This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

My experience with Hahn's Appliances was extremely disappointing…read more After informing Hahn's that the Safeware extended warranty I purchased for my Frigidaire induction range had never been properly registered--and that Safeware had no record of my warranty despite me having the original receipt--I expected understanding and a sincere effort to correct the mistake. Instead, I was met by Alan, the manager, with an aggressive and dismissive attitude. Rather than acknowledging Hahn's error, both Alan and the salesman, Jerry, repeatedly emphasized that Hahn's was "losing money" by helping me and that they "didn't have to do this." Hearing that as a paying customer was unacceptable. Hahn's had already received my money for both the appliance and the warranty, yet I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favor by honoring what I had already purchased. Ultimately, Hahn's took back the defective Frigidaire induction range, and I paid the difference to purchase a Bosch induction range. At no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge that this situation resulted from their mistake. What made this even more frustrating was being told that this warranty problem had affected many other customers and was supposedly caused by a "computer error." I spent over 12 years writing software, and blaming the computer instead of accepting responsibility for a business process failure says a great deal about a company's culture. Software doesn't excuse a lack of accountability. Alan's confrontational approach and complete lack of concern about how I was treated reflected poorly on Hahn's management. Customer service starts with taking responsibility when mistakes happen, not making the customer feel guilty for expecting the company to honor its commitments. The only bright spot in this experience was the women at the customer service/payment desk. They were professional, competent, kind, and genuinely helpful. They deserve recognition for treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, this isn't my first negative experience with Hahn's sales staff. I previously assumed it was an isolated incident, but after this experience, I no longer believe that. The sales team appears to lack the training and professionalism needed to properly serve customers. I will never do business with Hahn's Appliances again, and I cannot recommend them based on the way I was treated.

We were there on an overcast Friday, so they weren't busy. Every employee was masked, said hello, asked if we needed help, and then left us alone when we explained we were just kicking tires. While there are certainly some high end things, we were pleasantly surprised by the prices on some things, like lighting. We found many fixtures that we liked that were in our price range. I'm not sure what more I could ask for in visiting a showroom. I got lots of ideas, as well as an idea of what I can and cannot afford. I left with several catalogues. I was never pressured at all, nor was I made to feel like I was in the way for not being a serious customer, rolling in with dimensions and timelines. I can't wait until I'm far enough along in my project to show up with my binder and my checkbook!

Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to the Business Manager who took my info and said she'd look into it. Due to her help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!
