Awesome local, family run Health Food store. Uzma, the store's owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They offer a Vegan lunch buffet and amazing vegan sandwiches, smoothies, juices and protein shakes. Their prices are great, especially for a small, local store. Great place for lunch ! read more

Went in after some time when the place was formerly ok and was actually treated very rudely by a Ms."Uzma" the owner. Also bought a considerable amount of products and was given the items packed in a dirty old Walmart bag that was obviou it had been previously used and that both smelled and looked like it was retrieved in the parking lot before packing my expensive items in it! I cannot believe the change in the service that I have currently received after being a faithful customer for well over 8 years... Maybe the place should close and reopen under a different owner. Maybe we should now consider shopping online. Why support local when local is rude and overpriced. She also has and keeps her elder dog in where she mainly prepares the food for customers! Obviously a health concern and violation for the public. Too bad- I have told so many of my customers about this establishment but unfortunately will advise to go the one on Mountain Avenue in Hackettstown or even better the wonderful famous Basil Bandwagon in Clinton NJ where we are treated like royalty when we enter and there are always greetings and pleasant smiles when we enter! Very cute little store with friendly, knowledgeable service. We were in Hackettstown for a wedding and walked around Main Street the next day, and my bf saw that there was a juice bar, so we went in. The smoothie he got was DELICIOUS. It was super fresh and did not taste super sweet. It actually tasted healthy, unlike a lot of smoothies. The assortment of foods was pretty good, and the prices seemed similar to what you might pay at a Whole Foods (give or take a little, I suppose. Not a WF expert :) ), without the trip and with supporting a local business. I highly recommend the Stevia-sweetened grape soda. I love grape soda, and it was so refreshing to have it without the nutrasweetish taste. read more

Great selection of items, worth a visit. We originally went in to get vegan lunch for my daughter but I guess we went at the wrong time because they didn't have any hot food out. Otherwise great little place with herbs, oils, ingredients for whatever ails you. She did get a vegan smoothie though and loved it. read more
