Everything was neatly sorted on hangers by style, size, and color. The staff is constantly moving around, returning clothes to the racks and making sure the place stays orderly. Found lots of good quality hand me downs, some even with the tags and most were decent brands. One really cool thing about this location is they offer a rewards card. For $10 you get a year membership and save 10% every time you shop. There's also an added discount on Wednesdays and the week of your birthday. If you're in the neighborhood, or close by in Burlington, VT, this is the place to go for clothes and shoes. They even have jewelry, purses, belts, and a whole bunch of other items I did not even get a chance to check out. Their clothing is top quality (I had three practically new winter coats I was choosing from) and at incredibly low prices. And best of all, proceeds go to the food bank they run out of the thrift store, to which you can also donate while paying for your ridiculously cheap new duds. I got a warm winter coat and a pair of oxfords for $11!! The ladies working their were also great and helped this California girl find a nice winter coat. I didn't browse through any of the aisles, just dropped off donations. What I did find minorly confusing and wasn't much of an inconvenience, was the fact that the donation dropoff center area which the main entrance was located outside the building (I didn't know this upon entering), was closed. I heard that you can ask for a donation slip to report to taxes, which isn't like a super major big deal to me, but that's something nice if you are looking to get some of it written off. I ended up just handing the bags to the attendant and that was that.
