They may put you in a little "care" room, but you end up waiting a ways past your appointment time before someone comes to take care of your pet.

Told her I'd have to put a stop payment, and she got very angry, said she would mail the check, less eval fee, I said ok. I waited a week for my check, then I called her but she has blocked me. Beware. Joan if you're reading this, I had every intention of calling you in January to start the process, but you were so rude I no longer want to work with you.

I really wish I would have been made aware when I purchased and had installed the system that their replacement collars were so stupidly expensive. That is half the cost of one of those more up-to-date, portable, changeable GPS fencing systems by Halo or Cesar Millan.
