Not only did they seamlessly make my car look brand new off the lot- their customer service is unmatched. Every single employee I interacted with was PHENOMENAL. I primarily worked with Tyler and he relentlessly tried to find a replacement for my wheel that is no longer in production. He went so far as calling shops all the way across the country. This is just one example of several where Tyler and his team went well out of their way to make things right. They had not replaced the factory appliqué they removed from the car but when we picked it up they said they would get it. A week later I checked and they now refuse to honor that verbal promise.
