She chatted most, but we chatted. However, two weeks later, two months later and about ten times after that she absolutely refused to see me. She was always "busy" "booked solid" "on vacation" some excuse. Last time I tried, I wanted to try just for kicks and asked for a month out and told her I was flexible with whatever worked for her and she said she wasn't available. Just be upfront. Don't give people the run around. It was very clear she did not want me as a client and here is why I think that is... when I had my blow out with her she shared with me that one the reasons she left a bigger salon was so she can pick her clientele to her liking. I mean I guess that's fair but I did nothing to this girl. I was kind, I listened to her talk about her personal life, her tv shows, everything under the sun. Pretty offended and so just be aware, if you book with her, and she doesn't like you for whatever reason, she will not see you moving forward.

It's obvious the woman didn't understand that the booking software was automated and it sounded like the scheduling was rectified immediately. (I'm going to assume she is in her 60s.) But still, it wasn't enough that she had to bash the business. Shame on her. This is a salon that delivers high-quality services in a customized, boutique setting.
