They didn't tell me it was expired while I was there, let me use half of it, then crossed out the expiration date and made it a date in expire 10/30/25. I was unaware they back-dated it because I was in a hurry to put it in my pocket since I was in rush. Fast forward to today, I went to use it and obviously it wasn't honored because of that new date. I understand that it expired and of course I'm fine not using it since it's completely my fault. It was just the most bizarre experience because 1. No one mentioned it was expired the first time I was there (which I would have been fine paying for my pedicure if someone explained that to me instead writing in a new date so couldn't use it again) Also I'm just not sure why they would give me back a gift certificate that I can't use anymore or never mention that it was expired. 2. What kind of place has a 1 week or 1 month expiration date? (Thinking about it I'm wondering if it the date a typo since it was handwritten because most places around here have a 1 year expiration date when I buy them or am gifted them.) I had a 10am appointment and the nail tech arrived about 10 minutes late. It took her about 50 minutes to do SNS dip powder on my nails, which included soaking off the old set. She did a good job but I didn't get any TLC at all. I was never sent to wash my hands, the wet towel used to clean my hands was cold, she didn't clean the excess powder from around nails or under my fingers. Like I said - they run it like a factory. My nails came out nice and I'm on week 3 with no chips or breaks. This salon is a little cheaper than the rest so I guess that's why they don't go above and beyond. They take cash and all major credit cards. The salon is apart of a shopping plaza so there's plenty of parking around. I suggest making an appointment because it's very busy!

I might be wrong). I was getting a gel manicure and needed to have the old gel buzzed/smoothed off first. Lawdy - was I a hot mess when I heard that drill. At first, the husband started my manicure (they can get super busy), and saw I was freaking out with the drill. I've had bad experiences at other salons when nail techs either don't pay attention or don't care, and too many times I've had my skin buzzed. NOT fun! So yeah, I'm a bit traumatized.
