Giving five stars to a Dentist was never on my bucket list but today that's what I'm doing. If you're looking for a dentist that can work you in almost immediately, is very gentle, relaxing, and friendly dr. Hall, Dr. Chambers and Heather were absolutely amazing today. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and inviting you can tell that it is a great place to work as well. The clinic is very bright and clean. Has things for the Littles to do while they're waiting. If you are afraid of the Dentist, this is a place for you. They actually care and make you feel like they want you to be as comfortable as possible. read more

Can't thank Denise enough. This week I went in to get my new night guard for TMJ using their really cool 3D imaging: Unfortunately it wasn't fitting quite right. Denise kept adjusting it until it was absolutely perfect. Goes to show technology is great, but it still takes experts in their craft to make things work perfect sometimes. read more

Feel absolutely misled by the whole experience. Sure the staff and dentists are so nice and I truly mean that but it's disarming. Started with needing extraction for massive infection prior to having surgery on a elbow. I didn't think it was smart to go into open surgery like that. Add im incredibly scared of the dentist and my mouth proved that with how bad my condition was and I totally own that. But everything was emergency driven and answers to those high dollar questions needed to be answered right then and there instead of just taking care of the problem so I could safely go into surgery. I had expressed I was overwhelmed and nervous about being pushed into making long term decisions when they don't even accept my insurance and just needing to get surgery and obviously I was infected and in pain so not exactly all there add my fear of being in the office. I'm also on the autistic spectrum so it's hard for me to know sometimes what's real and what's bullshit especially when people are nice to me. I become incredibly trusting and it's almost like these people are related to me and really truly have my best interests at heart. Add the fact I was on laughing gas and also having MTHFR genetic mutation which makes the sedation part a little dangerous due to the fact I don't detoxify like a normal person. So I can say I def felt a high of sorts. So that made me also not in my right mind as well. All of which I was clear with them about. I knew I'd need most if not all my teeth removed at some point but they made me feel rushed into that decision when again I only wanted the immediate problem fixed for surgery in a week. Even their website states implants and cosmetic surgery and I expressly said I do not want denture I don't even like to say the word nor type it out cause for me personally it's embarrassing. Every time I went into the office it was always something different than before things constantly changed sure they had a smile on their face while doing so and when I expressed that things continually change from the previous visit he def had a change in attitude and maybe because of my autism I felt the need to say "well maybe it's me or maybe i heard wrong" that should have been my first clue this niceness was just business tactic. By the time they removed all my teeth Did bone graphs and had charged well into the 25k amount they say we don't even do implants and will have to send you elsewhere while their website expressly says they do and not that they would have to send me out of office for those which they're now stating. I mean at this point I have a empty mouth practically. What did I end up with? A upper denture the one thing I didn't want first fitting sucked they didn't even sit level and while being fitted it's like how do you not even see this I had to point it out and she was like well a lot has changed since September 2024 okay but you did the mold in may of 2025 I mean do they literally train everyone to put a smile on and blame you for work you know you're not trained for? So they sent me home with a shitty denture that not only is slanted but won't even stay in with some sort of liner she placed in to make it stay. Asked for care instructions thinking I'd get paperwork and nope none of that either so I've had to use online Info for care instructions. They're making me a new one and honestly I have zero faith in that as well. I will be asking for the info on the company making the denture and what is the warranty cause I spent enough for a new car and the end result is I'm not even wearing the denture they sent me home with because per my reading bad fitting dentures can effect your gums and bone and well I can't seem to keep it in place let alone eat with it in place so I guess I just donated money to someone's vacation fund cause I'm still toothless on top, the end result is I want a refund on the top. Not sure why I had bone graphs at over 600$ a graph for dentures anyways per my reading the graphs are generally done for implants that they can't even do in office even though they sure claim they can on their website. Worst thing is if they read this totally honest take on my experience how will they treat me now. Guess that might be a follow up. I haven't wanted to contact the boards because I just want this over and to be happy with the fortune I've spent but not sure that was ever going to be the case cause the only thing I said I didn't want I felt strong armed into ending up with and first round proved they're junk read more

When they were first getting off the ground and gaining customers, they were amazing. Small family feel, it was comfortable. Once they added onto their building, it feels like a money grab. They reported no issues with my teeth the first year or two, after that, every single visit is "you need two crowns" which is crazy when I experience no discomfort or pain. I started taking my children there and they would stop my cleaning a ton of times to pressure me into expensive things for my children even though they had no cavities or issues. Just to "prevent future cavities". The craziest part was that they wouldn't even run my insurance, they refused. It was always a cash "investment" for hundreds of dollars that would be no guarantee of anything. My cleanings (for healthy teeth) started being an hour of my mouth being open because of the amount of times it got interrupted. Then, the hygienist would continue to pressure me as she was cleaning my teeth, essentially telling me that if I loved my child, I would do this experimental, non insurance covering thing she didn't need that might prevent future cavities (that has little to no evidence based research). We will not be back, and after I called to cancel my apt, I found out they had been holding onto money they owed me. They did end up refunding me after some back and forth, but it's frustrating that they hold onto your money as a "credit" without offering it back when they were paid in full every appointment. Please practice caution here and get a second opinion if something doesn't feel right, I don't want another mom to feel what I did, it is something I cannot stop thinking about since I take so much pride in how well my children are cared for, especially when it comes to their health. read more

friendly,....but DEFINETELY after the money. Shop around. Had a mouth guard made even though I insisted I would not use it . ( mouth breathing cpap user)...took a YEAR to get me my partial...a YEAR! just gathering dust on their shelf after looking for it. Was charged immediately though. EXPENSIVE. Today I had to return TWICE. Pulled a tooth that they recently hooked up a bridge to..and capped another. The cap was in the back of my throat before I made it to the parking lot. After reattaching the darn near transparently thin temporary cap and waiting longer than the instructed 30 minutes, I ate a small piece of bacon and the cap broke in three pieces. I have been going for years..but that is the last straw. I was refunded, got my records and searching for a new dentist. read more

New in the area and needed to find a new dentist. Got their flier in my mailbox to REMIND me I needed a check-up lol. Decided to give them a try because they were close. Glad I did! Everyone in the office was SO nice and welcoming!! And all their equipment is high tech. Dr Seth Hall was very kind, personable, and has a sense of humor which was very much appreciated! I had a bad expirience with a dentist years and years ago. I had not been since. I did my best to take care of my teeth and guns but when it got to a point I could no longer do it myself I began looking for a dentist that could help. Dr. Hall was close by and was recommended by my insurance provider. They got me in right away and treated me with compassion, understanding and a level of professionalism I had not expirienced in a dental place before. I like the facility a lot and it was cozy, not like a medical professional business building. The place was warm and inviting. Dr. Hall is great and his staff are wonderful. Even my 7 year old said Mommy go leave a review and give them 5 stars! The entire staff was so wonderful!!! They clearly care about their patients and are so wonderful with kids. This was my sons first visit to the dentist and they took the time to make him feel comfortable and understood what all the tools would do before getting started. I came into Dr Hall after I broke a tooth on Saturday night and contacted them through the web that night to have a call back that next day to be seen on Monday! My point of that story is they will call even on the weekends to help you for me that's over and beyond! But they do even better when I seen I am terrified of dentist but every single last person in that office is amazing I had Dr Hall and Heather and they were the best I mso blessed to have found them. I have neglected going to dentist for several years due to being scared of going. These folks are definitely a blessing! read more

Have been 3 times and wife at least twice. New to area 18 months ago and with the dentistry training he received, we thought great. Well, we should have know better. With the huge fake smile, I knew that something was up. Charged us 3 times for a $691 crown and a bite guard that they keep trying to sell me. With 2 charges reversed, we are still waiting for the third one to be reversed. Do your self a favor and look up what "balance billing" is. Very disappointing. read more

An honest review , the parking is horrendous, one way in and you have to back out , the dental office is a converted home which equates to a maze of rooms , unsafe in my opinion due to fire in a crowded wood structure . The prices are in the stratosphere , much nicer places at a lessor price , safer structure and way better parking . read more

While my husband and I were away on vacation, our daughter had a skateboard crash and broke her front tooth. Dr. Hall was AMAZING in helping ease her worry and create a plan in our absence. He consulted over the phone and got her scheduled for repair right away! Her reconstructed tooth looks like new, which is so important to everyone, but especially a teenage girl! Dr. Hall and staff are not only skilled at dental work, but they really care about the overall well being of their patients. They always call or text to follow up after all procedures, but we've heard from him a few times - even during this crazy pandemic. We couldn't be happier with the care our entire family receives at this practice! read more

Hall Family Dentistry is a welcoming-homey environment. The doctors call you the day before your appointment and also check on you afterwards. The level of professionalism exceeded all my of expectations. My first visit to Dr. Hall Dentistry. I have to say the staff, hygienist and Doctor were all so great! I rec'd courtesy calls to remind me of my appointment. Everyone took time and did not rush me through anything. It was nice to feel welcomed and respected. If anyone is looking for a great dental experience, check them out. Ruby took excellent care of my teeth cleaning x-rays and setting up my next appointment. Dr. Hall was kind and very thorough with all my dental options. This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and inviting. They are not rough with your teeth and explain everything thoroughly. I received a teeth cleaning from Taylor and it couldn't have gone any smoother. She was very nice and professional. I won't be pushed around be a greety dentist that insists on maximizing billing to my inurance. Get xray's if you want them. If you don't, it should be your choice and your risk. I reseached this situation, and evidently it is legal for dentist to refuse basic exam and cleaning if you won't agree to xrays. Legal and ethical are two differnt things. Can you imaged a doctor refusing to give you a basic exam because you refused a test he recommeded? Besides this, the office staff is terrible, so I recommend you go elsewhere! These guys are after maximum profit from you and your insurance.

Our family has been to many different dental clinics. I have never been to a clinic where the actual dentist called the night before our visit to introduce himself and welcome us for choosing his practice. I mean that shows you how special this place really is. There is just something different when you walk into Dr. Hall's clinic-- it truly lives up to the name... Hall FAMILY Dentistry. Nothing flashy, nothing over the top. The front desk staff were welcoming and acted like they had known me forever, despite it being the first time visit. The care, the quality, and the personalization is hands down the best service I have had at ANY dental clinic. My kids were calm and cool-- they loved how fun Dr. Hall and Dr. Chambers were with them. They got down to their level, played with them, made them feel extra comfortable while examining them. The hygiene staff are remarkable and my teeth have never felt so clean after leaving. I had been avoiding the dentist for over 10 years. I was very embarrassed about my teeth. When I finally made the choice to go I picked Dr. Hall. He and his team were on top of it before I even arrived. They reached out by phone to introduce themselves and ask if I had any questions. When I got there everyone was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to get to know me as a person, what I wanted from a dentist, and what my goals were. The entire staff made me feel comfortable at a very insecure time. The care I received was top notch. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how it fit in with my dental goals. Everything from care, to insurance and payments, and timelines for procedures was crystal clear. I cannot recommend this team enough and will continue to go back for all my dental care. read more

The most welcoming dentist I have ever been to! As soon as I came in I was greeted by every single staff member with a big smile, and was treated like more than just a patient. I received my cleaning from Melia, who was SO sweet, helpful, and friendly. Very gentle with my teeth, always made sure I was comfortable, she even sent me a picture of the mascara she uses after I told her I loved her lashes! Dr. Hall introduced himself and was making conversation with me throughout my whole appointment, really getting to know each other which made the visit a lot more relaxed and fun! Every staff member I interacted with explained everything in such great detail, very straight forward, and answered all of my questions perfectly. Such a wonderful, home-y environment! I usually don't leave 1* reviews, but take your time to read our experience. My Honest Google review I left on Aug 3rd was reported by family and friends of the employees and removed by Google of course because it's automated! They pick and choose their reviews! I want people to know to get a second opinion because pulling healthy teeth out is a huge deal, well to them it's not because it's not their teeth. Bridges and implants bring money, healthy teeth don't. I won't write the whole experience, I will just include a screenshot of my review that was removed on Google, and My wild guess is after this review there will be a lot of friends and family leaving 5* reviews just like they did on Google, LOL! I'm going out on a limb here and assume that I am amongst the majority that doesn't really care for a trip to the Dentist. That being said, I need to give credit where credit is due and tip my hat to this practice and it's phenomenal staff. I just had my second appointment here and from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the receptionist you are completely at ease. The hygienists are the best and most gentle I've experienced and Dr. Hall is laid back, professional and focused on making the procedures as comfortable as possible. Hall Family Dentistry exceeded my expectations specially considering how much I dread the process of my dental care. The staff goes above and beyond to make the process go as smooth as possible.
