By far the best Bubble Tea I've ever had and I've had it all over. There yogurt tea is awesome if your looking for something sweeter. They also have slushes, and regular tea and combos of everything. There are over 20 flavors of each kind of drink. Prices are great. There are also drinks off the menu and new specials all the time. I had a Blue raspberry drink made from over 8 juices, topped with cotton candy and had firm milk pudding it it. Every Drink is amazing! Both bubble tea ladies are very nice and easy to talk to. I'm from Taiwan and have been drinking bubble tea in my whole life. I also lived in Canada for a year and visited countless chained tea shops. I can say that I like Ha Tea the most and will recommend to other people! The atmosphere is pretty cozy. I don't like sweet drinks. For a picky person like me, I always get "Assam" bubble tea, no ice and 30% sugar. It tastes very very similar to the tea I had back home!!! i am growing extremely frustrated wit Ha Tea. i have been here multiple days in a row, and Ha Tea always manages to disappoint me. Apparently the hours posted on the front door are only for decoration and hold no real value as it is currently 4:30 on a monday, and the hours are posted from 10am-10pm. i can understand opening or closing an hour early/late, but it is six and a half hours AFTER the supposed opening and i am greeted by locked doors. Ha Tea was one of my favorite tea shops in Kent, but now i am forced to reconsider due to careless management. I have no issue driving five minutes down the road to Ming's as they provide reliable service to their customers. Ha Tea, if you would like to keep your customers and business, please just open your doors. read more

Just delicious, I love a good bubble tea and HA!TEA serves up just that and it tastes just something special. This location has a great ambiance; in a great location. Its not the largest space but it is intimate and you can get accustomed to the surroundings and find a comfort level that is appreciated. Yes im giving this place a five stars because they definitely deserve it. As soon you enter the place, you'll notice that its small but cozy. I love the modern, young college vibe to it. If i was going to college here, I would totally hangout here and study. Anyways the people there are very friendly and welcoming and they have very awesome selections in their menu. I believe i had the jasmine green tea with coconut jelly and my gf had the cotton candy. I've only had a chance to stop in twice so far but constantly crave their lavender bubble tea; it has a smooth & light floral taste that'll keep you coming back for more. Due to the high volume of traffic, the young woman working behind the counter brought my friends & I a sample of their cold black sweet tea (It taste just like Sugar Smacks!) for all to enjoy. If you tend to enjoy a slight coffee flavor but nothing like the nasty junk Starbucks produces then this might be up your alley. They also have yogurt tea! Never before have I ever heard nor come across such an unexpected beverage: the rose yogurt tea has a strong floral scent & taste that is very sweet. My husband tried to steal mine in exchange for the chrysanthemum tea - which isn't floral at all but is sweet & lingering. This place is a 25 minute drive from my house and I make the trip just to get bubble tea so often the barista knows my order by heart. HA! TEA is simply the best -- from the tea to the decor to the friendly service. I discovered bubble tea years ago while traveling but hadn't found a place to get it in the Cleveland area before HA! TEA opened. Now I'm spoiled - I recently tried bubble tea again while I was traveling, and it was yuck. I would cry buckets if this place were ever to close, so please join me in patronizing it so I can continue to get my fix! One word of warning: the spot where the parking lot meets the street is not nice to the underside of cars. Inside, the place is very unique with board games and super cute decorations and it smells just life fresh tapioca inside. The girls that work there are always really nice and they take phone orders which is super convenient during work hours. I love this place so much and I'm not sure if the girls that work there are starting to get freaked out about it or not. I've had so many drinks on the menu and they're all good! My favorite so far is the Summer Drink (aloe, chia, lemon, mint) because it's so refreshing and I love the texture of the aloe and chia. My boyfriend won't order anything but the mango yogurt. I urge you to ask them about their new drinks or any off-menu stuff they have, because I've never gone wrong asking them to make whatever is their favorite or new. The menu is huge and the atmosphere is cute and quiet AND they have a ton of board games.
