Who can compete with that? NOT us. If you want to feel completely out of your league - try buying a house in LA. Jenny and Dale were very patient with our inexperience. I remember before we bid on that house, Dale positioned our expectations accordingly. "They're listing it low to spark a bidding war. This house could jump substantially." We told him our price cap and that we were unwilling to chase the price - Dale never pressured or urged us to go further than we were comfortable and he seemed content to let the process take as long as it needed to. This helped A LOT. I can't imagine having to go through this process with an agent tapping his foot and checking his watch. After we heard the news about the runaway house, I remember Dale reaching out with a smiling, gentle "how we doing, guys? The housing market can be rough, but they won't all be this bad." That was exactly what we needed to hear and it came and just the right time. Eventually, we found another place and it was thanks to Dale that we got in to see the place before the open house. When we started to get excited and wanted another look, Dale again managed to get us inside somehow. Then, his job complete - Dale moved heaven and earth to get us the keys early so we could keep our Internet installation appointment. WOW! Talk about going to bat for your client! My Aunt, very Particular, not the easiest to get along with so I had no communication with her during the whole sale process but Jenny did a great job managing to let both of us know what was going on separately.
