I'd like to put in a good word for Karen who sold our house quickly and for a premium. First of…read moreall, I shopped around for a realtor and also one of the on-line realtors. Every realtor told me the same story of how the market is (sellers market) and what I could expect. The on-line realtor promised a lot more so I started down their path. I shared their bottom line with the other realtors. Only Karen replied and told me flat out that she couldn't beat their deal and suggested I stay with them - very honest and I respected that. My house was reviewed by the on-line buyer's people and an offer was made for the stated amount. However in their contract they took a lot of money off the table for potential repairs. I contacted Honest Karen to see if she could do better, she thought she could, and more importantly she did. The house sold for considerably more than we asked with few concessions to the buyer. I came out way ahead of the on-line realtor's deal. What I like about Karen is her honesty, her straight forward way of doing business, and her results.
