She lived just over 12 wonderful years & was the best girl~even-tempered & everyone that met her described her as "sweet". I kept in touch with Janice throughout her life, sending photos of our adventures. When Harlow passed in Dec 2023, we waited almost a year before getting Greta. I reached out to Janice in the spring and advised we'd be ready for a pup around Thanksgiving. She said that she'd be breeding in July and would keep me posted. Our girl, Greta was born on our anniversary (10/1)! We picked her up the week of Thanksgiving, just like I did Harlow. I hadn't seen Janice in 13 years. We hugged & I got a bit teary-eyed. She walked me in & introduced me to this small but mighty sassy girl. She was the runt & she was everything plus that we had hoped for in our second pup. Greta is now 4.5 MO's old & the sweetest girl. Eager to learn, eager to please, & full of that good puppy energy! Thank you Janice for the care & love you put into these babies!!! Believe it -- we now have a truly Great Dog. He absolutely obeys 15 commands -- including walking peacefully with a slack leash, off, leave it, drop it, heel, sit. Since I'd never done this before I was hesitant to trust my little friend to strangers. My pup passed her meet-and-greet with flying colors, and it eased a good measure of my discomfort. After having boarded her several times now, were BOTH happy with their staff and services. I never worry about her while she's there, and I often forget to even check in on her (except when my grandkids ask if we can see her!). Now when I pack her things, she knows where she's going, and it's not uncommon for her to be too excited to eat or drink, and even if I'm not ready to leave she'll get in the car and won't get out. We're both happy we found Four Paws Hotel and Day Resort! (I referred my sister to them, and now her dog is a regular when she leaves town as well.)

Limbaugh but I stuck with the practice for my dog who had lots of health issues. De. Limbaugh and he staff were great and helped me through the hard process for having to put down my 13 year old dog last year and helped me this year with my new puppy. Because of her kindness and understanding last year I will remain a client of hers. I had my cat get sick the week before I scheduled my dog to be put down, and ultimately had to my cat down as well. I spend nearly $2k on about a week on both of my animals and unfortunately lost both of them. Doc and all of her staff were amazing and super compassionate. It was the week before Christmas and obviously not a great time for me. I will never forget their kindness!
