The worse hair cut I ever got, Madeline missed the mark completely. I wish I could sue them for this horrible job. Seriously why pay 60.09 bucks for something you can screw up on your own for for free!!! Stay away from this want a be high end salon but don't have the talent to back them up. I am visiting from California for a few months and have desperately needed both my nails done and my balayage cleaned up as it was starting to look brassy even with purple shampoo. I was referred to This salon by a friend and it did not disappoint! My nails look exactly as I asked and Pam got them done in such good timing with no rush. If you are in need of a balayage specialist Jessica is your girl - true artist in every way! I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she walked me through what she was going to do and what our plan was to get there and absolutely delivered. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and really helped provide a comfortable environment. It is also a very clean facility and you can tell that they are keeping up with COVID guidelines, too. It took two years and a few disasters to finally find a great Salon! The last disaster was "The Arrangement" Ledgewood. Angela did my color and it took two tries and still not the right color! Also when I was surprised by what I was being charged afterwards Angela's response was. "That's why I will never retire" Left with black roots and hair dye on my forehead, temples and ears! Never again! Thank God I have finally found a great Salon since! And the best part...I won't have to find a job before my next hair appointment. LOL! Went in for a trim and reluctantly chose to spend more money to get a Designer 2 level instead of just a Stylist! So apparently more money doesn't really buy the better haircut! I had Sue who has been at The Arrangement for 12 years and I think this is probably the worst haircut I have had in 5 years. She began hacking away haphazardly at my dry ends which I had told her I wanted to get rid of and said I was fine with her taking off an inch or so to clean it up. I just really needed a reshaping and she just cut away like a child cutting is dolls hair! She actually said that I would probably like it better when I did my own blo-dry. For this kind of $$$ I expect to look in the mirror and say "Thank you, I really needed this haircut instead of OMG what has she done. Needless to say I give it 2 stars just because they were nice and the salon was pleasant. read more

I recently had a haircut with Rochelle and as always, it was amazing. I always leave Rochelle's chair feeling like I just received the best haircut I've ever gotten. I have followed Rochelle from another Salon and I continue to get amazing haircuts from her. (She will NEVER disappoint, promise!!!) This salon did not have the overwhelming hustle and bustle that I would expect and the atmosphere was very calming. Not only was the nail technician 25 minutes late from my appointment but it took two hours, because she thought it was appropriate for me to know her life story. You walk back to where the pedicure area is and there was a rubber bat in the bowl where your feet were supposed to go? Very unprofessional. Great experience. Beautiful atmosphere, they actually speak english too! As everyone should be able to in the US, but most salons sit there rudely speaking Vietnamese loudly, which is ridiculous, I speak 4 languages, but do not choose to publicly, like at a salon, just to make people uncomfortable. If we went to other countries and did not know or speak THEIR LANGUAGE, we'd be looked down upon. Anyway, this new salon and spa, the girls are super kind and down to earth. They understand you and what you want. I actually felt comfortable at a salon, which I typically don't. I left T and T nails for this place and I will never go back to the horrible treatment and the extremely long waits at T and T nails. read more

Just came back from one of the best facials I have ever received at Arrangement. First of all I can't say enough how accommodating, friendly, and professional they are at Arrangement. I was in town for work and decided on a whim to get a facial. They scheduled me immediately. The place is clean, well decorated and very comfortable for their guests. They treated everyone that was there really well and I could tell most we're regulars. I see why. The facial I received was so rejuvenating and fairly priced too. They have a full menu of spa options there as well as hair and nails. With all those hats you might think one area would suffer but it doesn't. I saw the work they were doing at each station and it was stellar. You see this in a strip mall and might think that it's some fly by night place but it's really not. I have been going to the Arrangement Salon since 2005 for pedicures. They may cost a little more than some of the other places in the area for a pedicure, but they make you feel pampered and the service is personal and relaxing. April did my pedicure and gel nail manicure for my wedding and did a great job! I had a facial years ago at Arrangement Salon with an aesthetician who is no longer there. The service was great and the room where I had the facial was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial and scalp massage I received. I love Arrangement Salon for the pedicures and will continue to give them my business. The staff is friendly and the experience was very nice. read more

I think they had someone blow dry my hair whom has never done it before (I think she was the receptionist). My hair is long and thick and I have a blow out a few times a week. This gal clearly has never touched thick hair from the wash to the blow out. She skipped conditioner then try to cover it with leave in conditioner which (of course) made it harder to dry. The dryer wasn't hot or powerful enough. And to top it off it was more expensive then ny salon. Shame on you, is all I can say. I went right to another salon and washed out all the crap she oozed into my hair and got a proper blow out... Ughhhh! read more

I have to say we were more than pleased with the way my hair came out and also with my daughters manicure/pedicure. The hair stylist did a fantastic job with my hair (unfortunately I can't remember her name) and my daughter was also very happy with her mani/pedi. If you have nice long hair you want to steer clear of this place. I took my daughter to get a haircut....she has long, shiny hair and we wanted to just add some layers, so went over with one of the hair dressers about the cut I wanted my 14 year old daughter to get, and went to sit on the sofa and waited. After 10 minutes I decided to walk over the station to check on her...well to my surprise, this hair-dresser (i will not mention her name, but she is one of the "experienced" ones, basically with a razor, chopped half her hair from the top and left layers at the button that look as if a 5 year old had a little bit of fun with scissors....This was absolutely the worse haircut I have ever seen, and I couldn't even react because I didn't want my daughter to get more upset than how she already was. So, in the end if you want to spend $47 for a really bad haircut, I say stay away from this place!!!! read more
