BUYER BEWARE. We began remodeling our home in San Marco in April 2025 and our contractor recommended Ferguson for the appliances. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We met at the Ferguson showroom and it was a pleasant experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The total bill came to $35,045, so not an insignificant amount of money. Later, our contractor walked off the job, leaving it unfinished. By this time the appliances had been installed except for the hood vent. "We'll be back to do this," said the install team. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now Ferguson refuses to schedule or install the hood insert because the builder's name is on the paperwork, not mine (our address is too, of course, but that's not relevant to them, apparently).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The invoices were paid in full - including the installation charge for the hood vent yet they still refuse. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I escalated and spoke with the floor manager, Leah. She was even less sympathetic and helpful than the first person I spoke with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Leah acknowledged that the builder wasn't present when we made selections and that this is essentially just a paperwork / computer problem. In spite of that, they are intransigent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We paid $300 for the installation. It is not a significant sum but it's wrong on principle. I just left the store. I'm remodeling my guest bathroom and wanted to look at a faucet for the sink and replacements for the shower/tub. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While no one greeted me when I walked in, several people working ignored that I was looking[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to bend down to look at prices right in front of two workers at their desks[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Terrible experience. We ordered a steam oven in February, paid in full March. As of today, October 20th, we still haven't received the product. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ferguson customer service is unacceptable, they have not been concerned with helping us at all[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], they send emails stating the product has not been shipped from Subzero. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Subzero customer service says there is no reason we should not have it, there are no delays with particular product on their end.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ferguson has thousands of dollars of our money and we have had an opening in our kitchen since March. read more

Purchased several high end appliances from Fergusons. One of them was a $16,000 Sub-Zero refrigerator. It is a "panel-ready" version. After the panel's were installed, the left and right side doors weren't level. The left side is higher than the right side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It took over a month to get Ferguson's out to adjust.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They claimed the panels were installed incorrectly. Finally. after sending them a photo of the doors, they sent someone out. It took all of 5 minutes to adjust the door height. Both doors are level now. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is NOT the customer service I expect from Ferguson's. Ferguson's should have immediately put us on the schedule for door adjustment, shouln't take 4 weeks[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. read more

We purchased a Whirlpool gas oven from Fergusons in March 2025, and we were charged for and was assured that they could install it upon delivery. Ultimately, after the entire debacle, we were refunded the money we paid for the installation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We specifically told the sales representative that the installation was very important to have done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When the stove was delivered, we contacted the local Jacksonville store to inquire about when it would be installed, and we were given a phone number for their installation department in Orlando.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When calling, we were emphatically told "We don't install gas ovens!" What a letdown. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We contacted the sales rep at the store we originally met with (and by the way, they also require you to make an "appointment" just to go in to shop for an oven), and left a voice message on her phone to call us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Eventually she called us back and told us she had "thought" they installed gas ovens. You don't "think" they install and then charge someone for installation, you make sure you know. [[HIGHLIGHT]]NO ONE EVER OFFERED ANY TYPE OF APPEASEMENT for our inconvenience, additional costs out of pocket for two weeks for to-go or dining meals and undue stress caused by her mistake - especially when we told her upfront we NEEDED IT INSTALLED.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We then we told we had to contact another person at Ferguson to have the installation charge refunded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We subsequently had to locate a licensed/authorized person to install gas ovens as well as come out of pocket to pay for the installation again. The gas oven was boxed up and sat in our driveway for several days until we could have it installed. Because of this entire messed-up sale, not only were we two weeks without an oven or cooktop, we were having to buy food either to-go at restaurants, or having to dine out. I am 74 years old, and I am on a restricted diet, so this did not help. Here is the real slap in the face: Approximately a month ago, we cooked our dinner one night, and the oven would not turn off. Keep in mind this is a "gas" oven. We finally had to turn the breaker off at the breaker box in our house to get it to go off. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In addition to that, we were told by Whirlpool when we called for the warranty work that they would have someone out to repair it 4-5 days later. Then we received an e-mail from their repair company (independent) that the appointment was not scheduled for 4-5 days, but another week after that![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The repairman finally came and informed us the entire panel was defective; keep in mind we have only had this gas range since March 2025, and it went out in October 2025. The "home" setting on the control panel never seemed to work from the time it was purchased as well. We were very pleased with the repairman, he was very pleasant and answered questions we had about the range. Fortunately, we have purchased an extended warranty for the range, and I would recommend this to anyone these days who is purchasing a home appliance. We are very disappointed with Ferguson with the sales/installation experience as well as disappointed with the Whirlpool gas range they sold us that failed after only seven months of owning it, then our having to buy take-out and dine out AGAIN for another week-and-a half or so. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They must think very highly of themselves to "require an appointment" to buy a simple kitchen appliance, and then make a mess of the post-purchase experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Won't be going returning there again. I went here to look at fixtures, lighting, and vanities for 3 bathroom remodels. It is a beautiful showroom with a nice selection. I took pictures of everything I liked to show my contractor, including brands and prices. I will not purchase anything from Ferguson, however. Visited the new showroom looking to do a full remodel. Do not recommend - customer reception was no help and very rude. She just told us to look for appliances on the floor, she seem to not care about us asking about the showroom. We went there on recommendation of our contractor. We were expecting a huge showroom - it was not that big . We were looking for faucets . No order to displays , no way to view Koehler or delta products without a detailed search . No pricing on many items yet others have complete break down . Poorly lit showroom. Kitchen and bathroom displays are incredibly outdated . Very dissatisfied with visit , no one asked us if we need assistance. Absolutely no product brochures ( I'm sure there are pallets of them boxed in the back storage area) people like to look at products then touch them and find out cost . Seems like a simple concept but Ferguson seems to be missing on the customer service . Hopefully they will organize and update displays accordingly . Home Depot and lowes do an excellent job of organizing displays . We were expecting so much more . read more

Ferguson has a beautiful showroom, full of high end appliances. I bought a houseful of appliances there and spent over $50K - and I could have easily doubled that amount had my price tolerance been higher. I will never return as a customer for two reasons: 1. In fine print at the end of every sales order, Ferguson includes this statement: "The purchaser's sole and exclusive warranty is that provided by the manufacturer, if any. Seller makes no express or implied warranties. Seller disclaims all express of implied warranties including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness or fitness for a particular use." What does this mean? It means that if you buy a fancy new expensive appliance from Ferguson that simply does not work at all, they will neither refund your money nor give you a replacement. Your sole remedy is to contact the manufacturer - wherever they may be located - for warranty service "if any." In my case. I bought a brand new Maytag dryer from Ferguson that did not work from the moment it was plugged in. I had to wait for Maytag warranty service to show up (from Orlando - two week wait) to tell me that the drum was bad. They then told me they would order a new drum that would be delivered to my home (estimated wait 4- 6 weeks) and then that I should call the warranty service center in Orlando after it was delivered to set up an appointment for it to be installed (another two weeks). Quite frankly, I would have been far better off buying the laundry appliances from a big box store like Best Buy or Home Depot or Lowe's where they would have immediately offered me a replacement or refund. 2. Ferguson requires you to put down a 50% cash deposit on all appliances ordered. No problem there, this is pretty much standard. Then there is often a lengthy multi-month wait for appliances to be delivered. OK, also no problem - these are the times we live in. If you are ordering multiple appliances, there is a chance that these appliances will be delivered not all at once, but as they are received by Ferguson from the manufacturer. OK, this may be problematic for folks who are doing a total remodel or new construction, because as appliances dribble in you have to store them or install them. In my case, this was not a problem, and I could store them. Where the REAL PROBLEM occurred was when the first few pieces of my appliances were ready for delivery, Ferguson required NOT just the remaining 50% of the price of the appliances being delivered, but the remaining 50% of ALL of my entire appliance order - even thought the remaining appliances had no set delivery date at all! When I protested this and indicated I should only have to pay the remaining balance on the appliances that could be delivered, the response from my sales rep was "Pay all the money on your entire order or the appliances that are in and awaiting delivery will be sent back to the manufacturer at the end of the month." I guess that's what they mean by "Cash On Demand" on their purchase orders. I call it "BUYER BEWARE." read more

Ordered everything I needed for my new home. Pros: Sales lady was nice/courteous. All parts from American Standard matched(brushed nickel). Brochure of parts/listing was put together well. Cons: Parts arrived are different times. Received wrong color twice (bronze vs Brushed Nickel). Missing a small part that connects my master tub faucet to the handle, notified Ferguson's. They contacted American Standard to drop ship it to me. Received notification that the item was delivered, it was not. Why? Ferguson's did not give a complete address to American Standard. I have called Ferguson's 5 times, emailed twice. Got run around. I am supposed to close on my home this Wednesday but can't without final inspection(can't be done without the missing part). Monday is a holiday. Plumber's will be at my home Tuesday 8 am. I do not recommend using Ferguson's. read more

I have used Ferguson a few times, my plumbers recommend them for parts and fixtures, and this is why they are not getting one star. However, my current experience has soured me on them. I bought 2 Moen stand alone shower fixtures, including hardware for a handheld with diverter, for a new construction project 2 years ago. I bought all of the trims at the same time I bought the rough-ins. Rough-ins were installed, the trims have been waiting in their original boxes for installation. Plumber came this week to install the trims, the diverter trims were the incorrect parts, bundled together from the Ferguson employee. I was disappointed having to re-order something I thought had already been provided and then get my plumber back out here. I tried to order online last night, "DISCONTINUED, No Longer In Stock". Crap, I called Ferguson this morning asking if there is anything they can do. Customer service said they couldn't do anything, I asked if I could return the other trim pieces so I could have all of the same. "No Ma'am, our return policy is 60 days. There is nothing we can do." So now I either have to have mismatching shower handles right next to each other on new construction, or buy all new hardware for the shower that won't match the sinks or toilet and throw all of this away. I will go to Darsco for my plumbing needs from now on and eat their peanuts while I wait. read more

Do not go to this location, ever. No customer service. The only thing they do on time is get in their cars and go home on time. I drove there in the rain on Sept. 18, 2021. Only to find out their showroom was open but their parts department was closed at 12 Noon. That information was not on their website. 1 hour 30 minutes of my life wasted. So I walked around the showroom for 45 minutes. Not one employee ever said may I help you. Never. I will never, ever, ever buy 1 product from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen again. Horrible. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one should be treated the way they treat new homeowners. All they are good at is saying "Sorry". They called 10 minutes before they were supposed to be at our house to replace a broken range that they couldn't make it because the replacement is broken. Now, they are already late on delivery of our new range. I had to take it upon myself to call to find out when they were going to be here. I should have received a call. Now I have been waiting around my house all morning now into the afternoon waiting on delivery. This is a horrible company. Do not do business with them. They are not worth the hassle or time. We had never remodeled an entire home before and, let me tell you, it is exhausting. Fortunately, we found Ferguson Bath and Leah Ulm to help us. Without Leah, our experience would have been so much worse. We made an appointment with her having little or no idea what we wanted except for the bathtub. She helped us with sinks, faucets, and even toilets - a task that would have overwhelmed us completely. When the order arrived at our house (neatly packed), everything down to the plumbing needed to install the toilets was there. Our plumber was completely impressed. He did not have to buy a thing. She thought of everything and even when we were indecisive, she helped us see our way through that indecision. I have visited the Ferguson showroom in Jacksonville FL twice in the last month. We are going to be buying over 20,000 in appliances perhaps even more if I buy my tub/faucets. During our visits there not one of their sales associates greeted us or offered any assistance. After walking around for a while my husband finally asked one of the employees for help putting together an appliance package. The lady quickly told him she was about to leave and offered to get someone else to help us, though we never heard her make a call or announcement. Nobody came to help. There were 3 employees just sitting at their desks on computers and others were busy helping other customers. There is no excuse that this has happened twice! Just POOR customer service all around. I'm happy to take my business to First Coast Supply where the sales associates are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and EAGER to help. read more

Stopped by twice for hard-to-find parts and both times they were more than helpful in helping me track it down including sending me to a competitor who usually carries hard-to-find items that they don't. While the parts were cheap they didn't jack them up to a crazy amount and we're very close to the price I could get them on Amazon. Great for obscure and hard-to-find items. read more

Ferguson's showroom sparkles...from the moment you walk through the door and receive a cordial greeting to the moment you arrive in will call to pick up a stocked item in the tidy warehouse from a very friendly staff member, the attention to detail is almost unnoticeable because of the effortlessness with which it is provided. These qualities are most appreciated with the personal, one on one time spent with the sales staff. Leah was knowledgeable, efficient and fun to work with. She was engaging and excited by all the potential that my project held. Not one detail was forgotten along the way. Leah was able to not only organize multiple design detail ideas, she was also able to make thoughtful suggestions along the way... certain at each step to be courteous of my budget and my aesthetic. This company has a terrible customer service. We spent with them a significant amount of money. They delay answering e-mails, they don't call back, staff never available. We have multiple issues with the premium product we bought through them and we have really hard time to get the support from Ferguson to resolve the issues.
