Reasonably priced, great communication. Switched my service to them from one of the big boys. Happy I did!

Started using them summer 2020, prefer using family owned businesses but anytime we called or text…read morethem they would mostly text and not return phone calls, and days later. Last year it was an excuse about their grand baby they had to take care of us why there was always a delay in return text or delays in work. I believed them then but this year it happened again only this time it was that they had new employees to train, ok why no call backs? So was told system would be turned on about mid April, have text proof, by mid May still nothing, yet took my money. Text and phone messages went unanswered for days. Finally they came out to look at an issue their employees broke the year before. Was told they'd be back out later that week to fix it. Week passes and no call no show. Sent text on a Saturday morning, no call back no text. By Monday I called and told them I need to hear back now, I've paid and given plenty of time to get back. After calling 3 times the owner finally answers. I told her why I'm irritated, not once did I raise my voice or curse at her but she starts getting rude to me and talking over me. I told her she'd have to understand why I'm irritated, I've paid months ago for my service and they never call back or answer text. She hangs up on me lol. I call back and she tells me that they'll just give me my money back, fine with me! I told her I see on their FB page they've been doing install jobs but apparently not interested in smaller opening jobs, she lies and tells me they've done no installs, it's on their FB page from mid May this year (2021) lol. Her husband calls me back and says he doesn't like they way I spoke to his wife and threatens me by asking 3 times if I'm going to be home, that I will be there right? So they tell me they had to order a part and were waiting on it, then they show up an hour later, magically the part came in I guess. They only thing they had to do was replace PVC plumbing parts that you can get at Home Depot. They are liars and obliviously not worried about customers unless it's a higher paying job. I'd avoid this company at all costs. We went with Warweg, Irrigation, came out in 2 days no issues at all.

Kudos to Warweg for screwing me over on my irrigation system. I had them come out in March prior to…read moreextending my patio to move 1 sprinkler head. Billy the tech said not to worry about it now. They could move it after the job was completed. He took the sprinkler head off and handed it to me to "save me some money". He told me when the added the extended patio to have the concrete guys mark the line and they could replace the head from there. Billy never bothered to cap the disconnected line. He must habe been to busy to take care of this ocersight. Did I mention it was one (1) sprinkler head. Well the concrete guys didn't break the line. So prior to pouring the new pad, I called Warweg again. I advised them that the line wasn't broke and asked them to come mark the line. Billy told the service agent to tell me not to worry they could locate the line. Once the pad was completed at the end of April I requested that they come relocate the sprinkler head. A new tech came out and asked me where the line was. I explained that it was somewhere under the new 11x10 foot pad. He said he could try to run the water to see where the water came out. Yeah that'll work. It only has to work its way through 11x10 foot slab of concrete. He said not problem, they could locate the line with some equipment that could detect it. He left and send a supervisor. That supervisor admitted that BILLY SHOULD HAVE CAPPED THE LINE. So the new plan was to run a new line with all new heads. The cost of one head relocated versus the cost of 5 new heads and a new line.hmmmm that should be a great deal for Warweg. I was told that he would speak to his supervisor and try to reach a deal to lessen the cost. After calling for 4 weeks straight I get "the warweg deal". For $1,800 they will correct their error. I should ask them to punch me in the groin as a bonus. Such a classless unprofessional act. What would have cost me maybe $300-400 if now costing me $1800. Not a call to return my concerns, a simple email with an outrageous quote. Congratulations on building a company large enough to allow you to push the client around even when the error was on your tech Billy.
