We were supposed to meet him at 5AM, and we were there and ready on time, but Capt Adams didn't show up until nearly 6 looking ragged like he had been up all night drinking. When we were finally able to get out on the water, the trip felt more like a burden than an enjoyable experience. Capt Jared was not very engaging, and would snap at my wife for things like not being able to cast (she doesn't fish very often). Everywhere he took us had at least one boat within 100 yards of us, and the impression we had was that he was riding around looking for boats that were catching fish before we would stop to wet a line. The day comprised of mostly small trout and redfish, before calling it a day (early) at the suggestion of the captain. I'm not sure what the deal was but at the end of the day we paid up and he was quick to leave. We will NOT be booking with him again!
