When I first came in, everybody was nice. But I was paired up with this chunky young woman who was extremely rude the entire time. She left halfway through doing my nails and left acrylic all under my entire nails. She told me that somebody would be with me in five minutes to finish them and paint them because she left. I have tried this place twice and had the same gal each time. Both times I had her do a French gel manicure and both times it took over an hour because she just couldn't get it right and kept having to redo it. The first time I had it done (back in May) the gel manicure stayed ok but the second time (this last week on 9/8) five of the gel nails peeled or popped off within the first 2 days. Clearly she did something wrong. She did at least 20 layers trying to get it right which is way more than is acceptable I am sure. I will not be going back for a third time. I didn't get the lady's name that try to take my nails off. But she started off so hard and I told her that she had broken my nail and she said she didn't. Then I had another lady finished up the job. They took no responsibility for literally breaking my nail! I cannot believe I actually payed $25 for the shittiest nails ever. I was so mad but I didn't want to make a big scene. I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON to anyone. They didn't care that my nail was bleeding and called taking off my nails a "manicure". the lady was rude and yelled at me when I asked to see the cat eye color on the wall. put an extra 3 layers of clear which made the nails thick and ugly. I asked for chrome and you can't even see it because she didn't want to add more because she didn't like how it looked lighter with more. she hurt my nail and I told her, she didn't say any. I don't appreciate getting yelled at and you should do the color the client asks for regardless it you like it or not. even the other employees looked when she was yelling. His foot and leg massage is heavenly and well worth the visit! He is also impeccable at doing my nails. I've also had my legs waxed here and can recommend that as well. The staff is friendly, the prices are clearly listed and the salon is always nice and clean. I would suggest making a reservation as they can get busy. My teen daughter and I were walk-ins on 12/30/2022 and we were seen right away. Valerie did a wonderful job on my very short, post-acrylic nails with a gel manicure that turned out beautifully. She asked if I was happy with it and I very much appreciated her attention to detail. I visited for a pedicure on Wednesday around 1:15 pm and there was no other customers. I desperately needed to get a pedicure before delivering my baby next week or sooner! The lady that did my service didn't talk much but that's ok I wasn't in much of a mood to chitchat. It took her a little over an hour, but I assume it's because they weren't busy and she was taking her time. The music was a bit loud but I was distracted by the massage chair and the shows that played on the tv. I choose the lavender pedicure which cost $60 before tip. It smelt nice, but is a little overpriced imo and is the cheapest pedicure service they offer. With it you receive a scrub, lotion, foot wax and massage, along with the normal pedicure services. Best.Dip.Mani.Ever. I just moved to Castle Rock. Before I moved, I was loyal to one nail salon in Brighton and nervous to trust any others. I spent a couple days reading reviews and ended up trying Glamour Nails. It's clean, cute and I love that they play country music . A gentleman did my Dip Manicure and his attention to detail is extraordinary. I used to have trouble with Dip Powder, the corners would chip off so I waited a week to post this to make sure the manicure lasted. I also like that they don't use Shellac as the top coat so I don't have to sit under the UV light for drying. So glad I found this place! read more

The nail polish selection was slim pickings (should have been my first sign), the chair I sat in first didn't work, and a guy who looked like he was 17 years old did my pedicure. It was fine, but nothing to rave about. I've received MUCH better before. Definitely not worth the $50. This was a rare treat for myself so I was definitely disappointed. Went here for a gel manicure and the guy did a pretty good job on everything but the design. The design was not centered or consistent at all. I left wanting to just be ok with it but I found myself disappointed. Therefore, I called and kindly asked if I could stop by the next day to get the design fixed. The lady (owner I believe) told me the design I chose wasn't good and basically that is why it looks bad. Uhmm?! Not kind or professional to say that. She reluctantly scheduled me an appt the next day. I came and sat for 25 minutes and was barely acknowledged. A girl with no appointment got to go ahead of me. I ended up leaving as it was extremely uncomfortable and she never checked in with me once. I am incredibly disappointed at the customer service at this salon. First time here...I had an appointment for 4:30...they did their best at trying to get to me on time...however because they were trying to not be late they rushed me quickly when they got to me at 4:45/5:00 I needed an acrylic rebase with gel polish...I like my nails extra pointy which I told them twice...they did a GEL not acrylic rebase, my nails were rounded, and got gel polish in my cuticles all because they moved so fast to get done. To top all off it was $47 before I added $10 to tip the woman ...So $57 for me to not get what I wanted my nails to look terrible , I had to file them to look the way I wanted and now I'm looking for a nail place to fix the poor job done for not listening and rushing me thorough:(:( read more
