I checked on it the next day and it hadn't been cancelled and I haven't been refunded. I called again. Dennis Company said I needed to cancel the order on my end. They lied and deflected the blame. Terrible customer service all around for what should have been a very simple transaction. I want to support a local business but I won't shop at the Dennis Company or ACE ever again.

I had a new RV toilet with me so I went to Grayland True Value. I told the guy my predicament. He grabbed the size I needed, went to my car and made sure it fit. Got a shark bite connection with a shutoff valve. Went and installed the toilet. Everything worked out great. Saved by Grayland True Values excellent customer service. The price was more than fair. No price gouging for sure ! Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. Next time I'll go straight there and skip Home Depot.

Now, a year later, I find out the hard way that they do trees bloom at completely different times. No way are they going to pollenate. Moreover, I found out too late that the tree they sold me, was carrying blister mites, Which have now infected both of my pear trees. This parasite is very difficult to eliminate. I won't be shopping there again.
