They had not replaced the factory appliqué they removed from the car but when we picked it up they said they would get it. A week later I checked and they now refuse to honor that verbal promise. I took it to Dunn's Body Shop in Frankfort. They did great work on my Honda Odyssey. I called them first. They sadly are out of business now. So I called every shop in Frankfort, Lexington, Georgetown, and Lawrenceburg. One of the shops I called was Mr. Freeman at Freeman's Autobody in Frankfort KY. And he was the one who could get me in the soonest. He gave me an appt for Oct 23rd, which was the soonest anyone had told me. That's really why I chose him. I took the car to him and he gave me a very fair estimate for the repair, and that is precisely how much it ended up costing. The best thing about the Freeman shop is the quality of the work. You cannot tell that there was ever any damage to my car. It looks just like new. I will be taking all my body work to him in the future. The owner is Nate Freeman. He's a good guy. We went back in and he gave me a couple estimates just in case they need to make some paint adjustments. I was rear ended, bumper slightly damaged, crash bar broken and back-up camera out of place. I took it to Hadawreck to be fixed. I picked up my car and went home to find that the crash bar was still broken and the camera was not fixed. It had not been touched or obviously fixed. I took it back and they fixed the crash bar and then I get a call that the camera is not broken and it is fine. The receptionist began to tell me that I was wrong and that somehow I didn't know what I was talking about. My back-up camera was always clear with sensory lines in it. She proceeded to tell me that all versions of my car, you can see parts of the car and that it wasn't affected. She was basically telling me that I was lying about my car. I have a Chevy Malibu 2015, the camera was always clear and I had back-up sensors. I will never use those auto-shop again. They not only lied about my camera but they failed to fix my crash bar, which I'm guessing they thought I would never see. Little did they know, my husband, checked it. If I can save you grief and maybe even your life, considering Hadawreck doesn't care, don't go. Go somewhere, anywhere else.

On top of all that she was paying for a rental car. She was curious to see what the process was since it was taking so long considering she was only there to fix her bumper. When she showed up, her car was in the same exact spot as when she dropped it off with a layer of dirt on the car. Had not been touched one time. No work was completed. They took advantage of an older women and it is truly disgusting. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
