Giving five stars to a Dentist was never on my bucket list but today that's what I'm doing. If you're looking for a dentist that can work you in almost immediately, is very gentle, relaxing, and friendly dr. Hall, Dr. Chambers and Heather were absolutely amazing today. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and inviting you can tell that it is a great place to work as well. The clinic is very bright and clean. Has things for the Littles to do while they're waiting. If you are afraid of the Dentist, this is a place for you. They actually care and make you feel like they want you to be as comfortable as possible. read more

This is an office with a professional, kind, nonjudgmental and attentive team. The dental care one receives here is amazing.

Feel absolutely misled by the whole experience. Sure the staff and dentists are so nice and I truly mean that but it's disarming. Started with needing extraction for massive infection prior to having surgery on a elbow. I didn't think it was smart to go into open surgery like that. Add im incredibly scared of the dentist and my mouth proved that with how bad my condition was and I totally own that. But everything was emergency driven and answers to those high dollar questions needed to be answered right then and there instead of just taking care of the problem so I could safely go into surgery. I had expressed I was overwhelmed and nervous about being pushed into making long term decisions when they don't even accept my insurance and just needing to get surgery and obviously I was infected and in pain so not exactly all there add my fear of being in the office. I'm also on the autistic spectrum so it's hard for me to know sometimes what's real and what's bullshit especially when people are nice to me. I become incredibly trusting and it's almost like these people are related to me and really truly have my best interests at heart. Add the fact I was on laughing gas and also having MTHFR genetic mutation which makes the sedation part a little dangerous due to the fact I don't detoxify like a normal person. So I can say I def felt a high of sorts. So that made me also not in my right mind as well. All of which I was clear with them about. I knew I'd need most if not all my teeth removed at some point but they made me feel rushed into that decision when again I only wanted the immediate problem fixed for surgery in a week. Even their website states implants and cosmetic surgery and I expressly said I do not want denture I don't even like to say the word nor type it out cause for me personally it's embarrassing. Every time I went into the office it was always something different than before things constantly changed sure they had a smile on their face while doing so and when I expressed that things continually change from the previous visit he def had a change in attitude and maybe because of my autism I felt the need to say "well maybe it's me or maybe i heard wrong" that should have been my first clue this niceness was just business tactic. By the time they removed all my teeth Did bone graphs and had charged well into the 25k amount they say we don't even do implants and will have to send you elsewhere while their website expressly says they do and not that they would have to send me out of office for those which they're now stating. I mean at this point I have a empty mouth practically. What did I end up with? A upper denture the one thing I didn't want first fitting sucked they didn't even sit level and while being fitted it's like how do you not even see this I had to point it out and she was like well a lot has changed since September 2024 okay but you did the mold in may of 2025 I mean do they literally train everyone to put a smile on and blame you for work you know you're not trained for? So they sent me home with a shitty denture that not only is slanted but won't even stay in with some sort of liner she placed in to make it stay. Asked for care instructions thinking I'd get paperwork and nope none of that either so I've had to use online Info for care instructions. They're making me a new one and honestly I have zero faith in that as well. I will be asking for the info on the company making the denture and what is the warranty cause I spent enough for a new car and the end result is I'm not even wearing the denture they sent me home with because per my reading bad fitting dentures can effect your gums and bone and well I can't seem to keep it in place let alone eat with it in place so I guess I just donated money to someone's vacation fund cause I'm still toothless on top, the end result is I want a refund on the top. Not sure why I had bone graphs at over 600$ a graph for dentures anyways per my reading the graphs are generally done for implants that they can't even do in office even though they sure claim they can on their website. Worst thing is if they read this totally honest take on my experience how will they treat me now. Guess that might be a follow up. I haven't wanted to contact the boards because I just want this over and to be happy with the fortune I've spent but not sure that was ever going to be the case cause the only thing I said I didn't want I felt strong armed into ending up with and first round proved they're junk read more

When they were first getting off the ground and gaining customers, they were amazing. Small family feel, it was comfortable. Once they added onto their building, it feels like a money grab. They reported no issues with my teeth the first year or two, after that, every single visit is "you need two crowns" which is crazy when I experience no discomfort or pain. I started taking my children there and they would stop my cleaning a ton of times to pressure me into expensive things for my children even though they had no cavities or issues. Just to "prevent future cavities". The craziest part was that they wouldn't even run my insurance, they refused. It was always a cash "investment" for hundreds of dollars that would be no guarantee of anything. My cleanings (for healthy teeth) started being an hour of my mouth being open because of the amount of times it got interrupted. Then, the hygienist would continue to pressure me as she was cleaning my teeth, essentially telling me that if I loved my child, I would do this experimental, non insurance covering thing she didn't need that might prevent future cavities (that has little to no evidence based research). We will not be back, and after I called to cancel my apt, I found out they had been holding onto money they owed me. They did end up refunding me after some back and forth, but it's frustrating that they hold onto your money as a "credit" without offering it back when they were paid in full every appointment. Please practice caution here and get a second opinion if something doesn't feel right, I don't want another mom to feel what I did, it is something I cannot stop thinking about since I take so much pride in how well my children are cared for, especially when it comes to their health. read more

friendly,....but DEFINETELY after the money. Shop around. Had a mouth guard made even though I insisted I would not use it . ( mouth breathing cpap user)...took a YEAR to get me my partial...a YEAR! just gathering dust on their shelf after looking for it. Was charged immediately though. EXPENSIVE. Today I had to return TWICE. Pulled a tooth that they recently hooked up a bridge to..and capped another. The cap was in the back of my throat before I made it to the parking lot. After reattaching the darn near transparently thin temporary cap and waiting longer than the instructed 30 minutes, I ate a small piece of bacon and the cap broke in three pieces. I have been going for years..but that is the last straw. I was refunded, got my records and searching for a new dentist. read more

New in the area and needed to find a new dentist. Got their flier in my mailbox to REMIND me I needed a check-up lol. Decided to give them a try because they were close. Glad I did! I had a bad expirience with a dentist years and years ago. I had not been since. I did my best to take care of my teeth and guns but when it got to a point I could no longer do it myself I began looking for a dentist that could help. Dr. Hall was close by and was recommended by my insurance provider. They got me in right away and treated me with compassion, understanding and a level of professionalism I had not expirienced in a dental place before. Have been 3 times and wife at least twice. New to area 18 months ago and with the dentistry training he received, we thought great. Well, we should have know better. With the huge fake smile, I knew that something was up. Charged us 3 times for a $691 crown and a bite guard that they keep trying to sell me. With 2 charges reversed, we are still waiting for the third one to be reversed. Do your self a favor and look up what "balance billing" is. Very disappointing. read more

An honest review , the parking is horrendous, one way in and you have to back out , the dental office is a converted home which equates to a maze of rooms , unsafe in my opinion due to fire in a crowded wood structure . The prices are in the stratosphere , much nicer places at a lessor price , safer structure and way better parking . read more

While my husband and I were away on vacation, our daughter had a skateboard crash and broke her front tooth. Dr. Hall was AMAZING in helping ease her worry and create a plan in our absence. He consulted over the phone and got her scheduled for repair right away! Her reconstructed tooth looks like new, which is so important to everyone, but especially a teenage girl! Everyone took time and did not rush me through anything. It was nice to feel welcomed and respected. If anyone is looking for a great dental experience, check them out. This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and inviting. They are not rough with your teeth and explain everything thoroughly.
