over the telephone and when you arrive at the business. She is not very friendly and frankly a little rude. I was there not too long ago and she heard us walk in the door, but continued to chit chat on the phone for AT LEAST 10 minutes. I'm sorry, but put your call on hold and at the very least, greet your customers. I called the other day and asked if I could drop my car off there early and she acted as if that was such a big ordeal. The people that actually work on your car are nice and friendly, but I can't say so for the management. I've decided they are also over priced. I have decided to take my business elsewhere to KFaul's. It's on Seigen and they do a great job on your car and i believe it's a little cheaper and the management is much friendlier and more accommodating. read more

The best Car Wash and Auto Detailing center in Baton Rouge. I am very interested in my car and have spent a lot of time keeping it clean and in pristine condition. H2o Autospa is the best I have encountered here in Baton Rouge. Granted, their carwash is not as cheap as Benny's $3 wash, you get what you pay for. Benny's corrals hundreds of cars at a time into a tunnel where soap and brushs are thrown at you. Sure, if you don't care about getting a quality wash, Benny's works perfectly fine. However, H2o has the highest quality carwash in the area. When you pull around to the carwash enterance, you are greeted by an employee who offers to scrub your tires and wheels. Perfect. Often one of the dirtiest areas of my vehicle and often time the most ignored in carwashes, this a perfect solution for clean wheels! You have an option of four different washes ranging from $6-$15. The $6 wash is a simple wash, probably similiar to what Benny's offers except you are the only car in the tunnel and the wash is designed to take its time ensuring your car isn't scratched, and all dirt is removed. The $15 wash includes a coating of Rain-X, very useful for beading water on your windshield during rain!! At the end of the wash, which took almost 5 minutes, I was greeted again by an employee who offered to dry any remaining water on the vehicle and put the Wet tire stuff on my tires. Cool! Of course, I was guilted into tipping them. Fair enough, its 90+degrees outside. I have heard excellent things about their detailing service although I can't quite afford them (college, you know how that goes). All-in-all seems like a very well run company that emphasizes quality instead of quantity, always a positive when it involves your car! Looking to have your car cleaned, I definately reccomend H2o! read more

H2O detailed the interior of my jaguar. After they finished the control buttons were destroyed. They were sticky and seemed melted to the point of unreadable lettering. I immediately complained and although the (theirs and mine) before and after pictures proved they did the damage the finger was pointed at Jaguar then me. They refused to take ownership of what was done to my car by them. DO NOT use this company if you want a business that cares about your vehicle or you. I have to get legal representation to make it right. Horrible management i hope the owner doesn't feel the same way about the clients he services. read more

I traveled from Philadelphia to Baton Rouge with my yellow lab. By the time we arrived, the entire inside of the car was covered in dog hair. Took my truck in to the automated wash for $15! There is no auto track in this car wash. You have to pull up once you have paid. Once the wash was completed I noticed their Rain-X application left a residue on my paint once it was dried. This is the last thing that is applied before you go through the dryer. I don't recall the under carriage being washed either. read more

I purchased my Altima post flood and it had a strong smoke odor. I had taken my car to x3 professional car washes plus had an ozone treatment that the dealer performed for me. I came to h20 spa about a month ago and received a car wash plus ozone tx. I must say this was the cleanest wash I've had to date. The dashboard, radio control, small crevices around my steering wheel plus my console were all spotless. Not to mention, the smoke smell is so much better! This Auto Spa was recommended to me by a dealership I bring my auto to for repairs and general maintenance. They perfectly cleaned under the hood of my three year old car that traveled to work via ferry and parked at a plant construction sight. Paid $15 for the wash, didn't wash all the soap off, left spots EVERYWHERE ,especially my side mirrors (2014 Silverado crew cab) tried buffing it out when I got home but eh will have to hit the $8 touch less wash at Exxon on airline to get it back right. I called and asked if I needed an appt and "Brandon" told me its best if I do. I wanted it around 11:00 and he said that was fine. He also let me know that it would take 3 hrs for the detailing option I wanted. So I show up there at 11:00 and was told by the lady there that my car couldn't even be started on until 2p. Why make an appt? If I'd know this when I called that it would be that late I wouldn't have shown up until then or I would have gone to Benny's. Well I took that in stride when I could have made a big deal about it. I arrived at 5p and waited and waited. I went to H2O yesterday for a quick wash. I purchased the cheapest wash. Was a complete waste of money.

I had to make 3 trips to the place today. First (and this is the 2nd time they've broken this promise) they promised that someone would be there at 7 a.m. to take me to work. No one came in until 8 a.m. I had to drive to work and then back to the place. I picked my car up at lunch and checked it over. There's still dust on the the dash and in the corners of the windows but it looks pretty good. It wasn't until later that I realized that the umbrella, tissues and sunshade that I keep tucked under the seat had been removed and had not been replaced. So I made my 3rd trip to the place to pick up my stuff. I was getting pretty miffed by this time. read more

I took my car to be detailed and when I picked it up the navigation screen had a 2 inch solid bar through the middle so that you cannot use the navigator. The technician admitted that it happened while he was cleaning the car, but the company refused to take any responsibility for the damage and offered no compensation - not even a free car wash. A new navigator will cost me $5000. read more

I have used the drive through was at H2O Spa many times in the past as I find it does a better job than any other in the area. However, I recently made an appointment with Rachelle to have my 98 Mustang Cobra detailed for a car show the following day. She explained the full spectrum of packages: wash, polish, wax, interior, and even under the hood with engine dressing. MONEY WELL SPENT! The car looked great and even took home Best In Class! I brought my vehicle here a few weeks ago(3wk). When I went up there I had a consultation with a lady. When I told her the area I needed fix she was like no problem. Paid 250 for my vehicle to look like a regular wash and shinny tires. When I picked the car up and addressed my concerns she was like well I did not know it WAS plastic and nothing could be done there.! SO I paid for nothing! pLUs my car had a new scratch on the hood. You could tell it was new because there was dust paint near it! Also my pain chipped! Called several times and got excuses that the manager and owner were not in! Never got a call back! Would not recommend! Too many car wash in town who can do better! Waste of my money! In todays economy I value my hard work money and would appreciate some respect ! Took my money so now they don't care about my issues! NEVER AGAIN! I wish I would had listen to the reviews BUt no I wanted to give them my own rating! read more
