Horrible customer service! Just got the phone with Nadia a new case coordinator. When I asked if her firm is part a very important association NELA ( NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT LAWYERS ASSOCIATION) She got annoyed I asked her, and with anger in her voice said " I DON'T WHAT THAT IS!" Then she ignored my question and said " I CALLED YOU TO TALK ABOUT THE CASE!" My thoughts: She was angry she didn't know the answer so choose to speak down to me so that she didn't look like a fool! Shame on this firm for hiring Nadia. She is arrogant, rude, and ignorant. I definitely won't be giving them my business. I'm sure better options are available out there. My story is long so Ill keep it short. I was fired while on maternity leave and I had just had a new baby I was scared, confused and had no clue what to do next. I was referred to this firm. In October of 2014 I was terminated from my employer at one of the states biggest healthcare maintenance organizations due to my association with my son who was becoming an increasingly challenging and costly patient for them. I gave them a call and was scheduled for an appointment with them within a week. When I got there I met with Aaron who I was referred to initially and got down to the specifics of my case and the details surrounding it. This was a terrible and emotional time for me due to the loss of my 12 year employment and at the same time dealing with the heartache that my son was still suffering several different health complications.
