They have a great selection of bathroom vanity's and ceiling fans as well as lots of other items (a few kitchen sinks, bathtubs, faucets, lighting, mirrors, etc.) Roman was very helpful and did not hesitate to unbox anything that we wanted to see. They get new shipments every two weeks so this place is worth checking out regularly.

Shame on you Stewart lighting and Nita for your behavior certaining this return. There was a reason your store was empty of customers. We met at the Ferguson showroom and it was a pleasant experience. The total bill came to $35,045, so not an insignificant amount of money. Later, our contractor walked off the job, leaving it unfinished. By this time the appliances had been installed except for the hood vent. "We'll be back to do this," said the install team. Now Ferguson refuses to schedule or install the hood insert because the builder's name is on the paperwork, not mine (our address is too, of course, but that's not relevant to them, apparently). The invoices were paid in full - including the installation charge for the hood vent yet they still refuse. I escalated and spoke with the floor manager, Leah. She was even less sympathetic and helpful than the first person I spoke with. Leah acknowledged that the builder wasn't present when we made selections and that this is essentially just a paperwork / computer problem. In spite of that, they are intransigent. We paid $300 for the installation. It is not a significant sum but it's wrong on principle. They are simply the worst when it comes to actually solving problems.

Had the misfortune of having them subcontracted for our electrical work by Jax Pro Construction. No project management by either of them, showed up for a few hours here and there with a different crew each time and took weeks to complete. At the end of the project they presented me with a massive bill - more than 4x what our electrical contingency was with no coherent explanation. Mr. Breeden then showed up at my house uninvited and immediately started threatening a lien filing. My sense is that this is the standard routine for this company given all of the amateur legal letters and certified mail that I received. Endured a hassle with an illegal lien filing and am now free of the issue but want to strongly warn others - avoid Mr. Breeden and his partner Yossi Kaslasi at Jax Pro Construction. There are good, honest and ethical contractors out there. Check BBB, Yelp and others - both for your general contractor and their key subcontractors. While he was not the least expensive electrician, He came in on a Monday/Tuesday/Presidents Day and got the job done. We got what we asked and paid for. His English was perfectly understandable and acceptable. He was professional, arrived on time, is licensed and insured, has a YELP guarantee, cleaned up after himself, was very nice, and drove a clean and professional vehicle. All boxes checked for us, after dealing with some of Floridas WORST for the last 2 years. We appreciate his ability to explain to my husband the process of what he was doing and so excited to finally have all of our issues fixed! He repaired 3 outlets with broken wires, added a dimmer for our Sputnik lamp, and changed out 3 outdated can lights that our contractor tried to cut corner$ and installed without our permission, with 3 beautiful color changing, ceiling flush smart lights. Someone was doing a routine termite check under my house and alerted me to something being very wrong with plumbing connected to new bathroom. It was a quick unprofessional job that would never have passed a proper inspection. It also did not have necessary protection from toxic sewer fumes that could enter through shower drain. I called my plumber who took pictures and confirmed the work was completely unacceptable and even dangerous. Called ReBath who said they would send someone to correct work but I insisted I use my own trusted plumber. After some back and forth with ReBath, they agreed to reimburse me for corrective work. I still need to contact them to fine tune some of interior work but continue to put that off because I am uncomfortable having them back in my home. I know I need to give them the opportunity to make it all right, but fear I'm not someone they don't want to hear from.
