After completing her intake form (smart and detailed questions about my habits and likes) I was thrilled to get a response and have had 3 cuts with her thus far! The consultation was free and Eileen took the time to ask me thoughtful questions and really get a sense of what I was looking for as far as cut and color. She was honest and upfront about pricing and how long each service would take. I came back the following week for my cut which turned out perfectly. I got so many compliments the next day! The week after that, Eileen colored my hair and I am loving it. It turned out even better than I imagined. She actually fit me in for a 15 minute (FREE) consultation to see what would be the best way to go about the absolute nest on my head. she was very kind and had very good recommendations. I got three services with her, a cut, color, and conditioning treatment for the same price another salon charged me for just a cut and wash!!! She is a GREAT conversationalist, sometimes when I book with new stylists there can be awkward silence or moments, Eileen makes you feel 100% comfortable and she is very relatable and people friendly. She even gave me one of her chick-fil-A chocolate chip cookies and a cold bottle of water! I have had my hair colored twice now by Eileen and I have been so happy with the results. I have long, curly, dark brown hair and she does an excellent job of covering up my grays while keeping my hair looking and feeling healthy and shiny.
