My facial and abstraction with Aliza today was nothing short of amazing!Although I was in a stressful place because of my (face)breakout, Aliza comforted me. With her skin care knowledge and expertise I left the office feeling more confident and with a better understanding of why my skin was being so fussy! I could really go on and on! But I'll save it for my next appointment which I happily scheduled for two weeks! Also super thanks to Dr. Trupin who popped in to assess and gave her medical advice! This place is the WORST. Do NOT go here. The owner should not be supported whatsoever. She is a very rude, judgmental woman who cares more about looks than anything. She is also extremely harsh when she deals with clients and i have seen her first hand treat her employees poorly. She puts them down and yells at them right in the front part of the office. Not sure why she would go into women's health and cosmetics if all she does is puts others down. If i could give negative stars I would. read more

I am very displeased with many facets of their services. 1. The coolsculpting performed on my inner thighs was done poorly. One leg was left with a "butter pat" on the top of my thigh and the other leg had a "butter pat" on the lower part of my thigh--clearly this procedure was not done evenly. I also had large brown circles left on my skin that took 2 years to fade (I had had coolsculpting done on my stomach a few years earlier by a plastic surgeon in Highland Park and I did not have either of these disastrous results!). To top that off, as soon as she saw my legs, the woman who did the procedure made a comment about how she never realized just how toned her teenage daughter's thighs were (obviously in comparison to mine)--SO UNPROFESSIONAL! 2. I had a dermaplaning procedure and she nicked my upper lip and I now have a keloid scar just right of center on my top lip. 3. I did a Palomar facial and I clearly asked that they avoid a compromised part on my nose that is missing some bone and has some cartilage grafting on my nostril due to an accident I had years ago and she went ahead and used the laser on it anyway and made that part of my nose so raw that it compromised the stability of the graft and created a sunken look on the side with the missing bone. This office is owned by a gynecologist who was more interested in critiquing my looks than getting me my pap smear results. I have to wonder exactly how well trained these overzealous technicians are. There are so many actual plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the C-U area and up in Chicago that there is no need to compromise your looks by going here. read more

Love this place - I have mild acne scars & they gave me a free consultation to figure out the best plan for me. I made an appointment with Janie for 3 microneedling treatments. A little expensive but they had a package that made it worth it. Janie is very caring, talks to you about a skin care routine that will work for you when you go home, is happy to give a sample of a product so you can try it before you purchase & she even emailed me the next day after my first treatment to see how my skin was. amy at hada inside the ARC is amazing! i had waxing services with her and she made the whole session painless and made me feel really comfortable. it was my first time and she explained the whole process to me so i knew what to expect. she also waxed my eyebrows and they look amazing! i would recommend this place to everyone. i will for sure go see Amy again! read more
