Do not buy from here!!! We bought a fridge, oven and dishwasher in March 2026 for a new house we were building to move into in Aug 2026. We had completely paid for these items and they had them in their warehouse, we called and scheduled delivery in July and they schedule it for two weeks out. THE DAY BEFORE delivery they call to tell us they sold our fridge and that they won't have any in till September (an estimated date). We called a manger who was not helpful at all in finding out what happened and told us that they would email the buyer to get our fridge back, which is compete lies. My experience with Hahn's Appliance was extremely disappointing and 100% sketchy!!! After informing Hahn's that the Safeware extended warranty I purchased from Hahn's for my Frigidaire induction range had never been registered by Hahn's--and that Safeware had no record of my warranty despite my having the original receipt--I expected understanding, an apology, and a sincere effort from Hahn's to correct their mistake. Instead, I was met with an aggressive and dismissive attitude from Alan, the manager. Rather than acknowledging Hahn's error, both Alan and the salesman, Jerry, repeatedly emphasized that Hahn's was "losing money" by helping me and that they "didn't have to do this." As a paying customer, hearing that was completely unacceptable. Hahn's had already accepted my payment for both the appliance and the extended warranty, yet I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favor by honoring a purchase I had already paid for. Ultimately, Hahn's took back the defective Frigidaire induction range, which I had owned for only a short time, and I paid the difference to purchase a Bosch induction range. At no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge that this entire situation resulted from Hahn's failure to properly submit my warranty. What made this even more frustrating was being told that this issue had affected many other customers and was supposedly caused by a "computer error." I spent more than 12 years writing software, and I know that computers don't make business decisions--people do. Blaming a computer instead of accepting responsibility for a failed business process says a great deal about a company's culture. Technology doesn't excuse a lack of accountability. Alan's confrontational attitude and apparent lack of concern for how I was treated reflected poorly on Hahn's management. Good customer service begins with accepting responsibility when mistakes happen--not making customers feel guilty for expecting a company to honor its commitments. The only bright spot in this experience was the women at the customer service and payment desk. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful. They treated me with respect and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative experience with Hahn's sales staff. I previously believed my earlier experience was an isolated incident, but after this, I no longer do. Based on my experiences, the sales team appears to lack the professionalism, accountability, and customer service that customers should expect. I will never do business with Hahn's Appliance again, and I cannot recommend them based on the way I was treated. Update: Since Hahn's Appliance never responded to my original review, I feel it's important to share what happened. Hahn's Appliance sold me a Safeware extended warranty, accepted my payment, but never submitted the warranty to Safeware. As a result, I believed I had warranty coverage when, in reality, Safeware had no record of my warranty. What is equally disappointing is Hahn's complete lack of response. There has been no explanation, no apology, and no acknowledgment of what happened. A company's character is often revealed by how it responds when it makes a mistake, and in my experience, Hahn's Appliance has chosen silence. If you are considering doing business with Hahn's Appliance, I strongly recommend asking for proof that any extended warranty or protection plan you purchase has actually been registered with the warranty company before you leave the store. I visited Hahns based on my dad's recommendation, as he has always purchased his custom appliances here. Everything went smoothly until I reached the front desk to make my payment for the items I selected.,Despite having several valid forms of identification, they insisted that their company didn't accept temporary ids which were from out of state.,The unprofessional and unhelpful behavior of the ladies at the front desk made the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. They did not seem to know what they were doing and actually had to look up the id on google. I ended up having to drive home to get cash and a passport. My husband and I have spent $16,000 at Hahn appliance over the last 10 years. Every major appliance we've needed to outfit Two homes has been purchased at Hahn. Our most recent purchase "system" included two dishwashers, a refrigerator, a stove, washer and dryer. One of the dishwashers came with a dent in the door. When Hahn was contacted they said they could do nothing about it. When the washer was installed, and they checked it, it leaked so they brought out a second one . When the second was installed they scratched the bottom. They neither commented, nor acknowledged although my husband was standing right there when it happened. The installers just shrugged and went on their way. Three months later, we went in to buy a refrigerator for the garage. We were very specific in our needs. We said, "we would like to buy a refrigerator for our garage." We ended up selecting one that was $700. It was delivered and installed. A week later when I opened the freezer I saw a bag of ice that was water. We called Hahn, and they told us that it was responsibility of Frigidaire. We called Frigidaire and they sent someone out. They told us that because we did not have a dedicated circuit breaker for a refrigerator in the garage, they wouldn't honor the warranty. I wonder why Hahn didn't mention anything about needing a dedicated circuit breaker in the garage. We've had refrigerators and freezers in our garages for 30 years, and never had a dedicated circuit breaker. The fact that Hahn would not honor the fact that we just bought the refrigerator and had it installed, and it stopped working a week later, but sent us to Frigidaire was frustrating. The fact that our washing machine was delivered and dented when it was installed was frustrating. The fact that the dishwasher has a slight dent in the front door and nothing was done or acknowledged was frustrating. We will not ever buy another purchase from Hahn, and we will make sure that everyone around us knows why. We've always shopped Hahn because we are trying to support the local business. The delivery went fine, had to install the dishwasher myself because of having to install a outlet to change from hardwired style, no big deal. Got everything hooked up and installed and powered on the unit and kept getting error code. Called Hahn's to see what to do. Would have to go through the manufacturer. Told them I had no faith in the unit since it was defective out of the box. They said I could return it but would have to pay a restocking fee on a something they sold me that never worked. I spent $25,000 on appliances when I got them the refrigerator is dented in the side and then they ordered me a reverse door for the refrigerator and it was white instead of gray then they ordered me a new gray door and it's the wrong reversal door. I came in the store to buy a mini fridge. I was able to walk to the back and recorded videos before a sale rep came by to assist. I knew what I wanted and there was one type of mini fridge available. The transaction went quickly and I was able to get in and out of the place in less than 15 minutes. It was raining on the day I visited the store and it was quite slow. There weren't many customers. I docked off a star for no greeting upon entering. I expected a little more customer service than that. read more

I purchased a new washer and dryer from Home Depot and then subsequently canceled the order after a huge poor customer service ordeal. I rage stomped into Hahn because by this point I have laundry piling up. Chad S. greeted me in the washer section, pointed me to the brand I had previously selected, and then got me an even better set for less money than Home Depot. Prior to my finally selecting, he also helped me shop some sets, and I mean actually helped. He checked features and dimensions for me, and ran model numbers against what I had before. Truly helped. He didn't have both in stock, so he went out of his way to get me delivery of the portion I needed ASAP. He was very low key and low pressure, and just genuinely helpful. I haven't been through delivery yet, but I am feeling hopeful about it knowing there is a person I can call if something does go wrong. We previously bought a dishwasher for my office at Hahn after a delivery ordeal with Lowe's, so this is the second time in recent months that Hahn has stepped in where the national chains failed. read more

There was no phone call to inform us of this delay, we were just left in the dark. We ended up changing our order to something that was in stock. When we talked with Koltyn, we specifically mentioned to get both delivery & install. They show up to drop it off and say there is no installation fee paid. The lack of attention to detail yet again, screws the customer who had paid in full up front. After calling & speaking with a manager about all of these inconveniences, he offered to "meet us in the middle" with half off installation. After all we went through, half off is hardly meeting your customer in the middle. They take your money & drag you through the mud. I strongly advise you listen to the reviews & buy elsewhere. Refuses to give me a fridge I already paid for, and refusing to refund my money. So they're just trying to take $1500 from us. Paid $1500 cash April 6th for a fridge they said was supposed to arrive April 18th (Friday). April 18th arrives and no call, so I call them, and call them, and call them. Eventually I find out on April 22nd that they gave our fridge to another customer and that another one should arrive in the next couple of weeks or in the next couple of months. They offered over the phone to refund my money. So I went to the store to get my refund. They claimed they didn't have any cash to refund me because they take their cash to the bank each day. So I pointed out that there was over a half dozen employees sitting around doing nothing, send one of them to the bank and get me my refund. The presumed manager stepped in "Alan" that then claimed he was not willing to do that, but that he could write me a check and have it sent to me in the mail (like I'm going to fall for that BS!) I'm 69 yrs. old and have been buying appliances for a very long time dealing with different appliance dealerships mostly in Oklahoma but also in Texas. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an appliance dealership. From start to finish. I purchased a GE fridge from Hahn in Sept. of 2024. When Hahn delivered the fridge, the delivery guys did not want to remove the doors on the new fridge so it would fit through our entry. I told them it would not fit but they insisted on trying. I instructed them to stop and I went to my garage to get tools to remove the front entry door. By the time I returned in less than 2 minutes, they had shoved the door through the entry damaging the frame on the entry. I had to file a claim with Hahn and they paid me for the damage. The compressor only lasted 30 days with this new fridge. I called Hahn and they sent the same model of fridge I had purchased. Again, different delivery guys, and they did not want to remove my front entry door. I had my tools handy and removed the door myself. Came right in with no issues. After about 30 days this fridge starting building up frost. Hahn said there was nothing they could do and to contact GE. To make a long story short, the fridge has been worked on 6 times by a certified GE repairman. I took time off of work to meet the repairmen each time because they give you a 4 hr. window. If you miss that window, you have to start all over again. I know, because that happened. I went to Hahn and told the manager the issues we were having and he said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to deal with GE to get it repaired. Like most appliance dealers, they do not service what they sell. I wanted to return this fridge, and purchase a different make and model. They would have none of that. Only if GE would give full credit to them. It's now August, 2025 and it is not frosting any longer however, the freezer drawer sounds like a WWII tank when you open and close it. I complained to GE again, and they said there was nothing they could do and the customer service rep sent me a $75 gift card for my trouble. How insulting is that!! read more

Electrolux steam dryer: model ELFE7637AW0 Do not buy this appliance unless you are prepared to purchase your own duct ventilation tubing that is required for this dryer, to properly vent, per the manual and installation instructions. I have inside wall duct piping. Hahn appliance stated they would not change their installed duct piping to the appropriate duct material, as it was installed per Frigidaire's approved standards. Electrolux said it was within 30 days of purchase, so Hahn was responsible. The Electrolux repairman told me wrong duct piping was used, per the manual. Zero solution to this. I know when a dryer is not working right. I had to have a trusted repair person to purchase and install the flexible aluminum (metal) tubing that does not extend and compress in a manner that reduces the 4" diameter air flow required for the dryer to correctly collect the link. This fault can be a fire hazard. Now, the dryer is properly collecting the lint. No thanks to Hahn or Electrolux. read more

Son bought a Speed Queen Washer and dryer from here. Washed the first set of clothes and they were still dirty. Laundry detergent and oxy clean were still on the clothes and in the bottom of washer. They washed the clothes four (4) more times just to get the detergent out. Hanh won't replace or give them their money back. Hahn sent a tech out and he said the machine worked properly. It's my understanding a washing machine's job is to actually clean your clothes, but it shouldn't take five (5) complete different cycles to clean the clothes. It's sad when a business doesn't back the product it sells. I won't ever buy from them. There are other small businesses that sell products that back their sales. read more

Our sales guy said that the fridge was now on back order, but acknowledged that it was in stock when we bought it. All they would say was "We don't know what happened, another store must have sold your fridge accidentally".
