Dr G has taken care of my entire family. I went first 15 years ago. I had an orthodontist friend in San Antonio and I told him I would drive down to see him. He said why would you do that when you have one of the best orthodontists in the country in Plano? I took his advice and Dr G take care of my teeth and did great! My wife went next and he was able to use a retainer to move her teeth and had them straight in a few months. My oldest daughter has to have a four series modification, she has to wear headgear to move her jaw. (I have heard other people with similar issues having their jaw broken and mouth wired shut, so Dr G was worth his weight in gold just for this alone.). My daughter now has perfect teeth. My other daughter got to use Invisalign. He also diagnosed a tongue thrust that she got fixed through therapy. So, he is the best orthodontist in North Texas! Dr. Goldreich has been my orthodontist since 2009. He's an absolute joy to work with, and his staff are all well-trained and have all the tools necessary. The first time I came to him was during my elementary school days, in which my permanent teeth had starting growing in. He had given me braces for just my upper teeth at first because my bottom teeth were still growing, and I got the braces off a year later. The change was already noticeable. Fast forward to 2014 when I finally got braces on both upper and lower teeth. It turns out that my mouth was special in a sense that my lower jaw grew much faster than my upper jaw, which would mean that I would have an underbite. However, it turns out my teeth had already done some auto-adjusting, which was both good and bad. Consequently, he worked out a way to fix that, and I was pleased with my result. (And glad I don't have to get surgery! ) With his experience and skill, he managed to fix everything, and I haven't had any problems with my teeth since. My dentist even broke my permanent retainer recently, but Goldreich reattached it easily. Certainly the best orthodontist around! PS: Always make sure to wear your rubber bands. read more

Moved to the area in 2011 from Lubbock with already having braces and receiving treatment for close to one year when I needed to find a new orthodontist close by. I thought his website was impressive from all the others I checked out (about a dozen) and scheduled a visit. The process of meeting with his team, going over my past therapy with the previous orthodontist, and then planning out where to go from there was actually seamless. We were able to adjust my previous work done to his preferences and settled on a payment that actually saved me money from my agreement with the Lubbock Orthodontist. The staff is excellent, courteous, and professional. More than once I had to re-schedule an appointment and they worked with me quite easily. Dr. Goldreich was very attentive and explained any questions I had thoroughly and to where I could understand. It's been 6 months now since I had my braces removed and couldn't be more happier with the results. What's really fun about his team is all the bonus fun activities his office does throughout the year. As an adult, I was terrified to get braces. I trusted Dr. Hilton Goldreich for my treatment plan. Not only did my teeth look fabulous in the end, my teeth moved much faster than I expected using the Damon System. I was so thrilled with the result. I had no regrets having Dr. Goldreich as my orthodontist. He gave me several options to consider and never pushed or pressured me into going for the most expensive treatment. Dr. Goldreich and his staff are experts at what they do, and they are wonderful people! My overall experience was so positive that I did not consider any other orthodontist to treat my 11 year-old daughter, even though we live almost an hour away from his office. It is worth the drive to take her to see him. Dr. Goldreich has a very kind and gentle way with children, and my daughter is very comfortable with him. His staff is also very kind and nurturing. If cost is the driver in your decision, you can go to a chain orthodontic clinic or to an orthodontist with lesser credentials and experience and probably pay less, but remember that you always get what you pay for! Cheaper is not better, especially for something as important as orthodontic treatment that will affect your smile and overall oral health for the rest of your life. My brother-in-law picked a low-cost orthodontist, and he ended up having to wear braces twice. It took four years to fix his teeth. It was worth every penny I spent on my smile, and every penny I spent on my daughter's treatment. I didn't find Dr. Goldreich's cost to be unreasonable because it includes everything, from wax and rubber bands to a brand new Water Pik. We started the journey with Dr. G in 2008. We were referred to him by our dentist and when Dr. G described the process it looked very complicated and frightening (moving a jaw, expending it, upper and lower braces and possible screws in the jaw...). For the next 4.5 years we visited the clinic every 6 months and Dr. G checked my daughter to establish the perfect time to start the process. He made sure that her teeth are growing well (and recommended pulling some out when needed), found that she has a tongue thrust issue and directed us to a speech therapist and took x-ray to monitor the growth of the permanent teeth. At the end of each visit we received from Dr. G a full explanation on the stage we are at and what to expect in the near future. It was always done with a smile and with lots of patience to make sure that we have all the details and aware of all the options. It is important to mention that during those 4.5 years, when my daughter's teeth were only monitored, we did not pay and our insurance was not billed. When it was time to start the treatment, we were invited and received detailed information on the different stages of the treatment and the cost. There were no hidden or additional costs and we were presented with different options for payments. We all know that orthodontic treatment can be extremely expensive, but Dr. G and his team make sure that it is achievable by working with patients and their families to come up with the best payment plan. It might be true that the prices are higher, but with the complexity of the treatment my daughter had to go through, I preferred to pay more and have her teeth in the hands of an orthodontist that comes highly recommended! I have no regrets. At certain point of time, my daughter was not happy with the technician that took care of her and when I mentioned that in a feedback form, Dr. G contacted me personally and made sure that my daughter's complaints were addressed. We never had any additional problems. Beyond having great clinical facility, The Goldreich Orthodontics team comes up with great ideas to give back to community and patients: - Kids can collect "nuggets" for good grades, for brushing their teeth well and for wearing the clinic T shirt. The nuggets can be traded for several gift cards. My daughter loved it! - They "buy" Halloween candies from the kids and at one occasion shipped them to our troops overseas and in addition asked the kids to write cards for the troops; - Dr G. gives different scholarships; - they have annual parties for the kids, their friends and families and the list goes on and on! Even coming to the clinic for the regular checkup is a lovely experience: you never know how the clinic will be decorated or what will be the theme. The coffee machine is always ready, the fridge is stoked with water and the chocolate chips cookies are fresh and people are smiling! We were lucky to have been referred to Dr. G, not only to have completed the journey with the most perfect teeth for my daughter, but also to be a part of a very unique group of people that are passionate and dedicated to their patients. My two favorite things were the card they asked my daughter to write, they mailed and I got it as a surprise for Mother's Day; and that they asked my daughter what was the food she missed the most and could not eat when she had braces and they prepared a big beg of this candy for the day her braces were removed. That shows their attention and caring and their wish to make people smile, not only by fixing teeth! I can not begin to express my gratitude for Dr Goldreich and his entire staff. My daughter Marley came in to see Dr. G two years ago needing so much work. Initially we thought she would just be needing braces. After Marleys consultation we learned that there was much more involved with her care. From day one he was very thorough of what treatment she needed. His state of the art equipment gives you exactly what you need to see. It all starts when you walk in the door. The moment you walk in immediately you are taken care of. From the decorations, to the pictures of past patients on the walls, to the friendly staff that is always there with a smile. If you come during football season they wear their favorite teams jerseys! You never know what fun patient event is around the corner! Such a warm inviting family like environment! As a parent I certainly appreciated his staff and how exceptional every aspect of our experience was. Marley was nervous about getting braces but Dr. G's staff would make sure that she was taken care of every time. First of all, Dr. Goldreich has an excellent group of people running his business for him. He used social network to keep up with all his patients, he often run contests and give away prizes and also invite his patients and their friends to his annual summer party. By doing all that, he expanded his clientele, he made his patients happy so they will make referral to Dr. Goldreich. My experience with Dr. G was good in the very beginning until right before my daughter was almost done with her treatment. I had some concerns about my daughter's teeth before Dr. G remove my daughter's braces, I discussed the issues with him and he disagree with me and blame the issue to my daughter. His attitude immediately changed and he walked away and didn't want to deal with it and he let one of his assistant take over. The bottom line: Dr. G charged WAY too much, my son has braces at a different orthodontist, we saved at least $2,500. If cost isn't a big deal to you and you like Dr. G office atmosphere plus his annual summer party, that's the place for you. For me, I am just looking out my own pocket book and by saving $2,500 going to a different orthodontist, I have no regret.. read more

Great orthodontist and superb operation in terms of high tech equipment and expert staff. My two sons are patients and it was obvious that Dr. Goldreich is super knowledgeable. For my sons, one had some teeth that were a bit crooked, and the other son needed major realignment of most of his teeth. After only about 6 months, it's clear that their teeth are going to be straight; one will probably be in braces for another 6-12 months to close some gaps. I am so impressed with Dr. Goldreich and his staff. I was referred to Dr. G by another top orthdontist in San Antonio-who said he would provide excellent care. I have had braces twice already so I am very picky when it comes to my dental care(having had a failed braces once before)-once as a child and another time an an adult. I have interviewed many orthdontists in the past 5 years. I came to Dr .G with jaw pain, a poor bite (open and overbite) and old composites that did not fit my teeth. Dr. Goldreich had a clear plan of action for my issues (the best treatment plan anyone ever provided me), and his treatment has not only made my smile look cosmetically better-but I no longer suffer from jaw pain and I am not embarrassed to smile. His plan not only included fixing the cosmetic part, but making sure my tooth roots were in proper alignment-and ensuring it fixed the problems causing my back teeth to wear down prematurely. As an adult, it is very difficult to pick an orthodontist who you feel will provide you with the best treatment options, and I feel Dr. G exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier in all honesty.
