Choice of sourdough or wheat, not buttered, just plain. Four pieces though! Took it home and added Sriracha to some slices, and garlic truffle oil and glazed balsamic to the rest. Service was great, personable and kind. Cafe was cute, and I really loved the art they had up of iconic celebrities. Later, I discovered that the card charge had actually gone through. I went back the next day to get it resolved, but the barista said the manager wasn't there. I left my name and phone number and was told someone would contact me, but I never received a call. Since I was visiting from out of town, I had to leave the following day and wasn't able to return in person. Mistakes happen, and I understand technology can fail. My frustration is with the lack of follow up and customer service after I made the effort to resolve the issue. I hope they can improve how they handle situations like this for future customers. The coffee was good but definitely not $60 good.

This became a busy spot while I was there, lots of traffic but partners did a good job of keeping up with the spurt. The atmosphere was really nice-Hailey is a nice town and this spot was a nice place to grab a bite. We sat outside-it's mid-May as we speak. The sawtooth mountains are lovely from the outdoor view. If we pass through Hailey again, we would definitely consider coming again!
