This location has Dunkin' workers operating two separate counters (Dunkin' and Jimmy John's) in the same space and a spacious seating area. I can get my favorite Jimmy John's subs and some munchkins from Dunkin' under the same roof. There is no drive thru at this location. In the past, I usually stopped at the Waltham and Leominster locations (not co-branded) for Jimmy John's until more locations opened up slightly closer to home. On my way through Acton, I stopped by this Jimmy John's/Dunkin' shop on Great Road, which has no drive thru. My favorite subs are the #12 Beach Club and the #15 Club Tuna Sub. They also offer $8.99 Meal Deals for a regular sub, chips & drink. However, I had a $6.99 deal for a Toasted Sandwich. I ordered the Roast Beef & Cheddar Sub on the Jimmy John's app, which powers their rewards program to earn free food and discounted offers. I also used the Dunkin' app to order 10 munchkins for dessert too. Both of my orders were ready at the counter in about 5 minutes after ordering on the app. The Toasted Roast Beef & Cheddar had thin slices of roast beef, horseradish sauce, crispy fried onions, lettuce, tomato, onions, & mayo on an 8" toasted white sub roll. This hot toasted sub was very good and had a nice mix of savory flavors. The assorted Dunkin' munchkins' were typical. After I finished my lunch, they rewarded me with the same offer for another $6.99 Toasted Sandwich. I'll definitely have to stop back again! I usually wait for deals and rewards to arrive in the app, before heading over to a Jimmy John's.

All the decent staff seem to have left, now all that's left are people who can't communicate properly or do a poor job at what they're supposed to be doing. More times than I can count, my bags have ripped because the baggers don't pay attention to what they're doing and I've lost stuff from breaking when the bags rip open. The produce is hit or miss, often going bad or covered in mold, like the strawberries. One time I went through six containers trying to find one that wasn't covered in white fuzzy mold, and eventually gave up. The company slogan used to be ", focusing on friendly" when you looked at the name tags, but it feels very very far from that nowadays. If I wanted miserable workers and a sub-par experience, I could just drive down the street to the dollar store. Overall, negative 3 stars out of 10. The gas station itself had really fast pumps and the convenience store here was great. This convenience store had all the snacks we were looking for as well as a Dunkin' Donuts which was convenient. The staff here was really nice and the service overall was great. It is nice to see that since they franchised to Circle K they have cleaned up a bit and made the bathrooms here a bit more comfortable. In the end, this was a great place to stop at to fuel on the road. It was nice to pull out of their driveway and practically be on the highway. We will continue to come back here if we need to fill our tank in the future.

So I go out to pump gas and she makes me wait a long time before turning the pump on. Then she keeps shutting off the pump every few seconds,then turns it on , shut if off awhile until I was only able to pump $4.64 worth of gas. It was 6:55 pm. To me this retaliation is offensive. Now I can not drive to my important appointment. She should be fired for denying a customer gas.

This franchise frequently changes hands and at those prices will fail again and switch ownership again. There are problems with the pumps dispensing premium when you select regular. I caught this error soon after I started pumping the last time I was there (months ago when they had an unusual competitive price blip) and the clerk would not give me the less than $1.00 I was overcharged so I reported them to the state Weights and Measures. Their number is posted on the pump by law.
