I have been attending the salon for over 3 years. I usually see DD but on occasion when she's not available I might see brandee, or another technician. My mom has been going to the salon for over 4 years and she sees McKenna everytime. We are always satisfied with how our nails look when we leave the salon. I would highly recommend DiDi and McKenna as your choices for a nail tech. One of the other things I love about the salon is the vibe. They will ask if you want something to drink, they help you sit in you chair, they have a hook for your purse. And during holidays they decorate and its the cutest. read more

Three-13's position seems to be that I should have continued returning after three unsuccessful installations in less than two weeks. ( May 8th, May 14th & May 18th ) How many corrective attempts is a customer reasonably expected to endure before the salon accepts that its repeated attempts have not resolved the problem? By then, the once-in-a-lifetime event the extensions were purchased for had already passed, and my confidence in another reinstall had been exhausted. Not to forget was repeatedly told that the Elite Global stylist that left the bond remover in my hair & did not wash it out before installing 3 new bundles , was the same person who would be doing the 4th visit. That is absolutely absurd. I have lost all faith in this Salon & do hope future customers look else where for extension services. read more

I wish my wife had read the reviews on here how the salons staff replies to anyone who has ever had a complaint against the services they recieved from this salon. My wife paid for extension services with hair cut for an important milestone event in her life. Her son's wedding. All she recieved was 3 failed installs , bond remover left in her hair, being gaslighted , chopped up & uneven hair cut on top of contracting contact dermatitis from the bond remover left in her hair. Instead of refunding, it is thier position that she kept returning for more corrective installations. How many times is a customer supposed to give them to correct the issue? She already gave them 3 times within less than 3 weeks. ( May 8th, May 14th & May 18th ) The event she planned on wearing the extensions to is now over. That once in a life time event is now over. There is no fixing or correcting the issue. May 8th : To start the 1st person who did the consultation , hair cut and installation of extensions did not order enough hair after multiple conversations with her & before with staff. The installation looked like a joke. Her haircut , I have no words to describe what they did to her bangs. May 14th: 2nd visit was a " corrective installation " with thier Top hairstylist. She ended up removing all of the extensions from the 1st person who did them and left bond remover in her hair then installed 3 new bundles of hair back on top of that without washing her hair first and instructed her not to wash her hair for 48 hours. May 18th; The 3rd visit another " Corrective installation " which was 4 days later because of the weekend she returned again. She had zero extensions on one side of her head. This stylist installed 1 bundle to replace and fill in the huge gap on 1 side where they fell out. By the time she returned home from her son's wedding she had a bag full of over 100 plus extensions in it with barely any left in her head. She called the manufacturer and recorded the conversation. They specifically stated leaving the bond remover on a person's head & reinstalling over unwashed hair is 100% why the extensions came out. This is a salon error , because of that error , her event she purchased them for was nothing short of picking up extensions off the floor everywhere she went from them sliding out of her head at any given time , getting contact dermatitis. For them to have all this experience, how is it possible that they could even do that to her & send her on her way knowing it was for her son's wedding. They knew they would not stay in if they are as knowledgeable and experienced with the Greatlengths extensions as they claim. Greatlengths representative specifically stated that the halr MUST be squeaky clean before extensions can be installed or it will NOT HOLD. read more

Shannon did an amazing job nailing what my vision was. Highly recommend! I wanted to start a "transition" although I didn't know it yet. I have always been red. And I have missed it with the increasing grays but it is so high maintenance. So I explained that I wanted to go silver and with a peek a boo red umber color that resembled my previous coloring style. This is the result. And the whole atmosphere at 313 is one of service. So I went in and it's very overwhelming because it's a huge place (it's a given i booked there and i understand) but then i get taken back 30 minutes late and they didn't even start my hair for 45 minutes past my appointment time. i looked back when she was mixing the hair color and she wasn't in any rush and was talking with her coworkers. (she didn't say a single word to me the whole time i was in the chair) when i booked, they said the service would be $160 for a full highlight. i said i wanted it lighter overall and i feel like my hair looks the exact same. my total ended up being $205 and i didn't even end up getting my hair blow dried because then i would have to book with a whole different person who has whole different pricing. overall, a highlight should not be over $200 but to each their own i guess. read more

I should've known - some things never change. Eleven years later, I returned out of desperation. My usual salon was closed and I needed a fresh trim for an event the next day. Still no empathy from staff. (Greeter. Shampoo assistant.) These are really young kids in my opinion and need lessons in customer service and professionalism. The shampoo helper was way too chatty and dropped F bombs and the S word when talking to me. When I was explaining quick funeral services for a recently departed loved one, she compared it to ripping off a bandaid. Unacceptable! I will not return, no matter how good my cut turned out. I went in for a haircut and decided to not get much taken off. Once done, Whitney said should I decide to go shorter within the next week or so to come back in. I did decide that more needed to come off. Called and got another appointment very quickly. Whitney cut me a bit more and I'm now much more content with my cut. She took great care of me. My skin had been very dry so she did a very good job basting my hairline so my skin would not absorb the dye. It's the little things that make a difference! Very happy with my service! Good news: the music over the sound system was for once at a normal volume level. It wasn't blaring like we were in a bar. I could actually hear what people were saying to me. Bad news: immediately upon me remarking so complimentarily about the wonderfully-appropriate volume level, I was told it was only that way because the owner was off today so everyone was able to enjoy a less noisy work day for a change. More bad news: the line checkout desk clerk encountered such a perplexing and vexing credit card payment transaction with the only other patron in line that even with someone coming out of the office to help had difficulty. This idea of making their guests stand in line after service is done and making them wait interminably is as antiquated as the decor. Get with the times. Allow your associates and service providers to collect POS payments right where they happen to be for their services. You could probably cut some salary of those high turnover checkout desk clerks where the learning curve is a punishment for all your customers. read more

Wish I could go back and redo the post service review. It was a pain to make an appointment spend multiple days to end up not being booked for the service I was looking for. Got told "that wasn't requested for service so you won't be getting that today" and when I showed excitement about the new color I wanted I was told "well were just talking" and basically to chill out. I was very excited walking into the salon it is beautiful and the first person I talked to and Shelby (I believe that's her name, she's also the only reason for the second star) were very welcoming. I had a minor color correction on 2 money piece on the front of my head that are now green again after 1 wash. This whole experience now feels like a huge waste of time and money. I asked for 2 inches to be cut off with a touch up to curtain bangs that FRAME my face and was giving flat across box bangs. And then was asked "do you want me to dry it?" I booked Rachel for color, and she transitioned my overdone balayage to a really lovely, lighter base color + highlights/lowlights ... she even suggested demi vs perm color for my base, which means I'm now getting an extra week before needing a root touchup -- saving me $! I told her I was looking for someone to cut my hair and she recommended Christian. I saw him that day, and we agreed to cut off my damaged ends (almost 2 inches). Even though I'd planned to grow my hair out, I loved the new look so much I went back a week later to go even shorter -- and there was no charge! I'm so happy with my cut that I'm keeping it short. My hair was completely burned off at the scalp when I went to have a bleach and tone. This was my third experience. While my first two bleach and tones were successful, this one was not. Tried a different colorist because my schedule changed and I needed to move my original appointment. I asked many questions about the colorist who would be doing my bleach and tone and was ASSURED that he was wonderful, he knew exactly what to do. I am in utter shock at the condition of my hair. The color is horrible and my hair has been fried off all along my hairline. I didn't notice this until I got home and examined my hair carefully after I felt a burned place on the side of my face. Not only was my hair burned off but my skin was too!!! There was no way the colorist didn't see this or know what was happening as he shampooed my hair. No way. Oh, and the best part is I had my hair cut afterwards. There is zero chance the stylist didn't notice what my hair looked like. Not even possible. When she finished she rushed me out of her chair and suggested I buy some hair serum to protect my hair. I feel certain she knew what my hair looked like up close and said nothing. Not sure how a two week satisfaction guarantee will fix BURNED OFF HAIR, but I was told to come in Wednesday so it could be fixed. Unless they can put my hair back on my head I will demand a refund. I've been seeing Rachel for my color for like 5-6 years now. Every few years I decide to drastically change my color and she's always there to help me through the process, so I look my very best and my hair isn't damaged. Rachel is professional, warm and funny. We talk food and life. I always leave feeling fabulous and looking amazing and that's because of the skill level she's at in her craft and the time she puts into her continuing education in her field. She's an artist, a chemist and makes me feel like she cares as much as I do that my hair looks great. She's not the cheapest at the salon but she's well worth every cent. I adore her and can't recommend her enough. Virginia has been cutting my hair for 5-6 years too. She does my Moms hair too. If you know her, you love her because she's an absolute angel. I love that I like her so much as a person because it makes my time in her chair fun. Even better is how GREAT a stylist she is. Top shelf. My hair feels and looks amazing because of her. She listens to me and always takes such care. Her skill is unmatched. I drive 45 minutes to have her cut my hair, worth it. I've always loved every single time she's done my hair. Situation has been resolved. Chose the option to receive a credit / gift card for $150 , so originally payed $83 subtract from $150 have $67 over original service fee. Plus a complimentary lash lift & tint with team lead (highest level or tier) on the spa side. Glad to have the situation handled. Thanks, Christina ^^ Went to the eye doctor and they said it wasn't an allergic reaction and most likely was caused by the solution going directly into my eyes, ie user error. Thankfully just needed some drops, Alli have to use to soothe my eyes but no permanent damage and my sight will return to its original state. Upon calling customer service I was given a walkthrough of their entire process and they made sure I understood how to set up an appointment for exactly what I wanted. I usually touch up my own roots at home, but I wanted to have it done at the salon for once to treat myself. The overall visit was great, despite a new first-day trainee heavy-handedly brushing through my freshly-bleached, wet hair with a regular brush, not even a wide-tooth comb. Watching my hair, in it's fragile state, being ripped out was horrifying, and I was trying so hard to not cry before I got her to stop. My hair felt sooo crunchy and dry after I left and was even falling out a little. I gave it all a gentle brush the morning after and wow, so much came off. Hair is just constantly falling out in huge clumps. I'm honestly mortified right now, I've NEVER had this much hair fall out before. I've been coming here for roughly ten years, and I've never been so disappointed. My hair is in a worse condition than before I walked in, I definitely won't be coming back. Update: One week later, washed my hair and even MORE huge clumps are STILL falling out?? I thought it would be done by now, but I guess not. Not even sitting with Olaplex 2 in for HOURS and using Olaplex conditioner isn't helping. If I would've known my hair would continuously FALL OUT, I would've never came. This is absolutely horrible, and the state of my hair makes me wanna cry everyday. Do not blame me for wanting to go to a different salon to fix your salon's mess; why would I want my hair to be treated there after all this? Your salon is the only one to be held responsible for single-handedly destroying my hair that I worked so hard and spent so much money on to keep healthy. read more

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I was aloud to walk out of the building with a COMPLETE COLOR NIGHTMARE on my head BUT the error was fixed the next day for free. If I could rate people individually, I would ! Kristina who is top dog there absolutely took care of me after she found out what happened. She got a team together to bring my hair back to life. Sarah is one of my FAVORITE colorists here and one of the only people I trust my natural hair for color with. Gabi is another great person I met and she slayed my hair. She and I have a lot in common when it comes to hair texture and she just helped me feel sooooo much better about this whole process. I can't wait to go back and see her again. Melanie was also very knowledgeable and I appreciated her service and felt confident in her hands to fix my hair. I actually am obsessed with atmosphere here GREAT music FANTASTIC customer service. My wife used to go here. During the pandemic I took her here for a much needed spa day. Shortly after I dropped her off she called and said they refused her because she is a nurse practitioner. They promised to reach out after the pandemic is over for a free haircut. We're still waiting for that phone call. Essential workers in your community deserve much better. read more
