I have had 6 vehicles insured by Hagerty for about a year. I bought a retored, beautiful, loaded 1964 Gran Turismo Hawk with floor shift, white vinyl top, genuine flawless wire wheels, factory a/c, power steering and brakes, custom paint job in original horizon green with silver metal flake, topped with ceramic coating. I bought the car at auction, called Hagerty within 3 days of purchase, asked for $25,000 stated value, and received a quote for the premium. The agent at Haggerty said they would bill me for the additional charge for adding the Hawk. I paid the additional amount within a few weeks, long before the policy could have lapsed. I paid $1,870 plus an additional $10 for adding my Hawk. I hired a professional 5 star-rated transporter bring it to me in Louisiana, and as it sat on the 9-car double-decker trailer it looked absolutely gorgeous. The driver, however, was careless (after leaving the key on in the accessory position so it would not crank due a dead battery, and backed the car by gravity, since he had drained the battery so it could not crank). But he then allowed the car to get away from him while on the down-side of the trailer, and it crashed (driverless, without the emergency brake or park engaged) into a Toyota Landcruiser which he had negligently parked behind the ramp of the trailer. The rear of the 2 cars came into contact, heavily damaging the trunk lid of my Hawk, plus the right rear quarter panel, taillight, rear valance and rear bumper (which had been triple-coated and looked NEW). I reported the accident within the next day and later discovered that Haggerty chose to insure the car for less than the $25,000 stated value, but would only insure it for $15,250-which is much less than the true value, which Haggerty's price guide would reflect the true market value to be approximately $35K. I am greatly disappointed in Haggerty's tactics, though I still have my claim against the transporter's insurer, Progressive Insurance Co. I have multiple claims: property damage, loss of use, disappointment and emotional stress as I yelled "No, No, No, No," as the car rolled, driverless, into the Toyota. I also have a diminished value claim in addition to the costs of repair. This diminshed value will be especially harsh if the car is declared a "Total Loss". The diminished value could be the entire value of the car in its pre-damage condition: $35,000, plus repair costs, etc. But I paid Haggerty for insuring my vehicle, not for reducing the car's coverage simply because an accident occured during the 30 day automatic coverage period. Their logic sucks! It looks like I will be shopping with others in the near future. Litigation is probable, though neither company has made any offer. I've had Hagerty Insurance for years on my collector cars, I've never made a single claim. think I used the roadside service once in the last 10 years. I've just sent them the money annually and hoped/trusted they would be there if/when I actually needed them. Frankly, after reading the reviews here I'm a little terrified. Filing a claim with Hagerty has been the most difficult and insufferable process I've ever had when filing a claim. There is never an adjuster available to speak with (or any upper level management for that matter) and when you finally do get someone on the phone, they are of no help. Hailey makes no effort to expedite the process, even after making promises to do so. It's been three weeks since I filed my claim and I am still fighting tooth and nail to get things done. I overnighted my title to ensure my total loss would get processed and my rental extended before they all disappear for the weekend and even though they promised to process it that Friday, they pushed me off until next week. My tracking shows that my title was received at 10am that morning, but no one felt the need to take care of it. Now I will have to return my rental this weekend while they are in possession of my original free and clear title. Hagerty has no integrity and abysmal customer service. read more

I had my 78 MG Midget insured with this company from 2004. I never made a claim I used the tow once in all those years. I moved and stored the car with a friend who was trying to sale it for me. He didn't drive it, however. It was registered non-op. Hagerty canceled my coverage because I had the car up for sale. When I argued that, they then said it was because it was stored with a friend. Neither of those make sense. I have the right to sale the car and I have the right to store the car. Why would my friend get coverage? He doesn't own the car. Stay away from this company. They also took my yearly payment right before canceling. Convenient. They also did not notify me when they canceled. I went months thinking my car was covered, only to find out when I checked my policy online. They will take your money, but never honor a claim. read more

I became interested in signing up with hagerty, I started the process and received a call stating they needed pictures and other information. i complied and emailed them what they needed, i did not hear anything for 3-4 days and had to call them back to make sure they got what they needed. They said everything was fine and they were eager to take my payment, i asked when i would get insurance cards mailed out to me, they said "right away", two weeks later I still haven't gotten them. My point is for such a high profile insurance company you shouldn't be dropping the ball like this. I paid $1425 for two cars for one year, with my experience starting out like this i am a little nervous as to whether I should have given them my business. I just received a notice from ADOT that my registration is going to be suspended because they show no insurance on my 1995 Corvette. That's funny, Hagerty had no problem taking my year in advance payment on November 22nd. Today is December 24th. When I try to log on they say there is no such E-mail on file. If I could give Hagerty zero stars if I could. What a horrible experience and A WASTE OF 5WEEKS OF MY TIME. I found them by Googling for classic car insurance and they showed up on top, I should have known it was just cleaver marketing and all down hill from there. I called in, quoted and placed a binder on my vehicle and went to look at it. I purchased the car and submitted my application with some minor changes to the vehicle descrptioin I was not aware of when viewing the car online (disc brakes, power steering & air ride). Turns out having AIR RIDE on your car makes it a LOWRIDER and I was told by a CS rep that 'those type of vehicles attract different crowds and create higher risk' --- Really? What is that suppose to mean? Additionally do not check the box 'Pleasure' on the application, it means you are not that 'into the hobby' according to Hagerty, you are better of lying and saying you are in a club and will show the car beacuse their stats show those type of uses create less loss. So I completed the app, submitted copies of my insurance for my personal vehicle, photos of the car I HEARD NOTHING BACK FOR DAYS. The binder expired and I reached out to them to see how my application was going to be told I was denied. IF I HAD NOT CALLED THEM I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN I WAS DENIED. I RECEIVED NO CALLS TO EXPLAIN THE DENIAL. So my car gets denied for being a 'Lowrider' so I dispute it, obviously becuase my car by no means displays traits of a 'Lowrider'. I use to read those magazines in High School and never seen a car even close to mine in any of the ones I read. I push to have a more experienced underwriter to only be denied for my WIFE"s driving record (she wont even be driving the car!!!) . Do yourself a favor and do not use HAGERTY. Similar to other reviews, Hagerty loves your annual premium until the tables are tuned and a claim needs to be filed. After the claim is settled, you can expect them to drop you like a hot rock. Very disappointed with the "after claim" experience. Time to move on to another company. read more

Well they have declined insuring my historic military truck because I live on an dirt road. Come on guys, it is an old military truck in the process of restoration. They were intended to be used on dirt roads. They even advertise in the MVPA magazine which should be considered as false advertisement. They were blunt, and borderline unprofessional. Sad part is I know many other vehicles that they insure, and dirt roads have never been an issue. I will start pressing all my contacts to watch out for false advertisement. read more

I Inherited a classic car from my uncle. The car was in the family for 10 years insured with Hagerty. My uncle passed early last year and I was able to garage the vehicle and put it back on the road at will as executor with no problems. The policy expired a month ago under the estate and I took the car of the road. I called today because I the car has been garaged and sitting. I was advised in order to keep the car in good shape it is a good idea to run the car occasionally and drive it to a few shows during the season. The first agent I talked to today had no problem insuring the vehicle. I had to run out to my car to get some supporting documentation and they said they said it was almost all set. They just needed the info. I get the information, I call back and the second agent denies my application because I said I'm not sure what I want to do with the car so I'm taking it out to a few local shows and see if I might sell it in the future, but I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with the car. At that point she informs me that I can't insure the car with Hagerty. Since this was the first time I ever heard of this policy ever and I couldn't find it on their website or in any terms of service anywhere, I asked a question of how does someone who is buying or selling a car test drive it? The agent then took it upon themselves to assume I was going to have other people drive the car. I tried to start over here because clearly there was a lot of assumptions and said OK I changed my mind, I just want the car on the road this year for some shows, forget about me selling it. The agent insulted me and said I was playing games and wasting her time and lectured me about allowing other people to drive the car. I asked for a copy of this policy citing "actively selling" to be sent to me and she agreed. I knew it was going no where so we hung up. I never received the policy in writing. I recalled asking to speak to a manager. I asked him to explain why I had been denied what notes are in that file. He told me there are no notes in the file. I explained to the manager that the agent assumed too much and explained the situation that I just want to drive the car and put it on the road, it should not sit for extended periods. He was totally on board for setting up a new quote using my previous information. I also told him I wanted to add the roadside coverage. He told the quote was all ready, and it almost ready to package out and he just wanted to put me on hold. I waited on hold for some time and he came back hesitantly that before they can send out and approve my application they wanted to review my phone conversation with the initial agent. I asked him what made him rec-consider that since he was willing to take my information, package out my quote etc and finalize everything. He told me that he put me on hold to talk to the previous agent, and that he can't finalize the quote because what he wants to do is review the recorded conversation and then decide to send out the quote. I declined their services at this point. I then asked for the policy in writing. I was not given a policy but an emailed explanation where whomever wrote it assumed way to much.... In full disclosure here what they assumed which none was of fact.... Dear Mr. XXXXXXX: Thank you for your interest in Hagerty. We are contacting you today per your conversation with XXXXXX, regarding your quote. Unfortunately we are unable to offer new policies on vehicles that are actively for sale, for a few different reasons. The first is due to the fact that we do not have the appropriate rates to charge for the added risk exposure the vehicle would have while being test driven, and/or while potentially left on display either outside and/or away from home while for sale. Additionally, we only offer year long policies and have no payment plans available. A vehicle that is actively for sale would generally be better covered under a standard auto policy that is able to offer better liability coverage, and where short term policies and payment plans are available as well. We do appreciate you having taken the time to quote with us, and apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this has caused...... The policy is technically a new policy, but that's because Haggerty chose to cancel the policy that was under the estate. But the fact of the matter is ownership, garaging and coverage are just continuing under a new policy number. I've maintained the policy and the vehicle all last year with no incident. At this point, I was disappointed and hurt. I've lost my my mom recently, then my dad, and now my uncle. This car was a something that made me re-connect with them. A few of my uncles and my dads friends asked if I could bring the car out in tribute with them to a few shows because future plans were made and then my family died. Like other reviewers I jumped through ALL of the hoops and was denied coverage until my vehicle is stored continually in an entirely enclosed and secured garage. I have a secure parking space at my business that is in the base of our building with full security and private access only. (Despite all the options on their website as pull down choices for unsecured options and that unsecured locations can be used to acquire a quote! Since Ill occasionally store at my home they are denying coverage. Unless you plan to drive inside your garage...don't waste your time and risk being uninsured should something happen OUTSIDE your garage. HUGE SCAM to get all of my info? Sent Drivers info, vehicles, copy of insurance docs, billing info, personal info, photos, AND THEN DENY my application? BS brother, run! read more

Hagerty puts on a good show with their advertising but are uncompetitive rate wise. I got a few quotes for insurance from different collector car insurance companies, and Hagerty's rates were at least 6X more than the closest competition. I was shocked as I had gotten quotes in the past on my other collector cars and they were more competitive. Not now though. I have a great driving record and no claim history. So, I ended up going with one of the other larger collector car insurance companies. Word to the wise.......get quotes from a few different companies like J. C. Taylor and Grundy. Had them for 4 years. Thought very reasonable. Moved the car to another state and had to make a change due to my life partner of 18 years becoming incapacitated. Spoke with a lady who acted like she cared and would take care of my change when i provided my power of attorney. Sent it in and NOTHING! I've had Hagerty Insurance for 15 years on my 4 antique cars. I have never had a claim with them, and have only had to use them for a couple of tows. I have their Plus Roadside assistance. Last week I had a chance to use them to get towed as I broke down off a major route in Brooklyn in the middle of the day. I called into their Roadside assistance group and the agent said I should have a tow truck there w/in 30 minutes. After a number of calls over 4 hours I eventually get a tow off of the highway, which I have to pay for myself and put in for reimbursement with Hagerty, and then wait another hour for a tow from Brooklyn to my mechanic. 4 hours broken down in the middle of the summer off a highway in Brooklyn living through what was a true joke of a call center that has to be a poster child for incompetence and confusion. After waiting a couple of days for it to be investigated the answer is that they acknowledged there were a number of gross errors on their part along with miscommunication etc.. but hows about we send you a gift card and your experience will help us maybe not screw up so bad again in the future.... I'm confused as to what benefit I'm getting from this group and from the other feedback I evidently am not alone. This experience came a couple of months after my premium renewal where they suggested I increase the value of my collector cars since the market for them has increased in recent years. They even gave me what they suggested i increase them to. So I put in for the increase and they all the sudden wanted additional documentation and photos etc.. and when I did not get it through to them in time, they denied the increase and said I had to reapply. What a PITA they are. The only time I need them to help me with highway roadside and they leave me stranded for 4 hours baking in the summer sun while their confused agents try to figure out how to get me towed and dropping the ball at every chance. And when there is an opportunity for me to pay them more money by increasing the values on my cars, at their recommendation mind you, even then they can't make that easy or simple for me and make me jump through some hoops. I think it is time to review other options. I can't see how another provider could be worse. Even if I have to pay a little more on insurance, getting real service and customer support like I'm used to getting on my non-collector cars with a regular car insurance company would be refreshing. read more

I am a ticket and accident free driver interested in Hagerty insurance, but was denied coverage for "not having an alternate vehicle" and for "proposed annual mileage that is too high". 1. I have an alternate vehicle. However, I live and work in Boston, on the Harvard campus, and have no need for a vehicle. So it is with a family member in another state as a favor to them. I told a Hagerty representative that there was an alternate vehicle, but that I hadn't included it in the original application due to its geographic location. Being up front. 2. Anyone who has lived in a major city that is compact with a public transit system, cabs, Uber (Boston, NY) knows that a car is as much a hassle as a help. One should not be penalized for living in a city in which a regular vehicle is unnecessary. 3. I had originally put in 5,000 miles as an absolute maximum mileage. Actual mileage would probably be closer to 2,500. This is only going to be a pleasure vehicle. Speaking with someone from Hagerty, they recommended that I increase the mileage to 7500 "to be safe". Then was told that was one of the main two reasons why the application was denied. I called a representative to ask if these made a difference. He curtly said that he would make a note of them but that it wouldn't change the decision. Then bid me a good evening. It was unclear to me why correcting the very factual reasons for which my application was denied wouldn't change the decision. Good evening, indeed, Hagerty. read more

Almost 2 years ago I signed up for a policy for my Mustang and at the time went for historic plates, then after realizing the limitations on the plates, I switched to regular. Fast forward to renewal... The issue was that online, it does not let you modify the plate type and so after verifying that there was no difference in a new quote for the plate type, I increased the amount insured for, payed for everything and thought it was done for another year. Nope. In their infinite wisdom, they want new pictures of the car (they had pics from the previous year) in the middle of winter. Who brings out their classic in the middle of snow? They decided instead to cancel the extra amount and adjust my coverage to the same as the previous year. In January while I was on vacation, they requested proof of my plate. Since I did not send it in, they sent me a letter stating that they were adjusting the policy to be a normal plate. Then came the almost 100% increase. I sent them a letter to cancel my insurance, they sent me an invoice, repeat, repeat. I call them and they refuse to cancel the policy, invoice, or anything else. Keep in mind, I did not approve the change, they do not have anything proving I agreed to the new amount or that I still wanted their coverage. So they decide that they will "work with me" and if I send them my declaration page from the other insurance company, they will cancel to that date.How about canceling back to when I asked? How about giving me the option as to if I want to continue with your coverage once the rate changes? I told them I will send them the declaration page if they send me a copy of my approval of the change in coverage or premium. They hung up. All I can say is AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! No business worth a salt would try to invoice you for an unapproved change, just as I wouldn't send them a bill for my wasted time. Maybe I should. read more

Great company if you have never had to have a claim for anything, I had two windshield repairs since 2011 on other vehicles not even under there policy and they said they count that as a at fault due to no one else being involved. I laughed at him at first but then realized he was serious so I asked if I talked to the rocks on the road and could get them to understand that it was frowned upon and to not chip the windshield any more would they reconsider, needless to say Grundy said it wasn't the first time they had stories like that about them and lowered my payments by 100.00 every six months so I guess I should actualy be thanking Hagerty for saving me money. read more

Don't waste your time with these jerks. Their customer service is the worst. I've owned my car for 18 years, and almost all of that time with Hagerty, and never a claim. I had not been driving the car recently and let the insurance lapse, by a few months. I went to renew the policy and they said I would have to apply all over again. I figured that should be no problem since nothing had changed. Boy was I wrong. I submitted the new application and photo, along with payment . I was contacted a few days later by Jarrett from underwriting, and without going into all the details, he put up one roadblock after another, to deny coverage, and seemed to do so gleefully. What a way to treat a long term customer. I can't imagine how they would be with a claim. They must not need the business, and they are not competitive either. The absolute worst. I recently tried to obtain insurance on my Lotus Esprit. I was told that I could not obtain insurance due to the fact I was parking the car under covered parking and was within 100 miles of the coast. Of course it didn't make any difference that I had insurance with Hagerty for almost 10 years before taking the car off the street for total restoration. When I pointed this out the lady was very rude and stated well Sir our underwriting criteria changes. I asked if I could pay more and obtain insurance and they like the fascists they are stated No this is what we need period no discussion. The bottom line is I asked my State Farm agent and they underwrote the car in five mins at 22 dollars a month for 20k protection almost 1/2 of what Hagerty wanted. So my advice to anyone is to stay away from these con artists and ask your State Farm agent etc. By the way I have never had an accident and have always paid my bills on time. Hagerty's online quoting system is very time consuming and misleading. You can easily spend an hour uploading documents and photos and putting in your credit card info, only to find out you have to wait 2-3 days for someone at Hagerty to call you back and tell you they won't cover you for some cockamamie reason. There are yons of "fine print" reasons that they wont insure you that you only find out about after you are 2-3 days into the Hagerty process. In my case , they looked on Google earth and saw some vehicles parked in the lot outside my storage facility. They told me I needed to prove that my vehicle was not of the ones outside! American Classic got my collection insured for the same money in about an hour. I will never try to get insurance from Hagerty again. read more

They knew I was trying to get my car insured for the weekend and finally called me late Friday afternoon to tell me they don't insure kit cars if they don't look like something else. What the hell? I have several cars one of which is a classic car that stays in the garage. I decided I wanted to insure it with hagerty insurance and applied for insurance. I have two sons in the house that are under thirty. I was declined by hagerty on the bases that one of my sons did not have a personal car. I did explain I had not purchased him a car because he didn't want to drive. they told me I could reapply once I purchased him a car. well I went out and got him a car and reapplied buy now I have been turned down based on not having a car for everyone in the house. my husband and I work at home and share one car but hagerty didn't care. So because they were not completely honest, I have two cars that sit in my garage one not being driven much at all and the other probably wont be driven until my son leaves for college and takes it because of what they told me. It took them 3 weeks to deny coverage on a car that was provided to them by make, model, and description. They took the application and the money - - and then stated it was waiting on underwriting - - underwriting did nothing until I followed up 2 weeks later asking for a status on the application - then they denied it. It's a 1996 Cadillac with Body by Superior. 34K original miles and considered a "collector car". For those with collector cars - it's not what the definition of what a classic or collector car is, but what Hagerty's definition is. I am forced to pay a base "daily driver" price- - and in fact Hagerty's underwriting policy is IDENTICAL to State Farm Insurance (they won't insure it if it's less than 25 years old - collectors car or not!). Very disappointed, slow response, and I had to drive the ship - - they were never proactive - only reactive to my Emails when asking status. Then I was referred to "Clint" who was supposed to be accommodating and he was just rude and stated that was their "underwriting policy" and tried to blame Texas Law - - even State Farm doesn't insure it as a commercial vehicle (it's not used for that - it's driven less than 500 m a year and only for shows and parades! - it always gets lots of attention at car shows!) It's listed on a collector car website as a collector car - but not good enough for Hagerty - their answer? "We'll insure it in a few years!". I have supported Hagerty's over the years with our clubs but not anymore. Horrible disappointment on what is supposed to be a premium insurance program. After having pre approved and even giving them my personal info and credit card, I purchased the dream vehicle just to find out the next day that it doesn't qualify for the program because reasons only they would know and not disclose to the public. The excuse was that errors are sometimes made and their website is not perfect!!!. Well, please make that disclosure on your home page that you are a bunch of morons computer illiterate and most of all don't lie. Shame! read more

We have had this insurance company for 20 years, insuring a 1974 Dodge Challenger. Initially, the premiums were fair. Over the past 3 years, our rates have increased $300+. No claims filed. No accidents. Nothing has changed, except our need to find a new insurance company. After seeing all of these negative reviews, I feel this is a good decision. Customer service is a bad joke, and the company really does not care if you cancel. So much for customer satisfaction. Thanks Hagerty for bad experience, it ended up saving me a lot of money. Terrible experience. Stay away. I was looking to insure my 1954 Chevy truck. It started out ok, I got my online quote and filled out the online form answering all the questions to get my policy started. Everything seems ok. Then the very next day I get a call from Hagerty. The girl on the phone starts asking my all these questions about how I plan to use my truck. I already stated all this in the online form. I told her I planned to drive it to car shows, on Sundays to go get ice cream and once in a while I might drive it to work. She then asked my how many days a week I would drive it to work and how many days I would be driving the truck. I could tell by her questions I was being "baited" into saying something. Told her I might drive the truck 3 days a week on really nice summer days. After being interrogated for several minutes about how I was going to use the truck and how many days I would drive it, she finally tells me that Hagerty would not insure my truck due to inappropriate or excessive use. She said it sounds like your truck is going to be your primary vehicle. I don't see how driving it 3 days a week makes it my primary vehicle. It is just their way of "weeding" out the people and vehicle they don't want to insure. So save yourself some major frustration and DON'T waste your time with this joke of a company. Like I said it was a blessing in disguise anyway. I ended up finding Grundy insurance. They were $98 a year cheaper for the same coverage and was absolutely trouble free. read more

Not a trustworthy company. One day after writing my policy they called me back and told me they "reviewed my case" and concluded that they were not able to insure my vehicle for its value. Mind you that this is their business to insure classic cars at the current value and not the book value. To make matters worse, I had already cancelled my existing insurance after they told me I was insured with them. Not only did they refused to insure my vehicle they were unable (refused) to give me a valid reason why they were unable to insure my vehicle. I found this very discriminating. read more

Began insuring with Hagerty a few years back with older convertibles. Had 3 cars on the policy all in garages etc... I picked up a 4th collector an immediately went online at Hagerty to add it to the policy. Went thru the questions and clearly indicated that it would be kept outside. No issues, they approved it, accepted payment, and even renewed my policy with all 4 cars and 1 being outside!. Fast forward 7 mths later I picked up another collector and again went on line to add it and yes this would be outside and in garages as it gets restored. Since there were no issues having done this on their website before and the fact that they even renewed my policy with a car I clearly indicated would be kept outdoors, I figured there would be no issues. Up to that point Hagerty had been great and painless. Well this time they said they wont cover a car kept outside. ?? As a customer they had already done this and renewed the policy and I was 4 mths into the renewed policy. I called then to find out what the issue was and was told that they will not cover vehicles not in garages. I said clearly they did as #4 on the policy not only was approved and added but they also renewed the policy!!! They said they would not add it... so I said fine. Now they put in in review, asking for photos of ALL the cars, statements of who has access etc... so absolutely nothing had changed, so I took the exact same pics, gave them the exact same information and now they just sent a non renewal for ALL my cars :). Nothing has changed, I did not lie to them, fake out any photos.. 3 inside, 1 out as it has always been. Well now they are non-renewing my whole policy? I could understand if they said they could only cover the 3 that are garaged, but that sort of reasonable approach to customer service seems beyond them. Mistakes happen, and they honored the renewal thru term, but it would have been quite reasonable to tell me that the outdoor car could not be renewed instead of basically saying they are no longer interested in my as a customer. Their "About Us" pages states "Our passion drives us to keep improving our product and to give our clients the best service imaginable." What a total waste of my time. It took 2 weeks to get a quote, all for them to say they won't insure the car, I filled out forms, took pictures, etc etc etc and I drive under 3,000 per year, no accidents. Stay Away from these folks! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! read more

The first hint of a company that is going to be difficult to deal with, is their website. Simple and easy to make a payment, but try to do anything else on it. I always had a gut feeling these guys were smucks, but the website experienced firmed it up. When I called to see if my policy covered towing, sadly enough it didn't. I figured as much. But they were willing to add it to my policy in case it happens again in the future. Sure. So I wanted to remove one car from my policy and I knew as soon as the guy asked me why, this was going to go down hill. He didn't exactly ask me why, but asked if I sold the car. So I told him that I did not sell the car, it was going in the shop for a while. Well then he offered me some kind of reduced rate while the car is in the garage. I told him that I wasn't interested. Now comes the kicker. He then tells me if I remove the car from my policy there would be no change in the cost, because I am getting their bargain multiple vehicle policy. What a crock.
