After the service, I was encouraged to return in three months for what was described as a refresh, which was explained to me as removing any brassiness and maintaining the existing balayage. When I returned for that appointment, my hair was instead colored back to my natural dark brown, completely removing the balayage. This was not what had been explained to me, nor what I had agreed to. When I expressed my concerns, the response from the staff was unkind and dismissive, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. No effort was made to correct the situation or acknowledge how upsetting this experience was. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank because the salon was unwilling to work toward a fair resolution, and I will now need to find another salon to perform a color correction. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this salon. Based on what I observed, there is a lack of professionalism and integrity, and my concerns were met with dismissiveness rather than accountability. Anyone considering this salon should think twice.
