This is my happy place, whenever I'm looking for anything for my home, I always go to the ReStore. I always find what I'm looking for.

I bought a desk online on Thursday at 11:23 and went to pick it up today, Saturday. When we went in to pick it up, the woman at the counter first said something to effect of they didn't sell the piece I was talking about. I showed them the email receipt I had and she told me that there was no receipt at the counter documenting the sale. It was at this moment that I had assumed they sold it to someone else, but nonetheless she looked up my name and was able to find the receipt on their system. We drove around to the back to pick it up and after about 10 minutes of someone looking, he returned with a supervisor. I showed them a picture of the piece and they went back to looking for it. Then, they returned a few minutes later with someone else. They did not have the desk and I had to go back into the front to get them to refund the purchase. The supervisor met me there with the receipt and was telling the cashier that the desk was sold to someone else yesterday, a full 24 hours after I bought it online. Of course they refunded me, but it was just frustrating that over 24 hours later it was sold to someone else. I would not consider purchasing anything online again unless you want to call the store immediately and have them verify that they put the sold sticker on it, as that clearly didn't happen. I wish they had a better online system that prevented this from happening with the few pieces that are listed online. read more

Rude employees, do not answer your questions, They are not volunteers they get paid and for the work they do which is not overly strainous or overworked in my opinion they are overpaid I work harder at my home than they do they get the stuff free like GoodWill and some of their stuff is overpriced like it is new. Bottom line I will not go back because they are rude and look at it this way I am a paying customer paying a employee not a employee that has no reason to be rude that is getting a nice paycheck for not doing much work. It is a wonder if they build anything with the salaries they are making from the top to the bottom. Millard and Linda Fuller should be so proud. read more

I used to really respect this business and what they stood for in our community however I never had to utilize their services before. I went to use one of their services for picking up gently used furniture. I followed all the policies to make sure that my furniture would qualify for a pick up. The furniture that I was giving was gently used and sat in a room by itself for most of the time. As soon as the pick up arrived, I could tell immediately that they did not enjoy or like the visual of the size of the couch I was donating. After a three second look over of the couch, which has no tears or stains. He said he couldn't take it. After disproving both of these claims. It was incredibly apparent that these two gentlemen just did not want to move my piece of furniture given that it was a larger piece. It was incredibly frustrating to schedule my entire day to make sure that this could be fulfilled in the way that Habitat for Humanity saw necessary and then have this as the ending is absolutely unacceptable. So now instead of someone who needs furniture getting a gently used couch, it will fill a landfill. Which is incredibly infuriating & not what this type of organization SHOULD be about. Do not recommend their pick up services at all. read more

Great stuff inside. Has good decent selection! Bought a book from this place for only $1.50 for a hard back. What a great low deal. They have tables, shelves, dressers, doors, tile, tools, books, lighting & much more, kinda like a tiny Home Depot and thrift shop put together. It's like a goodwill too in a way, donations around back. It's a really cool spot to get some good deal stuff. I'd definitely check the place out again for sure. read more

Love poking around the store! All kinds of treasures, just waiting to be found. As they say, one man's "trash" is another man's treasure! We helped our daughter furnish her college apartment by shopping here. A double-sized wood and wrought iron complete bed for only $40! It looks brand new with her bedding on it. Also a practically brand new "cottage cute" couch, a tv stand/entertainment unit, end tables, lamp...you just can't beat the finds here! Staff are super friendly, if you don't see a price just ask. We always buy a soda as we leave, even if we didn't find anything we needed. With every purchase we make, we usually round up or tell them to keep the difference. Proceeds go to a great cause! read more

This place is great, if you're a bargain hunter. Lots of really nice items for fantastic prices, but you have to go often and look around. The employees are super nice and helpful, and you'll feel good that that you're supporting a good cause while you're saving money for yourself. read more

Rude management, and I found the pricing to be ridiculously priced for a few items on their floor. I have an exact Ikea desk, purchased brand new, on their floor they had the same one, but worn and wobbly, priced for more than what I paid out of the box. The employees however are world class and very friendly and helpful. read more

I called this store to sk if specific items could be donated. I had a list and was told by not one, but two people that they looked forward to recieving my donations. 2 days letter when I went to drop off said items I was turned away for all but one. They would take my stove but not the NEW boxes of nuts, bolts, screws, nails, not to mention 2 new hanging lights still in orginal boxes and a ceiling fan in excellent condition. There was drywall and cut hardwood boards along wth peg board. Such a shame that theses items endex up at the dump. I cannot believe I drove all that way to have to turn back and go to the dump which is much closer to my home. I will no longer support Habitat for Humanity. read more

Here's an honest review. I support and regularly donate money to H4H but as a thrift store, this place should be avoided until they make changes. Every time I stop by, I see countless items that are heavily used and often damaged or severely scratched that cost more than they did when they were brand new. They had a plastic Ikea trashcan they priced at $4. It sat there for several months without a price change. That same trashcan is still available, brand new for 98 cents at Ikea. They had a wooden stool that was in terrible shape and you could buy that stool brand new, for the normal sale price at places like Target or Walmart. I checked for downspout water flow accessories that seemed expensive and short, but I'd never bought that stuff before and wasn't familiar with what a normal price would be. Fortunately I trusted my "ripoff" instincts and went down the street to Home Depot where I got awesome helpful service and saved upwards of 50% from what Restore was charging! This Restore needs to review how they price items. I'd also recommend they hire a merchandiser to help them set up and organize the store better. The previous location was a million times better, friendlier, and their prices were still high back then but not crazy ridiculous like they are now. read more

Working staff is friendly, unfortunately can't say the same thing about management. Things seem to be over priced specially in the condition that they are. I needed help finding a rail an employee got one for me, I paid for it went home and found out the pieces didn't match. Went back and tried to get my money back gentle man at the register was really rude condescending and didn't want to hear or cared about the broken item that was sold to me. He wanst apologetic but instead defensive and treated me like crap!! pretty much if they sell you an item wether is broken or not is not their problem. YOUR LOSS!! I never had such a poor customer experience in my life. I understand their policies but the least he could have have done is apologize and come up with a better solution. Is not like is free you pay for those items. I definitely learned my lesson NEVER again will I go back. I don't care who you are but nobody deserves to be treated so poorly is called "habitat" wish it would live up to their standards. read more

Love the new place! Much bigger and brighter, everything is clearly priced, and a lot more to look at. They have added a tile section and there are so many low-cost appliances and living room sets. I also love the showroom they have added in the front. Pair a visit with a visit to Goodwill across the parking lot and you can easily find some great deals on pretty much anything. This is a great place to get staples like air filters, spotlight light bulbs, and other little things that add up to big money if you buy them at a regular store. read more

It is a great place to find all kinds of goods such as reusable building supplie, funiture, light fixtures, cabinet, windows, etc. The people are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with loading and everything. All the goods seem reasonable priced. I give it 5 stars. read more
