Staying in a hotel was going to be expensive and my husband has not worked since April (he has been diagnosed with a mass near his heart) at the hospital a volunteer informed me of "Jacob's house" a home to sleep and find peace while he was in surgery. I'm forever grateful that I was able to stay a couple of days and be at the hospital to help my husband. Jacob's house is tranquility, comforting and a home to rest while your loved one is in the ICU. What a blessing to know that there are people who care about you! We've used Seabreeze once before, about 12 years ago and decided to renew our three piece set, purchased in 1997. We had been looking for a replacement set for the past two years and could not find anything that we liked better than our old beater set. I found an old email from our previous refurb in 2011, contacted Joey and he replied back with PDF color samples and suggestions on the best colors for our set. We were in jo hurry, as it was fall. Joeys team picked up, and dropped off the furniture at a very reasonable price. I had offered to pay for half up front, but Joey declined, saying that he would wait until he delivered the furniture. At that point, my wife and I felt we had made the right choice by selecting Seabreeze. As a bonus, Joey and his guys are all very friendly and accommodating. I received an email from Joey a couple weeks after pick up, with Joey telling me that our furniture would be delayed by about a week because he looked over the finished product and didn't feel as if it looked quite right. He stated that he would be repainting it because he didn't feel it met his expectations! Who does that anymore? The furniture was stripped down, sanded, powder coated, restrapped and looks better than new with a very smooth and glossy finish. Joey even made sure to cap all openings on bottoms of chair legs. In short, my review cannot do justice to the service Seabreeze has provided us - twice! As a bonus; the price quoted was extremely reasonable and about half of what a new comparable set would have cost. I highly recommend this company and do so whenever the the opportunity arises. My family and I have been loyal customers of Chaparral Self Storage for over five years. One of the…read moremain reasons we stayed for so long was because we genuinely love Temecula, and we trusted this facility to keep our family's belongings safe. Some of the items we have stored are not just "things"--they hold priceless sentimental value that cannot be replaced. Throughout the years, we have accepted several rent increases, usually around $15 at a time. While I understand that operating costs can rise, receiving another notice that our monthly rent will now increase by $30 was extremely disappointing. It feels like the increases are becoming excessive, especially for long-term customers who have remained loyal year after year. What saddens me the most is that loyalty doesn't seem to be valued. After five years of consistent payments, I had hoped there would be some appreciation shown to customers who have supported this business for so long. Instead, it feels as though long-term tenants are expected to simply absorb larger and larger increases. I have already looked at other storage facilities and found that I could rent a comparable unit for significantly less. The only reason I stayed at Chaparral was because of convenience, familiarity, and the sentimental belongings we have stored there. I even continued paying while driving an hour just to visit the unit because I wanted to keep everything in one place. Unfortunately, this latest increase has made me seriously reconsider that decision. Instead of continuing to pay an amount that no longer feels reasonable, I may move only the irreplaceable sentimental items and let go of the rest. As difficult as that would be emotionally, it is becoming harder to justify paying continuously increasing monthly fees. To be fair, the facility itself has always been clean, secure, and conveniently located, and I appreciate the work the staff does to maintain it. However, pricing is a major part of the customer experience, and for me, the repeated rent increases have overshadowed the positives. I hope management takes the concerns of long-term customers seriously. Keeping existing customers happy should matter just as much as attracting new ones. Loyalty should be rewarded, not continually met with larger price increases. Sadly, after more than five years, I no longer feel like a valued customer. I truly wish things had been handled differently.

It is an extension of the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary and everything goes towards the animals. Volunteers run the store and are always nice and helpful! I like to make a stop in when I'm in town-they always have something new every time, from home decor to dog/cat supplies. During the holidays the store is beautifully decorated and decked out, you just have to come and see! They do take most donations, just no clothing/shoes, as far as I know!

When I got home I noticed that ALL the fruit that was given to me was moldy and rotten. I had gotten bree cheese that was expired and most everything was expired for about 3 to 4 days already and there was a lot of sweets and candy....... not much to feed a family of 4 on. However 2 gallons of milk are still good for 7 more days. My Mother used to tell me beggars cant be choosy, but moldy/rotten food is like a slap in the face when your already feeling down and out. I thank all the very friendly people working and volunteering.
