I went there this morning and ran into a lifeguard that said they don't open until 2pm! I think it's because they are short staffed so the hours reflect this. The parking is all gravel and the outside looks worn but the pool looked very clean ! I am not sure if I will be able to swim here since I like to do laps in the morning! When I requested to remove my teenager from our plan, I was charged a 75$ fee (more than what I was paying to have her on our membership). It feels excessive, and wrong. This club already has some of the highest membership costs in the area (we were paying 265$ for a 1 adult, 2 toddlers, and 1 teenager). I was also surprised that members are required to provide a doctor's note in order to place their account on hold. Also, feels excessive, and wrong. The amount to downgrade the membership feels disproportionate. And the policies here don't feel member-friendly. Even the staff makes me feel unheard. Why not pick up the phone and have a conversation with me instead of sending a cold email. Just acknowledge my frustration instead of making me feel like I'm being penalized.
