Some of my highlights on the back was burned. I am also unsatisfied with my haircut. The salon owner rushed the entire process and left my hair wet because i didn't ask for blow dry. At the end of the sesssion I was charged $25 for having long hair. So I ended up paying $100. The extra fee for long hair wouldn't bother me if I received proper service. Anyway I left the salon without saying anything since my hair was wet and the blonde highlights looked more saturated. Once it dried and I saw the actual color I was so upset and called the salon for a redo. She agreed that I pay $25 for product fee. She claimed that thats what I wanted and it looks nice. It would look better if I had blow dry. When I didn't agree and hung up the phone she called back and offered me to apply toner for free. I believe toner itself can't fix this hair. I wouldn't risk coming here for major color changes. It might seem affordable at first but might end up like me and have to pay way more to fix it later.

I said I wanted long layers and only 1 and 1/4 inch cut. I ended up with more than 14 inches cut off and short layers. I measured it and on the shortest layer she cut off 14 inches! My hair looks like a mullet and is going to take years to grow back. Not only that but the layers that were cut were not the same on both sides, one side is 2 inches longer than the other, all together a disaster of a haircut that looks like diy haircut that a 4 year old did. Does not understand the concept of long layers and blending and actually making your hair even.Will not be returning ever and will be hiding for more than three years till it grows back. Extremely disappointed and depressed over this.

Upon showing up, I waited for a good half hour as they finished other patrons who were already in stylists chairs, so perhaps the appointment should have been scheduled for later in the day. I really wasn't thrilled by this point, but my mind was quickly changed when I met Melissa who, I think, did a great job. Granted, I walked in with a Groupon wanting highlights and left with a darker (and $25 more expensive) do, but I do like it. Just beware that there will be up charges for the style that you might end up getting. I think I'll give this salon at least one more try in a couple of months when it's time for a touch up.

I'm rather picky with my hair and in the past have not found it helpful to stay loyal to any one salon in search of the *unicorn.* However I just left my fifth visit at the salon recently and I'm happy to say I'm going to stick to this salon. Danielle can deliver quality that is consistent at a reasonable price consistent with her expertise. She is easy to talk to and listens to what you want with your hair, and I never feel like the cuts are rushed. She also pays attention to what you can do to help achieve your color goals while being realistic while minimizing hair damage. There are certain hair products I've learned to use on the reg to help reduce tangling. The cherry on top is the vibe of the salon is chic and always smells nice! So far I've gone here for cuts, blowouts, and highlights. Given the service, pricing and quality of the cuts, you can consider me a regular at this salon for seasons to come.
