Highly recommend Aram…read more Initially I contacted the store on Queen st. They quoted me $55 to repair my disconnected necklace. When I sent photo via email to Aram, he was quick to respoded back. He quoted $25 for 1 hour service. I just picked up my repaired Jewerly from the store. Aram was very peasant to work with in person, he even lowered the price to $20 when he actually saw my necklace, fixed, even polished nicely. Now I am looking for more jewelries to repair.

We recently returned to Moshe for a bundle of watch battery replacements. Although the mall was very quiet, there was a steady stream of customers in the store. We were noticed immediately at the door and the gate opened to let us in. We were quickly greeted by another staff, who asked what we needed (which was 5 watch battery replacements on this occasion.) She let us know that we could check the items in for the work and return in half an hour. We left to browse the mall and duly returned not too much longer than the allotted half an hour. Once again, we were immediately let back in the store. I recognized the lady who attended to us for the pickup. She advised that one of the watches was not in fact working. Her assessment was that it likely wouldn't be worth investing more money into fixing. The other 4 watches were all ready to go, complete with updated date and time settings on all of them. I really appreciated that they will recognize the value of not using a credit card, and give a discount accordingly. In the past, the proprietor Ray spent a patient and fulsome amount of time with me to review pieces I was interested in. I also like that they update their inventory regularly, so there's always something new to look at for an upcoming occasion. It was the only reason we had for going to Promenade, and definitely worth returning.

But what really sets them apart from other Toronto jewellers is they are also an AD of two notable German watches, Sinn and NOMOS, which seems to be a rare thing to be in all of Canada from what I've seen. Was informed that if for example there's a Sinn model or reference they don't have, they can look into ordering for you. A spacious and brightly lit shop it is. They offered me some water as I browsed around; on a couple subsequent visits a couple associates actually remember me. They've been all patient and respectful as I try on a few pieces or try to discuss a deal; honestly the impeccable service and knowledge here couldn't be commended enough. There's one fellow's there whose name regrettably slipped my mind but he's totally a full on horologist who can melt your brain with watch expertise.
