Food was just okay, no better then any other fast food like McDonald's or jack in the box. I had heard it was good but was kind of disappointed with the burger and sirloin sandwich. Fires were actually really bad, cold, not crispy and was not salted. Got two meals and a sandwich, was over 50 dollars so very overpriced for the low quality of the food. Service was just regular, not nice or anything. I would not recommend based off the service. But they still asked for a tip even though it was fast food and the employees only did the minimum . We went to pick up our food, and my boyfriend went inside to grab the order. He asked an employee for it, and the employee pointed to a bag and indicated it was ours. Before we left, I realized it wasn't our order, so I immediately brought it back and let the manager know. The food was completely untouched, and it was clearly an honest mix-up. What frustrated me was the manager's response. Instead of acknowledging that the wrong order had been handed to us, she repeatedly told me that I needed to check the order before taking it. I explained that I wasn't the one who picked it up and that we had been directed to the wrong bag by an employee, but she continued repeating the same thing. I went to get a milkshake from this store and no signs anywhere where says machine not working. I go to the kiosk to order a milkshake and the worker tells me they are out. Went in to try the new meals deals with my partner I got the $6 meal and my partner the $10 meal they were satisfying for a quick meal fix.
