Horrible customer service! Just got the phone with Nadia a new case coordinator. When I asked if her firm is part a very important association NELA ( NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT LAWYERS ASSOCIATION) She got annoyed I asked her, and with anger in her voice said " I DON'T WHAT THAT IS!" Then she ignored my question and said " I CALLED YOU TO TALK ABOUT THE CASE!" My thoughts: She was angry she didn't know the answer so choose to speak down to me so that she didn't look like a fool! In October of 2014 I was terminated from my employer at one of the states biggest healthcare maintenance organizations due to my association with my son who was becoming an increasingly challenging and costly patient for them.
