The food is terrible the gas is not top tier absolutely nothing good about the store stay away WAWA a much better choice.

Ordered a sandwich took 35 minutes to receive it one person was in front of me. After 30 minutes asked for a refund and cashier couldn't figure out how to do it. Both employees had no idea how to do their job. read more

Was in there recently. Store was completely empty and yet there was NO COFFEE MADE. The store was an absolute mess. Literally looked like a food fight happened behind the sandwich counter. The deli workers were ignoring food orders and letting things pile up. They were too busy on their phones so I cancelled my order. I went up to complain and there was not a manager in the building to be found. Im sorry but who allows a business to run without even so much as a shift lead or a supervisor?!?!?! This is highly unacceptable and I'll be making sure everyone knows how awful this store is. Also when I called to complain the next day. Ashley who claimed to be the store manager told me she didn't care and hung up. DO NOT GO HERE! The one over by ShopRite liquors in the center of Hackettstown is WAYYYYYY BETTER!!!!! read more

This is a very nice and clean quick check, the employees are very friendly. The sandwiches are fresh & tasty so are the cappicinos! Eugene and his gasoline staff are always friendly & attentive as possible. At 7 pm though he has to go down to one attendant (as per corporate rules-so dont blame Eugene, he shouldnt have to break his back because of a ridiculous corporate rule ) so he does block off pumps because people get frustrated by the wait & drive off without paying. Complain to Quick check corporate-they're the ones to blame-they should go down to one gas attendant at 10pm not at 7pm. I will go out of my way to go to quick check because of their friendliness, convenience and the fact their ATM's dont have a fee! read more

One of the BEST Quick Check in New Jersey. I am in sales and,I,travel the state so I have been to them all. The food is fresh and tasty, the fountain soda is allways ready to pour and all the staff that works there are lovely. When in Hackettstown it is a must frist stop. read more

I have no idea why someone would go to this quick check when theres one a quarter mile further down 46 thats bigger, cleaner, and has a much more friendly staff. Ive been scolded by the wretched old sandwich lady for taking to long to place my order, told by a youngish girl on register the long winded version of her bad day (i literally stood there for what felt like forever after i finished making my purchase trying to find a polite time to make my escape from her sob story). If you want a convenience store for some smokes or a coffee, sure. If you compare this location to any of the other quick checks within 10 miles, its about as sub par as it can get. Ill go a bit further out of my way if it means i wont be glared at and treated as an inconvenience just for walking through the front door. read more

There is one person taking care of all the pumps on a busy Friday night. My mother and I waited 10 minutes before 'Eugene' even noticed us (whistling and honking to get his attention did little help). The gas attendant did not move with a sense of urgency or apologize for making everyone wait.... this was the worst I have ever experienced at the pump (even compared to a rest stop on GSP in the summer) read more

I have been in this area for about 2 years now and have seen employees come and go out of this store. However, there are two female employees (really and specifically one) that is passively aggressively rude and in my opinion shouldn't be working with the general public (CUSTOMERS). One of the female workers (a bit older than the other female staff) is ALWAYS busy making "coffee" in the back when she really should be taking care of customers in the front. The service is slow at best. They don't seem to understand that "quick check" really means people wanna get something quick and check out. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I think the company as a whole is a good thing, but this location is getting kind of iffy. It just has taken on a lower class kind of feel to it. There are some much nicer ones, nearby and in neighboring towns. The employees and cleanliness of a place tend to reflect upon the company eventually. I think they could do better and ensure a better image. Of course there is always a mix of the regulars, people who just have to grab something whether from in town or just passing through, and those who are hang out around the place, but overall it seems to be becoming more of a place you think twice about entering at night. I think they can definitely do takes steps to improve this successfully. It's a strong company so this should be accomplishable, they just need to be aware of it. read more
