I ran in drenched from a sudden downpour and the male owner said, "Pick a color", and I said, "Towel, please?" and he took his sweet time bringing me one as I drip all over. The chair massage remote would not stay on for more than five minutes and all I got was, "It is because customers drop it." How is this my problem? Why don't you buy some velcro? A mature woman had started the pedi, but only pretended to cut my cuticle. What is that? The Placebo Pedi effect?
