This is the first Togo's I've been to who is very chintzy with the fillings. Orders hot roast beef sandwich and Asian wrap. Roast beef was a thin layer not like the Morgan Hill Togo's I've been to and wrap had less salad and chicken. read more

I love Togo's! I always get #24 (turkey & avocado). It's my favorite. I have tried other sandwiches on the menu but I always come back to #24. This was my first visit to this location. Close to Chili's and Wing Stop. Place was not busy. A few employees were working and most of the customers ordered to go. So not many were eating in. My sisters and I decided to do just that. I ordered a #24 of course! Everything on wheat. Regular size. I noticed they take your order first and you pay. Then you wait for the sandwich to be made. Usually at most locations, you order and they make it on the spot. Then you pay after. I actually like how this location does it differently. Maybe it's just me! Not sure if other locations follow this system. All I know is that this was the first I've ever seen that. Soon after I paid, not even 5 minutes go by and the sandwich was ready. Wow! I'm impressed with the efficiency. Or it could be because it wasn't super busy. Lol! The place was also super clean. Lots of outdoor lighting. Not dim like other locations and plenty of parking. This is a good Togo's. I've never waited long and have no complaints about the sandwiches. I wish they had a drive-thru window though. Nice to have in the age of covid. We pass through Los Banos and stop at this togos once or twice a week. Ordered 2 #8's got 2 #9's. They remade the sandwiches but they literally had maybe one thin.piece of turkey on them. Ordered the Cheese steak melt. It was very bland and they forgot to add the American cheese. Perhaps they ran out, as they replaced it with a white cheese. The second sandwich was also incorrectly prepared. We paid for a large and they prepared a regular. The bread was sourdough and should have been white. This is a good Togo's. Some are better than others and this is a good one. Some locations can be pretty stingy with the ingredients, but this location is fairly generous. The staff is pretty good but the owner or manager really keeps an eye on things. Example I asked for a large to have the halves wrapped separately. I saw the sandwich maker did not wrap the halves separately but I was willing to let it go. The manager asked the sandwich maker if they were wrapped separately, and without being told to correct the error the maker just did it quickly. Good catch for the manager. The location is great for people blasting through on 152. Just call in your order when you are 15 minutes out and its virtually assured your order will be ready to go upon arrival. Although the restroom can get a bit grungy. read more

Love Togos in general and this store is good. The employees are helpful and efficient. Where i give the poor mark is for the lack of oil for the sandwiches. I love the old recipe for the #16 and really dislike the new vinagarette. I would much rather have them put the oil on it but was informed today that they dont carry the oil any more. Why not keep the oil on hand for people who like it? The #16 is all I order and I guess i wont be ordering togos sandwiches anymore. read more

I just visited Togo's for the first time today. I got the California Club and it was really yummy. The toppings were very fresh, especially the avocado. The portions are great too. I've been in the area twice now for lunch. And stopped in several weeks ago, they got me to try the pastrami. I'm not a big fan of pastrami, would rather have tuna or turkey. Man, it was awesome! Had the large sandwich with parmesan cheese bread, ruined my dinner I was so full. No kidding. This time a couple of days ago for lunch I had (guess) pastrami on the smaller sandwich. Normally I love Togos and it is my go-to sandwich shop but today I was very disappointed with Togos. I used their online ordering it was very easy and simple. I had already paid for everything online. So when I get there I just go in and pick it up. They were very friendly and told me everything was ready for me. So assuming they had got my order correct I left when I get home from driving a good 15 minutes because I live out on Center Road my order was completely wrong!! Both of the sandwiches I ordered were wrong not even close to what I ordered. I then called back and all she said was I'm sorry I have your order here and it's ready. When I go back to get the right order she apparently didn't know what happened. So I guess moral of the story always double-check your online orders when you pick up in the store! read more

This is truly an awesome Togo's franchise! I honestly make it a point to stop and have one of their #9 sandwiches almost every time I make the drive from the Central Valley to the Bay Area; a couple times a month or so. The staff is uniformly friendly and efficient, but what I like most is that they really pay attention to making a sandwich there. I think the secret is that it's made with filling end to end, no spare bread when you take your first and last bite. I have to believe it's done by design rather than at random, because it never varies. Best made Togo's sandwich I've ever had, and I've had a few, dating back to about 1972. read more
