I have been here for a haircut before and Lisa does not disappoint! I showed her an inspiration picture and she did a fantastic job of replicating something similar with my curlyish hair. She had some great tips for styling which I'm definitely going to use when I wash my hair next. I have been coming here for dip nails every now and then and I am always happy with my nails as well. I had looked up this salon on Google and it said to text a # to make an appointment. I texted the owner and made an appointment but when I showed up they acted like I called the wrong salon. I felt extremely uncomfortable and could tell they were all talking poorly of me. The entire time no one talked to me and my entire gel manicure was 25 min, talk about a rushed appointment. If the lady forgot to write my appointment in that's fine but at least apologize or ask me to come back at a different time. I'm so frustrated and won't be back. All I wanted was a decent experience for maybe an hour out of my day. read more

The picture kind of says it all... initially I thought my nails were okay but after a look at them - all uneven, the acrylics are short and stout despite asking for a little additional length, the color doesn't cover the nail, the acrylic doesn't cover my nails, and for $100 I didn't even get my cuticles trimmed. Additionally I was having an allergic reaction to the acrylic (never happened in me entire life) and my nail tech dumped alcohol on my hand and told me "I don't know this usually fixes the allergic reaction" ... SO concerning that this would happen in the first place, and to multiple people at their salon. To top it off I was rushed through my appointment like I wasn't cared about. I have no real complaints. It just wasn't the best set I've gotten. I like having a nice apex on my nails. My set from here is completely flat. The color was done well. I got more of a glitter powder than a holo powder, but I'm not super picky. Prices aren't too bad. Although, if you are debating whether or not to add a manicure, don't. She trimmed my cuticles and massaged some oil into my hands. It really wasn't worth the extra. read more

Typical local nail spot capable of manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc. Have experienced a number of excellent pedicures from Nancy and she has always been very friendly. Extremely disappointing service today from Helen, one of the owners. I previously called to make an appointment for 2 manicures. Arrived today, not greeted by anyone in the salon. Sat for about 10 minutes waiting for service. A walk-in person entered and asked if the salon could do 2 mani-pedis and she was told to return in about 15 min. We then proceeded to question our appointment as we had been waiting 20 min. Helen (owner) did not offer an apology and just stated that our appointment was recorded wrong. She did not indicate when they could provide manicures or even seem to feel badly about what happened. We left and I am doubtful to return. This is the 3rd time of having an issue with my appointment - two other times I was rescheduled with someone other than who I had requested. Helen and her sister Vivian own and operate the salon. Although Vivian seems friendly, I have not had direct interactions with her. I have been quite disappointed interacting with Helen on multiple visits - she seldom offers a smile and would do well to improve on her customer service skills. There are numerous other nail salons conveniently located in Parker. I'll look forward to experiencing their services. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would. The first photo is the color and design I wanted and the second photo is the shape and length I wanted. The third photo is what I got! Not even close to what I wanted! Don't tell me you can do something and clearly have no idea. I usually don't write reviews unless they are good but I'm fed up with these mediocre nail salons in Parker! I asked her if she wanted to see the photos again and she said no I know what I'm doing. Cut each side/corner of every toenail away from the nail bed, at least half way down, if not all the way down the the cuticle. Also cut every toe nail as short as humanly possible, to the point of being raw and painful due to the exposed nail beds. Can't wait for the 10 inevitable ingrown toenails. Went in with pretty nice toenails and left disfigured. Hopefully they'll be able to grow back to how they looked before. read more

I've been going here with a pedi group for a few years now. We were a group of 12 at one point, but sadly have dwindled to 5 or 6. It's nice to have so many chairs together that we can sit and catch up with one another once a month. The staff are very kind and get a kick out of our girls night out. Several of us also sneak in manicures and acrylic nails as well during the month. Very clean salon, and as mentioned before a great group of gals working there. They've just done a remodel, and made it very cozy, with a couple new chairs and some upgrades. read more

I've been seeing Helen and Vivian what will be 10 years this year -faithfully. They're always happy to visit when I'm in getting my nails done. Recently, Helen tried a new product on my nails which was to help them avoid lifting in our drier, cold climate in the winter. Well, the exact opposite happened. After only 3 weeks they were in dire need of fixing. When I mentioned the problem to Helen, she immediately fixed my nails with a full set and made it right! She was so apologetic, she felt awful because her only intent is to bring the best products and services to their long term clientele that love this shop! Thank you Helen! I have been going to Hair and Nails in Parker for many years and have to say I just LOVE this place and all the ladies in it. I usually see Lisa and have to say that she is one of the kindest professionals I know. Lisa always does a fabulous job on my nails (file, trim, polish and repair) to which I always get compliments. Today Lisa did one of the best haircuts I have ever had and an amazing color correction. Somehow she turned some grey into stunning highlights without looking like "highlights'. Had a great time getting my feet taken care of. At the time I came in a basic pedi is $28. Location looks nice and clean. It opens at 9am. They are comfortable with kids coming with you. My 3 year old boy came with me. He stepped on my freshly painted toes and messed one of them up. I came back in and although they were much busier by the time I came back they took care of my toe right away. Service was great! read more

I have only tried their nail services and have only been to Vivian. With that limited experience, I am giving 5 stars. I've been Vivian's client for about 5 years. Seems I'm not the only one who loves her because she is booked up. I wouldn't suggest walking in to get an appointment with her. She's very sweet, her English is great and she does an amazing job. Pedicures are ok. The reason I am giving 4 stars is the massage! I've been here twice now and both times the massage that comes with the pedicure has been exceptional. They don't do anything fancy like paraffin, but the massage makes up for it!!! read more
