She is a great listener, was receptive to what I expressed I wanted, and we worked together to come up with a beautiful plan for balayage (first time I've ever done anything beyond a single color to my hair). She took care of my color and cut in exactly 3 hours, which was 2 hours shorter than the original quoted time. Such a relief!! She guided me in selecting the appropriate hair products to bring my hair back to health. Zondra was kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to have work on my hair. She is the first stylist whose post-hair appt advice I am fully following. I will definitely be back to maintain the balayage or try something new!

I was at the salon for almost the entire day about eight hours to complete the service, which is not typical. At other salons, balayage services on my hair have taken three to four hours at most. After the service, I was encouraged to return in three months for what was described as a refresh, which was explained to me as removing any brassiness and maintaining the existing balayage. When I returned for that appointment, my hair was instead colored back to my natural dark brown, completely removing the balayage. This was not what had been explained to me, nor what I had agreed to. When I expressed my concerns, the response from the staff was unkind and dismissive, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. No effort was made to correct the situation or acknowledge how upsetting this experience was. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank because the salon was unwilling to work toward a fair resolution, and I will now need to find another salon to perform a color correction. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this salon. Based on what I observed, there is a lack of professionalism and integrity, and my concerns were met with dismissiveness rather than accountability. Anyone considering this salon should think twice.
