Housewares, furniture, electronics, books, vinyl records, and CDs at the front. Then there is children's, men's, and women's clothing. Even further into the store, there is more women's clothing. Prices are very reasonable, and the items are generally in good condition. At the Kennedy store, the electronic section has power bars to test if the electronic items work. I didn't see it at this location. Glass display cases near the front have designer brand items like purses and high-heeled shoes.

They happily took the lights and we walked around a little bit. There are a ton of windows and doors for sale, plus a whole kitchen including cabinets, lots of hardware, paint, etc. It's a great place to check out for discounted new/used items if you're doing any redecorating. I was hoping they'd have some faucets, but no luck this time around. I was able to get a tiny can of spray paint for $2.50, though! Now maybe people will stop stealing our recycling bin! Then it's a wide, open space with racks upon racks of women's clothing. There's definitely a lot to go through, but I'm sure you'll find something for you. I saw a black, sequined BCBG Max Azria dress for only $19.99! I wasn't sure if it would fit, and I didn't see any fitting rooms. There's an electronics section with older electronics like VCRs, DVD players, boomboxes, CD players, stereos with cassette tapes, keyboards, speakers, countertop cookware, fans, printers, etc. There's even a power bar for you to test the electronics before making a purchase. Up the stairs, or the ramp, there's men's clothing, sports equipment (like baseball bats and skis), lots of books, vinyl records, furniture, mattresses (that I think are new and were donated to the store), housewares (drinking glasses, vases, bowls, and much, much more), and even artwork. By the cashiers, there are items in locked display cases. I saw jewellery, old telephones, and even a Nintendo Entertainment System. I didn't see any controllers to go with it, though. In the aisles, the items were organized based on what they were while the at the ends of the aisles (the side near the clothing) were organized by colour. The prices seemed to be lower than the couple of thrift stores I have been to. They don't calculate taxes on what you are getting so if you spend $5, you will pay $5 which was a shock to me (in a good way). I will probably here many more time in the future. I would totally recommend coming here.

This plaza gets pretty busy and parking seemed to be packed but if you're looking for the Donation Centre, it is located on the right side, where there is additional parking. There is also a curbside area with signage directing you to pull up to for drop-offs, there's no need to park. At a glance, the Donation Centre looks to be very clean and organized. There is a large door open on the side of the building for donation drop-offs. We were told to leave our donations in the doorway, and the staff will later retrieve and sort through them. They operate with contactless donations - how convenient! Goodwill works with organizations that provide assistance to those with barriers seeking employment and upgrading their skills. What doesn't get sold in their stores, gets rotated to other locations, to Goodwill outlets, then sent to textile factories to be upcycled and repurposed. If you're looking to donate your items, please support non-profit places like Goodwill, rather than for-profit businesses in the area like Value Village and Talize.

I received conflicting fees from two reps - Stephen and Dawn. When I asked about the discrepancy. Rather than note that I could get different amounts depending on the rep I was told I had added items with Dawn - this was not the case. The "fee" to pick-up a few items (bed set, sofa, odd tables) was $340. I like what Furniture Bank is doing but not how.
