After speaking to Dr Randy and Denise, and discovering their deep understanding of the TPLO procedure and their patented TPLO Plate (invented by Dr. Randy) we chose them for the surgery. we are now on week 5 of her recovery and we are very pleased with the outcome. Even though she still has a couple of months to get her strength fully back, she is moving better than she has in 8 months, she's back to being playful and frisky again. I went to sun valley for a second option referral to give my dog a CT or mri. All they did for my…read moredog was x-rays when I had asked for further investigation on my dog. As well am almost lead to believe they could have possibly falsified my dog or given me incorrect x-rays as when they were looking at my dog they refused to look at X-rays from intermountain vet clinic and pushed to do their X-rays and forced me to redo the X-rays on my dog. For all I know they could have been looking at the wrong dog's x-rays when I could clearly tell that they had several other x-rays up onon their computer and barely sharing empathy for my dog. Just caring about doing extra X-rays which they only did to and not a through investigation of what could be potentially going on with my dog or what could have caused his limp. As well changing the side of my dog's limp via when trying to push their evidence down my throat. Then going oh, what it looks like is your dog's growth plates probly fused there's nothing we can do. When I had drove 4 or so hrs to even get to the clinic.

My poor dog has had chronic ear infections that have…read moreworsened over the last 7 months, he has been in so much pain, and after 3 different vets, the last vet said there was nothing else that could be done and I had almost lost hope. The second we walked into the vet, we were treated with welcome arms and Dr. Dani had a treatment plan and even consulted another vet in California prior to the appt. I can't recommend this place enough! I almost started crying I was so happy my pup was going to get treated with quality care and the nicest vet ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My sweet Shiney had TPLO surgery just recently. I had a Golder Retriever that had same surgery 15…read moreor so years ago. He cried in pain, whimpered for days and I felt so guilty and thought I would never do that to a dog again. I found out about Dr Acker and found out how recommended he was for this surgery. So we drove the 8h to meet him. I was amazed! His sincerity eased my mind, he took alot of time explaining the surgery, showed us pictures and post operative care etc. We went ahead to surgery. She is doing great, still needs more time for rehab before hikes etc BUT I personally was so impressed with her pain control. It was managed so well, Dr Acker performed a femoral nerve block during surgery, she had a fentanyl pain patch afterward, anti-inflammatory pain pill and a nerve pain pill Neurontin. We were so very impressed with Dr Acker and his team I highly recommend them for your pet family if you need him.

Then I was out and saw someone who had a dog like mine that had been groomed and looked great. Guess who did the grooming? This is definitely a case of the minority poisoning the well. Rona (pronounced like "Donna") has been great from start to finish. This includes her responsiveness, then auto texts for appt confirmation and reminders. The actual grooming has been exactly what we expect and she is a sweetheart to talk to. We've now been twice. Posting pics before and after. Her location is correct. Not only does she care and nurture your pet, she will give them the BEST bath and haircut same day! Also- she can work out overnight stay if that is needed..Your beloved pet will be so happy that they will not want to come home! I now know that while I'm fly fishing on The Big Wood, golfing The Valley Club or skiing down the slopes, my doggie will be in the BEST of hands... My pup is a Labrador and 11 years young- She has a recent bladder issue that we are working through, and Lee Ann has been so kind to us as we all navigate this new challenge. This is the nastiest dog groomer I have ever had the pleasure of meeting…read more I have brought 2 dogs in to make an appointment at different times over the years. She touches them and says they have mats and she would shave them down. Also, couldn't possibly take them for several weeks. We have lived here since 1971 and never had such a nasty person as a dog groomer. Both dogs that she rejected were taken by other groomers without a problem and groomed beautiful! It seem to be that you take a dog to a groomer to be groomed... she is too important to do that. DON't go there. There are several great groomers who care about dogs in town!!!

Trying to get in hold to them but No answer. Terrible service . If I was you I would not take my dog again to them .

I have been to Debbie a few times and she groomed my dog beautifully…read more Unfortunately, Debbie is no longer doing the grooming or supervising the grooming. I have a Giant Schnauzer and after multiple requests to not touch his beard, they shaved under his chin. This will require 1-2 years of regrowth to come back. This is the worst offense of the groom, but the rest of it was equally as atrocious and the job was unfinished. I will not be returning to Grooming by Debbie.
