Most recently, we did a chocolate color with natural looking highlights, and it looks fabulous! I trust her to do whatever she thinks is going to look good on me and she never disappoints. I especially appreciate her giving me good haircuts that grow out nicely and that still look good even if I don't get back to her as soon as I'd like! Additionally, the ladies here are all incredibly nice and welcoming, as are the owner's two adorable Newfoundlands, Angus and Eva. We were in the shop for over 4 hours. I was left in the shampoo and toning/rinse bowl for over an hour. then we needed to get out so she didn't style or blow dry my hair and still charged $400 for the two of us and I gave a $100 tip. I was fussed at for not having cash for the tip and just didn't feel like they were very friendly. they may have been having a bad day, but customers are always your best form of advertising. I now have had severe headaches ever since being left in the shampoo bowl for so long. I double they would care about this review and I wish I could add more kind words but there really wasn't much done to make me want to return.
