We had to take Clothing out of boxes and bags and dump it in a bin. All other items had to be placed in separate bins where things could easily get broken. He just stood there with his arms crossed and seemed annoyed when I asked for a tax receipt. I definitely will not donate there again. Shopping there is a crap shoot as well. Many over the top, expensive items that are incomplete or broken. Occasionally you can find a gem at a good price but rarely. I don't understand why Goodwill doesn't understand that if they price lower, they will move more product at full price, rather than people waiting for half price days or it getting pulled and taken to the Goodwill Outlet (which adds more cost).

I received 80 cards for $10 and cannot wait to write on them. Each card is packed in its own plastic sleeve and some are really cute and festive pop-up cards. They are really good quality paper too. I did have to pull several cards that seemed odd or inappropriate but otherwise it was a great deal. It's a little far from my service area to drive to their site in Buffalo Grove, but I look forward to more orders in the future. Note that they only ship on orders of $300 and up. It is not a place for personal use but if you work for or own a 501(c) 3 organization, check this place out for sure. The application process was easy. Nurses bullied us into letting them take my grandfather for "a few days" because they wanted to manage his symptoms better. He was taken last night and we got a call this morning that he died. They didn't feed him. They didn't give him his medications. They didn't check his oxygen levels because they "don't usually do that" but they PROMISED THEY WOULD BECAUSE IT WOUKD MAKE US FEEL BETTER FOR HIS OXYGEN TO BE STABILIZED. They pumped him up with morphine when we specifically said we only give it to him once a day before sleep. They took him away from us to leave him in a room by himself and die.
