My mom has been going to the salon for over 4 years and she sees McKenna everytime. We are always satisfied with how our nails look when we leave the salon. I would highly recommend DiDi and McKenna as your choices for a nail tech. One of the other things I love about the salon is the vibe. They will ask if you want something to drink, they help you sit in you chair, they have a hook for your purse. And during holidays they decorate and its the cutest.

My wife paid for extension services with hair cut for an important milestone event in her life. Her son's wedding. All she recieved was 3 failed installs , bond remover left in her hair, being gaslighted , chopped up & uneven hair cut on top of contracting contact dermatitis from the bond remover left in her hair. Instead of refunding, it is thier position that she kept returning for more corrective installations. How many times is a customer supposed to give them to correct the issue? She already gave them 3 times within less than 3 weeks. ( May 8th, May 14th & May 18th ) The event she planned on wearing the extensions to is now over. That once in a life time event is now over. There is no fixing or correcting the issue. May 8th : To start the 1st person who did the consultation , hair cut and installation of extensions did not order enough hair after multiple conversations with her & before with staff. The installation looked like a joke. Her haircut , I have no words to describe what they did to her bangs. May 14th: 2nd visit was a " corrective installation " with thier Top hairstylist. She ended up removing all of the extensions from the 1st person who did them and left bond remover in her hair then installed 3 new bundles of hair back on top of that without washing her hair first and instructed her not to wash her hair for 48 hours. May 18th; The 3rd visit another " Corrective installation " which was 4 days later because of the weekend she returned again. She had zero extensions on one side of her head. This stylist installed 1 bundle to replace and fill in the huge gap on 1 side where they fell out. By the time she returned home from her son's wedding she had a bag full of over 100 plus extensions in it with barely any left in her head. She called the manufacturer and recorded the conversation. They specifically stated leaving the bond remover on a person's head & reinstalling over unwashed hair is 100% why the extensions came out. This is a salon error , because of that error , her event she purchased them for was nothing short of picking up extensions off the floor everywhere she went from them sliding out of her head at any given time , getting contact dermatitis. For them to have all this experience, how is it possible that they could even do that to her & send her on her way knowing it was for her son's wedding. They knew they would not stay in if they are as knowledgeable and experienced with the Greatlengths extensions as they claim. Greatlengths representative specifically stated that the halr MUST be squeaky clean before extensions can be installed or it will NOT HOLD.

The woman behind the counter said that it would be a 40 min wait. I could tell by the tone in her voice that she was hoping we would leave. I told her, "It is what it is" and we sat down to wait. My initial thought was perhaps she did not have children. There are only 3 chairs in the waiting area, I am assuming because of covid. All of us had on masks. But kids will be kids and walk around. I was actively parenting and constantly instructing my children to behave and not touch things as we waited. Then a man stylist came up to my children and started instructing them to sit down. I said, "Excuse me" nicely, in an attempt to get his attention which he ignored and continued speaking. When he finally stopped talking to my children. I explained that we had felt unwanted since we walked in. I explained that there were only 3 chairs, and I would not have my children sit on the floor. I also explained that he should not be speaking to my children without my permission but speak to me first. I have visited this salon before and we have never encountered these 2 stylists. I told them that this was very poor service and took my children to the car. I returned a few moments later and ask for their names which they both refused to give me. The man asked if he could finish with the client he was with which I obliged and waited and once he was finished with his client he went about cleaning his station and ignoring me on purpose. If they had nothing to hide they would've given me their names. I finally gave up and left the establishment. Super disappointed in the behavior of grown adults. We were happy to wait in order to get two haircuts, even with the woman's initial rude tone. After that first sentence I thought about leaving a review or maybe a slightly lesser tip. But after the resulting incident, I knew I had to say something. I have never experienced discrimination because I had children until today. After reading some of the other reviews here, I can see why they have so few stars. And I'm kind of glad that my children did not have their haircuts here as it seems they probably would have been petty and taken it out on my children's hair. We will not be returning.

I had a stylist Whitney. From start to finish she was taking pictures which was fine in the beginning as long as my face was not in view. Then she started taking videos and being real extra the rest of the time and wouldn't leave that phone alone. In the video she had gotten my face which I told her I did not want from the start. She ended up posting the video to her I.G which is disrespectful and disloyal to do. I paid $135 for my hair and $50 to another girl for my waxing. Hair came out mediocre. Overall, I would not recommend her. Not to mention she took over 4 hours to complete my hair. While other stylist had people in and out. I understand she wanted to get her name out There and to build clientele with the all the Videos but this is not how you conduct yourself. She's burning bridges to try to advance her career(+)while losing clients(-).. everyone knows a negative and a positive multiplied equals a negative. Good luck boo.
