I had gone here before and had a decent visit but my next trip was with another tech named Bethany. The tech I had before was no longer there. I reluctantly agreed to go forward with the appointment. First - She ran the callous pumice stone on top of my foot because she was distracted and scratched me so hard I bled. Very painful during the scrub.   Then cut me on one of my fingers and had to use something to stop the bleeding. She did not wait for my nails to rehydrate after soak off before applying structure so the nails were still all curved. All nails were shaped differently. She did not fully remove the previous nail polish so you could see it on the side of the nails after they were done. My nails started feeling weird after a while so I decided to remove them and this is what they looked like. I have never in my life had this happen!. I am mortified and beyond upset! This is a direct result of improper methods and it will take months to get my nails back to normal. read more

If I could give you zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever been to for my pedicure service. Zay the nail technician was not experienced and it showed with the poor quality of service that I received. Zay told me she had only been doing pedicures and nail services for approximately six months. She did not scrub my feet well and it shows (see picture below). Zay also made my pinky toe bleed twice then tried to blame me by saying I must have sensitive skin. She never took accountability and never apologized. I waited to do my review because the receptionist at the shop said that she would have the owner contact me. I advised her that I was going on a cruise and that I would follow up when I returned which I did today. After speaking with the owner (TAJUANSA DIALLO), she was very rude and had the worst attitude ever! Tajuansa was demeaning and disrespectful and continuously tried to over talk me. She refused to offer me a refund although I had to get another pedicure the same day prior to my cruise because not only did the bottom of my feet look bad Zay did not polish my nails down to the cuticle which appeared as if I needed a fill in. The owner was very defensive and insulting she was even rude in her text message to me. No customer deserves to be chastised or talked down to by anyone. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone who values being respected and having hygienic quality service. . FYI .... This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. . Update!!! Ironically AFTER I filed my Better Business Bureau complaint, posted my 1 star (I wished I could have made it zero star review on YELP & Google did TAJUANSA DIALLO (the shop owner) emailed me and posted the letter that she sent me under my review which is a completely different attitude, and position than the awful, unprofessional attitude that she gave me over the phone and via text. I been searching for a nail person and instagram brought me here. I was so worried about their appointment policy cause let's be real life happens but I made it on time. Tip: park next door. I was worried about parking but they will validate it parking. Plus I went on Sunday so street parking is free but taken up when I got there. My tech was awesome and took care of me for sure. This was my first time here and it was just as amazing as it looks on Instagram. Everything went smoothly from booking the appointment to checkout (which can be easily done online with a reasonable deposit to secure your spot that counts towards your services). The service and atmosphere were great. We went on Mother's Day so there was Prosecco when we walked in and a nice gift bag for us when we left that had really good things in it to add to our home mani/pedi supplies (not sure if this is the norm). We got the cucumber martini pedicure. It was very refreshing and relaxing. Highly recommend this salon. I will will definitely be back the next time I'm in town. I've finally found a nail salon that I can call my "go to" ! I've been to this location a few times and I've enjoyed the experience each time. I've gotten the acrylic full set with Taylor. She's bomb! I've also tried a few different pedicure options they have. Each one is a spa-like experience. The red velvet pedicure will for sure give you LUXE vibes! I highly recommend setting an appointment beforehand. When setting the appointment, you have to pay 50 percent up front. The only issue I have is at the time of check out, my final payment is always higher than my deposit. I would like for all fees and service prices (i.e. nail repair, polish removal, etc.) to be listed on their site to select upfront so that we are not shocked by the final payment. The nail technician ALWAYS explains the additional fees at checkout so that there aren't any confusion. I've been getting services at this location for the past 5 months and would recommend to you! Since starting to see Alexis at Soak& Polish my natural nails are the longest and strongest they've ever been, and I constantly get compliments on the nail art. I can bring any idea to Alexis and she brings it to life for me. I first went to Soak & Polish back in December 2021 to try Gel-X nails, my nails have always been short and broken off easily. After doing 2 sets of gel-x (and 2 fills), about 3 months, my nails grew out and were stronger. I was able to switch to gel manicures and my nails continue to grow and have kept their strength. Aside from the gel-x helping grow out my nails, the polish and nail art always holds up, lasting 3 to 4 weeks. Anywhere else I've gone I've always had chips or needed a new manicure by week 2. This nail salon is located in Midtown - so expect prices a bit above the usual, most likely due to higher rent and overhead. Just putting that out there, so manage expectations. I've wanted to try this nail salon for a long time, but I am committed to my regular tech . I really like the natural ingredient options such as cucumbers, limes, roses, different plant based milks, essential oils etc. I wasn't given all the ingredients of my pedicure but to be perfectly honest, so much is used it wasn't a big deal for me and didn't take away from the experience. A natural scrub and a mask is also applied and both had my feet and lower legs feeling amazing after I left. The salon was pretty clean, with the owner constantly cleaning up the pedicure station. Great to see in this pandemic environment! My service started 20 minutes late, and I was 10 mins early. So about 30 mins of waiting. I usually wouldn't mind because I know businesses can get busy on Fridays but the booking process mentioned a $20 late fee several times so I expected to start on time. (I have a pet peeve for being charged for other's time but then I'm not really compensated for wasting mine.) My service took about 2 hrs start to finish and I got a pedicure. So unless you're having a leisurely day, I wouldn't recommend coming here. My polish job was really messy, but I had been there a while and just decided to leave. After all the pedicure service was very good, so I was going to just deal with the messy polish. After 2 days I couldn't stop looking down in disappointment, so I emailed the salon. This nail salon has been on my list for a while. I booked the red velvet pedicure via ClassPass on 12/11/23. When I arrived the door was locked. There was a guy doing nails. I rung their doorbell and he didn't move nor acknowledge me. I had to call to get someone to open the door. It was cold out there! Once in, the others were super friendly. She did apologize for delay when entering. I was offered a glass of rose with my pedicure. It was great. I did feel like I was fighting with the back pillows to get comfy. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Polish still in tact as I'm writing this review (winter months I take my time lol). I was able to chat with the owner, she was super sweet and friendly. My only complaint was that I thought pricing was a little high. I really missed the days of not being charged for every service. It's comparable to walking in a hair salon and being charged tolls get your hair washed when you booked a styling service. I was charged $7 to take off dazzle dry polish and $20 for gel polish on my toes. I'm ok with the gel upcharge but I thought $20 was a lot for small toes. The most I've ever paid was $10. AVOID!! This company stays in business by the unethical practices of stealing money from customers. They hide theft behind policy and ignorance of how their own system works. I was charged for services that were not rendered. I was also told that I could get none of my money back due to them never giving a security deposit back (policy) even when I canceled three days before and received no services. No one was willing to help or even be bothered to ask me why I wanted to cancel in the first place. This place left a bad taste in my mouth. I was planning on having an appointment because I had been following the Instagram page for a while. The other day I mentioned the tech not wearing her mask or gloves properly via a DM and I was blocked. I mentioned it because it's a safety issue and my father in law is immune compromised and I want to be comfortable and safe and I was concerned. I also want to support black business and get my pedicure for the first time in a few months. I was still going to come even after seeing that, but then I realized they blocked my account. That's sad and disheartening and they have every right, but I wanted my deposit refunded because I don't feel comfortable coming there now. I requested it over 24 hours in advance. Came on Saturday for a couples pedicure (Hawaiian Essence -$160 online). Ended up paying almost $300 after all the add on fees. The experience was nice but I probably wouldn't come back. The establishment is really about the aesthetics and the location. For the amount I paid, I could've went to my regular Asian lady and got a better end result. The flowers and fruit were a nice touch but literally everything else included with the pedicure ( scrub, mask, paraffin wax, gel polish, French tip design, acrylic big toes ) I could have got for under $100 at a regular salon. It's been 2 days and my white gel polish is already staining and turning a dingy brown color. My feet also don't feel as soft as they normally do after a pedicure. This location is in the heart of midtown and has a cute look on the inside. They offer complimentary wine and drinks with their services. The first time I came here I got a manicure and pedicure (gel mani) and it was decent. A bit pricey, but understandable. I did not like that they charged a design fee if you choose one or more colors for gel. Meaning if I had all fingers pointed white and wanted one finger to be painted silver it would be considered a design, but okay that's their policy. I came to this location again by setting an appointment over the phone. They did not have the option to book a mani and pedicure within the same transaction so I had to come on different days and pay two separate deposits. The young lady who did my nails was very friendly and seemed to do a good job, but the gel has already started peeling. I got this gel manicure on Sunday and this picture was taken 5 days later on Friday. The lady who did my nails mentioned that if it did chip, feel free to come in to have those nails fixed. Long story short, I called today to see if I could come in and I'm assuming the owner or whoever answered the phone was not privy to that. I mentioned my appointment, that the gel was coming off and I was told I could come in to have fixed and she said well that was last week... Mam we haven't even entered a full 7 days and the gel has come off of 3 fingers. She then places me on hold and I continue to wait 5 minutes for no one to ever return. The polish job was not what I would expect from a nail professional. I just had my nails done at my normal place and the quality is night and day. The pictures are 3 weeks apart. Would I go back, possibly if a tech came highly recommended. Mine just didn't meet the mark. In response to the owner, who replied in 4 minutes and decided it was fabricated. I really wish it was sis, I came Father's Day morning with my fiancé. There was 3 females working, one male, and a very well behaved dog. I took the pic in the car. Second reply to owner: Her response was changed. As I stated it was Father's Day we had lunch reservations right after. I couldn't see how bad they were until I could look closer in the car. I live a good distance away with a very busy schedule, I had intentions on leaving a review sooner ...I just so happened to do so when I had the time and energy to give to it. My first visit to the shop was wonderful! We were looking for a true Black Owned shop. My girlfriend and I decided to schedule a visit together. We weren't able to do the services together on account of her getting a mani/pedi and I getting the ombré full set and pedi. Nonetheless, everyone was friendly and the shop was clean. They had us sanitize and wash our hands and took our temp before booking us. My nail tech killed it on my hands and feet! My girlfriend's nails were amazing as well. I've been here twice now, I've probably got one more go in me before I give up but after reading the reviews, I'm sure I won't be welcomed back. My first time here I got a full set (powder). My nail tech picked me out a beautiful color. However all my nails were different lengths and shapes, plus even after a student discount, my nails were definitely overpriced. I tried to pay I'm cash but the establishment does not keep change handy. After the service took 2 hours, I didn't have time to stay for someone to fix my nails My second time was yesterday. I walked in around 5:20 and was seated immediately. This was a different nail tech. The shaping and lengths came out okay. 8/10. However I got gems along my cuticles on 2 fingers, about 40% of the gems had fallen off hours after my service. I left the shop around 730 for a FILL-IN. I was considering a pedicure but I couldn't afford to spend anymore time there as I had to be at work at 8 What I notice about both services is that nail techs don't really have a sense of urgency. read more

I absolutely love the ombré full set that Aaliyah did on me. Her attention to detail is something that I haven't seen when it comes to getting my hands done, and I appreciated that. This was my first time getting ombré, and I'm in love. The salon itself is pretty small with a few seats for both manicure and pedicure services. The music is on point and they offer complimentary wine and water. There is parking available in the deck on Spring Street and they do validate parking. This is also a black-owned nail salon which is always a plus. As far as their COVID operation, everyone had on masks, and they check your temperature when you come into the salon. They also have plastic barriers between the nail tech and the customers at the manicure stations, as well as the check out desk. I will say the seats that you sit in for manicures are a little uncomfortable, but that is something minor. Also the payment system may confuse some folks because when you book online, you pay a deposit that goes towards your services. They also charge extra for nail shape, which I never quite understand. I mostly enjoyed the experience. It's a beautiful setup. Very comfortable, peaceful and inviting. Everyone was nice! My only issue was the price for the services offered. I got a basic mani/pedi and my total came out to over $100. Depending on what is included in the service, that's not a bad price but the basic pedicure did not include lotion, oil (for cuticles) or a foot rub...literally just soak, scrub a bit and polish. So, I had to lotion my feet in the car. SN: I take responsibility for not asking to see a menu or at least asking what it all included before being serviced. I just assumed it would be. So, that's on me. I also got the basic manicure which did not include a nail soak, oil (for cuticles) or lotion either. Just cut/file and some machine that looked like a buffer but he said it was for my cuticles. Oh and I did get some scrub to use when it was time to wash my hands. Although the ambiance is pretty nice and the pedicure was enjoyable, none of it matters if the polish itself doesn't hold up, and it doesn't. Mine cracked and peeled less than a week later. The day-of, the polish job was a little sloppy. The person working on me said they had been at the salon a few years, but I couldn't tell based on the quality of the polish job she did on me. I had polish on the skin beside my toes and the shaping on one of my big toes was a little lopsided. Like many women/clientele I got white polish, which I heard the owner complaining about -- that and French toes. I get that as a creative/nail artist you want to do different things, but classics add classics for a reason, and people are paying to get what color they want. This was the best salon experience I've ever had. The owner Taj was very accommodating and ensured timely service for myself and two best friends as walk-ins. Upon entry, she greeted us and reviewed the different services available. She was very kind and quickly got us going. We got two Red Velvet pedicures and a Hawaiian pedicure. All of our pedicures were excellent. My technician, Desmond, was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. My Red Velvet pedicure truly gave the essence of a luxury experience. Everything was fresh and the ambiance was excellent! I also got a full acrylic set with the French red tip design. Desmond ensured lines were consistent and the application is even. The owner/manager is the only reason for the low reviews. I treated my girls to a Hawaiian pedicure that was $100 a service. One person had a $15 add on that was missed by the person ringing the bill out while that person was still in their service. Each staff member that serviced us were tipped in 20% in cash because we had such a great time. My initial review on yelp is solely regarding the unprofessionalism of the owner and has nothing to do with the staff members although it was clear that some of them required extra guidance. We were happy with our experience there WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MANIC AND PSYCHOTIC OWNER. As any future patrons may see, she's a bit all over the place and is unable to simply acknowledge someone else's perspective with "I understand/apologize for your experience", instead she wants to post audio/video clips to make a point or attack individuals about something she considers a "non issue". To the owner: If you take a deep breath and just understand that people are allowed to leave reviews on their experience, it'll lessen the chance that you'll give yourself an aneurysm by trying to call everyone a liar. I hope your staff find greener pastures because I know they hate you. You're the absolute worst and your business will not prosper with such a terrible attitude. Let me start with the positive. My nails, although somewhat sharp around the edges (I asked for them to be smoothed out) look great! Like literally one of the best colors I've ever had. The techs that did my nails and feet were both really nice people and had great personalities. I had an appointment and unlike some of the reviews I've seen my appointment started right on time. As for the reason for the 3 Star Review. My pedicure and nail fill-in took 3 hours and 5 minutes! Yes, you read that correctly. Online the description said 2 hours. I paid $160 for the Hawaiian Essence CBD Pedicure and a gel polish fill in on my medium length nails. Plus tips ... I did get a special polish which was $10 additional and the application of the polish to create the affect definitely takes more time ... BUT, it should NEVER take 2 hours for a fill in that is not requiring repairs, intricate art, stones, etc. and the nails are medium length especially when you are paying $85 for them. Fortunately I did not have somewhere to go that was time sensitive after this appointment or I would have been screwed. Also, two other things that bothered me. While the owner (at times) was somewhat pleasant with customers, she was pretty abrasive with her staff. A couple of times she reprimanded them in front of us (the customers) for certain things that I felt should have been addressed at a later time when customers weren't present. Also, when I arrived at the salon and checked in. The $5 Off Coupon on Yelp popped up and I showed it to the tech that was doing my pedicure. He looked scared and confused and said ok, they will take care of you. Upon checking out I understood his initial response as the owner very curtly dismissed both the coupon and Yelp and said she didn't honor it. Never mind the $175 I was about to spend. I didn't argue, not for $5 and not when there are literally thousands of nail salons in Georgia. I politely paid my money and left. I am still on my quest to find a reliable nail salon where the atmosphere is nice, the staff is skilled and the ownership cares about its customers and brand. Sadly, this is not the one. My nails were not in horrible condition and did not need to be re-shaped and based on the reviews on Yelp (Which I suggest to those that ventured here to Google for all of these "glowing" reviews ... check out Yelp BEFORE booking with this establishment), you and I, NEVER had any discussion other than you asking me how I liked my pedicure and telling me that you didn't have anything to do with Yelp and that you weren't honoring the $5 coupon that pops up when you check in on Yelp. Thats it. So, I don't know WHO you think you spoke to but it wasn't me. You gave me NO discount sweetheart. Based on your response there is no wonder your employees are afraid of you because it takes a PATHOLOGICAL SOCIOPATH to fabricate whole encounters and responses to respectable paying customers. The irony of you pointing out the time of my pedicure when you arrived 25 minutes into it and 25 minutes before it ended (which makes it 50 minutes) was supposed to be a 1 HOUR service based on YOUR booking confirmation. So disappointed in the entire experience. The way the owner talks to her staff in front of customers is uncomfortable to say the least. The nail techs are extremely nice and i hope this shop is only a stepping stone for them. They definitely need to improve in their skills as my appointment was 4 hours. there is no reason to ever be in a nail salon this long for any service. the price and the quality of service do not match! my nails looked terrible within that same week. As excited as i was for my appointment i will never return. update for the owner: I'm truly embarrassed for you at this point. This review is in no way fake. i gave your shop a second chance But your attitude during my appointment and seeing how disrespectful you were towards staff is what prompted me to finally share my experience. you don't even deserve the one star. (That's none of my business) I also noticed the owner is very argumentative towards criticism towards her business (you can see a couple different posts) *which is understandable. people are sensitive about their s**t, but pride kills a business before anything. Had a last minute family illness that required travel and needed to cancel my appointment, My appointment was at 11am and I called to cancel at 11:15 the day before (23 3/4 hours before hand) (there is no option to cancel online so one must call) and the owner was both rude and inaccurate in his communication of his cancellation policy, which is listed here: "A deposit is required to reserve your appointment, you will be prompted to provide a valid credit card number. All deposits are non-refundable. Please bring your ID along with your debit or credit card upon checkout. If neither are provided, your deposit will be refunded and you will be expected to pay in full for all services. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Note that nowhere in the policy above does it state that you will be charged in full for an appointment you cancel with notice, just a statement about ID's and non refundable deposits. I was willing to accept no refund on my deposit to respect the time of the technicians, but being charged in full for a service I did not receive is unacceptable. When I explained that his policies were unclear and the policies listed say nothing about charging me in full for a canceled appointment. He explained that there were terms and conditions and that he would be charging me anyway. Again I explained that this was poor customer service as I was giving plenty of notice, was okay with a non refundable deposit but did not understand being charged a balance or a service I did not receive, he offered me a reschedule more than 24 hours out and then explained that I could not then cancel that appointment I would still pay in full. I looked and my card was immediately charged, without confirmation that my appointment was canceled. When I called to check on the cancelation the receptionist hung up in my face. I am floored at the level of unprofessionalism. Business is not personal, but working in a client facing service industry one would think that there would be more humanity in dealing with the people you service. I called in advance to cancel due to an emergency and was charged for a service I did not receive. Nowhere were any of the "policies" he applied around keeping my money, especially the ones around rescheduling and canceling available for me to see before booking. Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by the salon. Not sure whom, but unprofessional nonetheless. Accused of posting fake reviews and lying about what was said. Whether I visited the shop yesterday or from Jan-March, I was still a client. Short Story: Awesome pedicures, Aaliyah is wonderful Acrylics never lasted two weeks for me ASK THE PRICE BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING!! Overcharged but was debated on this with receptionist, which rubbed me the wrong way If you want one fingernail to have glitter polish while the others are regular polish, that's considered "nail art" and they'll charge extra. Long Story: Found this shop on IG after seeing their wonderful pedicures, that are indeed, wonderful. I only received one as a client, but it lasted longer than expected. Acrylics could use a bit of work. I never made it two weeks with all 10 of my nails on. The shop convinced me it was my nails, after switching shops, I found this false. For my first visit, there was a special for $25 full sets and an extra $10 for gel polish. I also had a fungus on my nails from constant washing and being diabetic. Had been on a break from acrylics for months so any claims of me getting a fungus from not getting a fill-in for months are false. They charged me $20 for a treatment that retails for $8. Second visit, realized I was charged $35 for a full set and $10 for gel. Receptionist tried to convince me I was not over charged because the $35 included gel. What would explain the additional gel charge? After debating this and learning that the customer isn't always right, she decides to compensate me $10 on my bill. Third visit, decided that I wanted one nail to have a different polish than the rest. Was charged an unnecessary $5 per glitter polish nail. After the fourth visit, I left this shop for nails but will always consider them for pedicures. Conclusion: I won't dispute with an establishment over costs as every business has to make a profit. Me disagreeing with prices isn't an issue to be discussed with management, however being overcharged was discussed with the receptionist who overcharged and is most likely replying negatively to my honest feedback. They, were rude and didn't complete the service. There was mold in the sink and the pipes. Dimond did half done job on my pedicure and argued with me about the service that k was paying for. He was short handed and was lazy. Not sure if he is even licensed. He let my hands sit in hot, not warm, acetone for 30min. Would not recommend. read more

Too bad I cannot leave a "0" rating for this salon. The owner should not interface with clients OR employees. She really does not need to be the face of this salon because she lacks professionalism, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence. I witnessed her not only speaking to my nail technician in a rude manner, but she also got all up in her face. Who does that? My nail technician added nail art to my service. If the owner had a problem with my nail technician adding nail art to my service she should have pulled her to the side and spoken to her with respect and dignity. In addition, as the customer I should not have witnessed such a horrible exchange. So on top of all of that I was then overcharged. Charged for 2 overlays and charged for gel polish that I did not get. The nail art was on my unpolished nails with a clear top coat. The owner reached out offering a store credit. I requested a refund to my credit card as I had already made a decision that I would not be patronizing her business after she exhibited such rude behavior. She has refused to issue a refund. The doors of this salon will be closing soon if the owner does not change her ways. The majority of her employees have quit because of her. There are nail salons on every corner please save yourself the hassle and pick a different nail salon. Also, read how she responds to negative reviews. One person posted a mugshot of her, so that explains a lot right there as well. My only regret is not checking out the reviews first. Lesson learned ALWAYS check reviews first. 2nd update: It's Saturday morning and the owner is still in my DMs. At this point this is harassment. I have never experienced anything like this before. I seriously cannot believe the experience that I had here. I wanted to support this place because it was so cute and right down the street from me. I called for an appointment and I was told to come in at 4:30. They were super nice over the phone so I was really excited! I got there around 4:25 and waited patiently because only 2 girls were working. At 4:58 I told the lady at the front that I was leaving and she told me "it didn't work like that," I was beyond confused. She had the biggest attitude and said I couldn't leave because I had an appointment so I reminded her that I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. She then said "whatever, just leave" and buzzed the door for it to open. I would've waited longer but it was hot in there and the fumes were very strong even with my mask on. Terrible customer service though, like was she not going to allow me to leave? That's creepy. I didn't say a word the entire time I was waiting and I was trying to be courteous and let her know I didn't want to wait any longer. I was actually going to come back but now I never will. There's literally 10 nail salons less than a mile from me hopefully with friendlier staff :) Update: You can clearly see how rude the owner is from her comment. This was my first time coming here if there was a deposit required no one told me and there was no way I would've known that on my own. I wanted so badly to love this black owned nail shop, but they have some major opportunities here. The shop is cute and located centrally, they even have complimentary drinks and validate parking. They also have a clean shop with the proper tools unlike most nail shops. I initially ignored the revolving door of nail techs and even owners (which is why they probably are struggling), but at some point, my nails have to be the priority for me. I won't name the tech who did my nails this last time because she usually does a great job and I really think she'd be better off independent. I don't even blame her for me having to wait over an hour to start my appointment because they obviously have some scheduling opportunities. Anyway, after a bad gel pedicure, which I took to be an isolated incident, I went to get a repair. My tech was off and I was asked to come back later for an appointment. I was aggravated because a tech was waiting 20 minutes for her next client, which was more than enough time to fix me, but I extended the grace that maybe she was on break and I left to return later. I even convinced someone to wait 3 hours for a fill in instead of going to another shop. Upon my return, I was never greeted although everyone turned to watch me walk in. I waited 30 minutes before validating my own parking and leaving. I spent $170 plus the $30 tip, yet I still need a pedicure. Inconsistencies in staffing make it hard to present a consistent product. Advertising walk ins, but never scheduling a tech to service them is extremely inconsiderate of customer's time and money. Showing your clients that you don't care about them after you have their money is just bad business. I won't be returning. If i could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment for a basic manicure & basic pedicure. Pedicure was rough & the nail tech clipped my toe nail without permission (didn't realize until it was too late). When I came to my manicure I was constantly overlooked and obviously not important to the staff. 1.5 hours later an individual who I don't even think was a licensed nail tech began my mani & it was horrible to say the least. So horrible I had her stop & just remove everything. I waited a total of 3 hours in this salon for something that should have taken no more than an hour 15. 0 out of 5 stars. Staff was polite and personable. Offered wine or water when I sat down for pedi. Inside it's beautiful decor. Very cute, bright and posh at the same time. Makes you feel real fancy. Services: Jellipedi done by Aaliyah and SNS Mani done by Taylor. Overall great experience. You are paying for more than just the mani/pedi. Owner Taj was great too!
