Ultimately, we decided to go with the green Lavendar cleaning service and have had one clean so far. Their attention to detail was noticed with our bathroom grout and faucets. We live in an area where lime and calcium deposits are high, but our fixtures came out clean! Was very happy about this. Look forward to our next clean and will give an update in a few months again. I usually end up going back to clean the areas that have been missed. Big Apple is tremendously thorough, due in part to the steam cleaner. It's done a great job on our kitchen tile. I also appreciate their use of green cleaning products. Their service price is pretty much on par with typical cleaning services even with the addition of the steam cleaning. They lack the superficial professionalism and friendliness of services like Eco Maids. But I'd rather have someone do a thorough job and be a little less friendly than be friendly and leave me feeling like I could have done a better job myself.
